My New Favorite Discount Tire Store. Went in for a scheduled tire rotation and balance took 40 minutes probably a little less. It is a heavily trafficked area but they handle it well. safety seems to be top priority and they direct vehicles coming and going. Great service...

These guys are great, fast, knowledgeable, and most important honest. They let me know I had insurance on my tire (even though I had absolutely no idea) and they totally could’ve charged me for it. Definitely recommend them!

I had quite a month for tire repairs - 3 separate incidents on 2 cars. I worked with 3 different tire shops, and Discount Tire on Windward was by far the best experience.Their staff was very professional and friendly. I’ll definitely go to these guys first for future repairs and purchases. And I like that they are flexible with the brands, and don’t try to push a specific tire on you.

We have been going to discount tire for three years. In 2019 we replaced 1 tire, in 2020 we replaced 2 tires, and now in 2021, we arrived needing to replace the final tire. We purchased the extended warranty on the first 3 tires. When we went to get our 4th tire replaced, we noticed extended wear on the other two tires. They said it was due to lack of tire rotation and therefore voided the warranty. However, each time a tire was replaced they recommended not rotating tires, in spite of this tire wear occurring. When asked why they recommended not rotating tires for the past two years, they said you have to specifically ask to have your tires rotated. I do not feel like I can trust them for tire needs and they are lost my business.

Awesome experience, very impressed. Felix is great on the phone and made sure I was confident with my purchase and informed. I also feel like I got a good price with road hazard included. Austin and Reggie installed 4 Michelins for me in less than 20 minutes.I have owned a tire shop for 15 years and I can speak to a few things technically that they did correctly.First they did not miss a single step of a proper tire installation. The hubs and wheel facings were cleaned upon removal according to RIST guidelines. Tires were dismounted and mounted properly on the equipment to not damage the wheels. Each tire was road force balanced! This is huge to be included in the price of installation. Air pressure was set properly and each wheel was torqued to proper 95lbs according to TIA guidelines. The wheels and tires where cleaned and shined as well.

The service was great. The techs are amazing. But when it comes to the manager……that is another story. I don’t know his name, but while waiting for my car a few weeks ago, I saw him take a tone with a customer and boil down to it not being his issues but the customers. I heard him make snide remarks to other staff members about other members. How is this management? They seem very understaffed the past few times I’ve been in, but after witnessing this……I can clearly see why this location cannot keep its employees. Maybe this was just a one time incident, maybe not. Either way, if you are a manager, you show your customers and employees the same respect you want.

Very bad customer service, I scheduled an appointment for Flat tire and waited for over 2 hours to fix it and after few days again it started leaking air pressure from the same tire, then I again schedule two time to check and fix the flat tire but unsuccessfully, I waited for over an hour on both appointments to see if they can fix and help me, and they keep telling me we are busy and it take more time to help you.... So no use to go to this shop and waste the time for a small job very disappointed, I went to Discount tires because I purchased 4 new tires last year from them. I wont recommend it to my friends

This place closed at 6 I pulled up at 6:15 and said Are you guys closed he said yes we are how can I help you I said I live an hour away and my tire pressure light just came on and I really don’t wanna drive that far with it on. He said pull in ma’am and we’ll help you. Him and the whole staff was amazing I would definitely recommend them!!

I visited this Discount Tire location today for the first time. They balanced and rotated the tires on my Porsche Cayenne. They operated like a well oiled machine and had my vehicle finished in under an hour of my appointment time. All the employees I interacted with were kind and courteous. I don’t leave many reviews but this team of employees went above and beyond my expectations and they have my tire business for life. Thanks again.

Sold me a bad tire that they cant locate leak on. All bays are empty, fully staffed and say its a 2 1/2 wait. My initial install took half that time!Looks like they will sell and install you tires in a hurry but wont fix them as fast. Customer DIService.

