Chris at Overhead Door in Alpena was friendly and helpful. When I left a message he was prompt at calling back even though business hours were almost over. He gave helpful phone advice. When I visited for help, he was friendly and had what I needed in stock.

Incredible value, Chris and his team are a wealth of knowledge. The quality and quantity of the work preformed warranted a double take at the invoice (in a good way). Would highly recommend even if you just thinking about it, give them a call you may be surprised.

We have enjoyed our deck awning for the past five years now. For the initial installation, the Overhead Door Company of Alpena were very professional. This year we rolled out our deck awning and it was significantly tilted downward to one side. So we called Overhead Door Company of Alpena to have it serviced. Chris came out and got it working just like new! We are very happy.
