I went into the Alpena AT&T store to look at phones. I ended up purchasing a Samsung Galaxy. The salesperson was extremely helpful and answered my questions. He also transferred all the stuff from old phone to new one. Im 74 and didnt want to deal with it. The salesperson is Jacob, if youre in need of a new phone.

The rep is fantastic, however att has limited the in store reps abilities to assist customers. Our problem could not be resolved. I was forced to call an 800 number, wait 15 minutes to talk to someone, and then when I asked how to lower my bill, they tried to get me to increase my bill! When asked why they keep taking items that used to be included away and start charging extra, example mobile hot spot, the over the phone rep got pretty angry that I would dare to ask such a question. Very displeased with att as a whole. Weve been with att for over 10 years, and will be changing to verizon as their costs are $100 less PER MONTH!!!

Everytime I have trouble doing something online I go in-store and the staff are always helpful and give each situation the attention it needs. It would be nice if AT&T would give the same deals in-store as online though because Ive had to miss out on some good deals. The online help isnt as good.

I love at&t the guy that was there is sooooo kind and cute he helped me out and was very kind the store is nice and everything the only issue I have is with there hotspot plans there not unlimited I use alot of data on a weekly basis I just wish there was an unlimited plan with it is all

I walked in and they were very welcoming, kind and got the job done. Both workers were amazing. This store deserves better reviews than it has.

The staff does there best with what theyve got. The network is very lacking in our area and even their computers/websites are ridiculously slow. If you need help and walk in to this store, make sure youve got plenty of time. Remember its not the staffs fault. Their business hours are early as well so if you are on a normal business schedule youll find difficulty getting in.

Did not keep their word. AT&T has a deal for free I Phone and they refused to honor it. Instead made an offer of buy one get one free. What a RIP OFF!!! LIARS and very rude. Take it or leave it attitude. No customer service skills at all with the female sales person..

Went in with a hotspot that a purchase from another AT&T store by couldnt get it to work went in there to find out some information and they wouldnt even help me.

Horrible lady was rude and I told her exactly what I wanted my 200$ payment for and it wasnt until she snatched the cash out of my hand did she tell me the payment goes towards the whole bill meaning it wont go to just my bill but the other phone on the account too so she lied to me when I said I want my money back then she said she cant she was very rude about it I would never recommend this place to anyone every time I have gone in there I was lied to and everything changes once you make the purchase very ridiculous