Had a leaking tire on my car and scheduled an appointment to check it out. Service was great and the technician explained my work would be completed within one hour of my appointment time. I have used Discount Tire for tires for all my cars for many years. I recently started going to the site on Windward Parkway because Discount Tire closed the State Bridge location that was MUCH MORE convenient for me.I had a 9:45 appointment for todays work to install 4 new tires and had ordered the tires when I made the n-line appointment. The tires were delivered in time and I received an email when they arrived at the store. The desk personnel were friendly and cooperative when I arrived.The chairs in the waiting area were spaced appropriately apart due to COVID-19. All employees wore masks.I was told by the desk representative that the work would be completed by 10:45. Unfortunately, the car was not ready until approximately 11:30 which was a problem since I had many more things to do, including returning to work as soon as possible.All work appears to have been done well and I trust I will have no problems. Generally, I am pleased with the process and work but wish it had been completed earlier as I was told.

Went here to get my tyre patched, David (who was working the desk) personally stepped out to get this done for me as they had a lot of people waiting to get their tyres fixed. I had to wait a bit in spite of having an appointment, but the job was done to my satisfaction. I will go back here for any tyre related issues hereafter.

Got a full set of tires from them a while back and do not regret using them at all. Ive had to come back twice this year, once for a popped tire they where able to replace for just 50 bucks with the free warranty for the tire (a really solid deal compared to other places) and then again just recently when i found a 4 inch nail wedged in my tire.An employee named Reggie was able to yoink the nail out right at the curb of the store without the tire popping or leaking air and he did it for FREE. Mavis tires on State Bridge wanted me to pay 150 dollars to replace it, very glad I held out an extra day to come to Discount Tire instead.

The only tire shop I trust with my vehicles is Discount Tire. I’m so glad there is one close to my work now! Great location on Windward right next to 400.Service is always top notch, staff knowledgeable and courteous, and work is done in a timely manner. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment time if possible, as they do get busy at certain hours.

UPDATE: after my review on the official company follow up survey, they reached out and offered me the hubcaps for free. It took a few weeks for me to be able to get them, but I appreciate this. This is what needed to happen the first time. Glad they followed up on the review.Dissapointed in the customer service. They did a fine job with putting two new tires on my car but for some reason after waiting weeks for my hubcaps to come in and them receiving it, they couldnt find them and offered me to wait another week and a half almost as they order them again. The first time they were delayed as well. You would expect a business to offer the customer something for their inconvenience. Nothing. It was like they didnt even care they were inconveniencing the customer. Took my refund and will take my future tire business somewhere where I feel more cared for. That stuff matters.

Today morning I have been to discount tires and they replaced only one tire sensor and still my dash board has tire warning symbol ..so, I went there at 3:30 the guy called Steve was very friendly and very nice person ..he told me that he will try to get it done by 5 but he sent a text saying that my car is ready to pick up by 4:30 and if they say something they will do it ..Really appreciate the whole team and best place to give the business all the time and I highly recommend this place

I left my car earlier than my appointment this morning and ask the guy to texted me when my car was ready. Also ask if they could look at my brakes to see if they need servicing and I could take to a Discount Tire where they do brakes if needed. I came back to stire waited on my car to be complete for 20 minutes then went to desk and ask if my care was ready. It had been ready and no one texted me. Service is your product, not the tires. I am a long time customer

I came this afternoon. They gave me start time of 4:30. I checked in @ 4:30, and I am still waiting for them to start @5:12. 2 stars because the managers are nice to talk to. Otherwise I am still not sure how long will I be here before they take keys to start working on my car.Update: at 5:23 sales person came in to cal 5 o clock. I am still here. My start time was 4:30 - doesn’t make any sense.Update2 : manager 1, who checked me in updated the promise time to 6:30 upon my check in. I checked with manager 2 outside and he wasn’t sure why that happened. But he put me right back in.

I went to discount tired have them install a brand new set of wheels and tires I checked it online showed up and they had my car in for service within 5 minutes on our later I picked up my car with the brand new wheels and tires installed the technicians on duty showed me everything put my old wheels in the car and then gave me all of the stuff on my valve stems and the TPS sensors couldnt be happier great group of guys highly well managed I highly recommend this store

Very happy with this place! I had my car towed here after a sidewall puncture occurred. We were due to have all four tires replaced anyways so we got a quote. Costco ended up coming in with a lower price so, Associate Austin said he would price match the price Costco offered and also match it with the 4% per dollar Costco also gives for people who have the Costco Citi credit card. We paid $751 for 4 brand new tires out the door. We will return and also bring our other vehicles here when necessary!

This location is awesome. They were professional, courteous, and helpful. They handled my car with the utmost care and performed 4 tire changing service in about 1 hour. The store is clean, and their balancing machines are new (road-force). You also cant beat Discount Tire prices, so I highly recommend this location!

They were professional, courteous and really focused on providing the best customer experience. They were very efficient in doing their job and worked really well as a team. Always friendly and quick service. First time I visited they patched my tire for free. Next time I got 4 tires, was in and out in an hour. My husband just got tires from here too and they had him out in under an hour, without an appointment. Discount tire used to be a great deal, now any time I go in this location they try to up sell me on new tires or a warranty etc. instead of actually helping me with my issue. I have a nail in my tire and took it in because I bought the extended warranty on all of my tires. (which I used to recommend but don’t anymore. They use the warranty as a sales tactic to get you in to come in and spend more money). All of my tires were above the tread repair depth except conveniently the tire with the nail in it. So instead of plugging the hole, they tried to sell me 4 new tires. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

The Touchless Experience touted on their website is a bunch of hot air. This location made me exit my vehicle for safety. The website says you stay in your vehicle the entire time and are emailed your receipt. Not true.

I worked with Jesse initially over the phone to order a set of rims. They arrived quickly and were installed on the truck in less than an hour. Jesse either took good notes or has a great memory because he remembered our full conversation (which goes to show he was listening). Super nice guys and no surprises.

I had an appointment for a rim and tire. When I showed up for my appointment they asked me in I can come back at 4:45. I did. Then they asked me if I can come back tomorrow (today). They finally fixed it after going back 3 times and they offered me NOTHING for all my troubles

I am always a little hesitant when I need to do anything for my car as a female because if honesty and integrity is not in the techs vocabulary, I pay more that I should. My visit was simple, I stopped by 5 minutes prior to closing as my tire indicator was on. To be really honest, what really impressed me is that until they started turning out the lights after my issue was resolved, I had no idea that it was closing time.Mark ( shop manager) and Austin (tech) were super friendly and professional from the moment I arrived and not once did I feel rushed. I actually apologized for keeping them there as I received the same awesome level of customer service as I would have received if I had arrived first thing in the morning. Turns out, I had too much air in my tire. Anyway, when you receive service like this, you do not mind patronizing the business. I made an appointment to have new wheels installed on my 2010 car. I am so excited ~ the quote for my wheels and tires is great!My tire indicator came on again...I returned to Discount Tire, the Manager Mark, gave me a great deal on 18 tires and new black wheels. Everything complete for me in less than an hour.

Five star service! I took my car with a nail in the left rear tire as the TPMS showed something was off. They looked at it, fixed it in less than an hour for NO CHARGE as it was a quick repair. These guys are awesome and I will go back to this location if I have any need around tires!

I read reviews which is why I chose to go to a Discount Tire, and all of the positives I read were true...friendly and courteous, fast service, start to finish a great experience. I came in with flat that they were unable to fix, however, they were able to replace the tire and I signed up for their coverage...for a good price all 4 of my tires are now fully covered. I looked at wheels just to price out, and was given all of the information I needed but with no uncomfortable pressure to buy. Every person I encountered provided the same pleasant demeanor, its clear that the manager, Mark, leads by example.

Awesome place to do business, they are friendly and honest. I came in with a spare on and it was time for new tires regardless. They not only gave me a good deal, they also put up my spare tire and the tool kit. They completely stowed away and secured those items in my trunk without being asked to. I was in and out the door in a timely manner too. Needless to say, I do not go anywhere else to buy tires for my family.
