Great place. Last week my truck broke down for the last time, And it was time for a new Truck . Pulled into the Lot and a Gorgeous Blue Truck with a Plow on it got my attention. It was a 2019 F150XLT with 3600 miles on it basically New and at a Great Price. Well Hours Later I was driving my new truck home home and Loving it.

They sold us a 2013 chevy cruze that was a total loss back in 2018 and did not disclose it. I have spoke with my salesman who is the owners brother and have gotten no where. Be careful when buying a used car even from a dealership

We came in looking for a 2021 Envision and there were none in stock, except for a demo. Our salesperson was very accommodating and offered to look at other dealerships to find us one if we wanted a vehicle right away, but we were in no rush. We really appreciated the relaxed and friendly atmosphere as we felt no pressure from our salesperson. We ended up with the vehicle we wanted and are very happy with our purchase.

We were outside looking at the Acadias (my husband had seen a promotion on TV) we were greeted with a smile and may I help you. The salesperson then answered our questions, he was very personable and informative, inside we talked more in detail about the features of the vehicle, he offered us to take a test drive which we did. It didnt take us long to make our decision, but we did take overnight to review our thoughts and budget. The next day the deal was made! We had paint and material protection included which meant we had to wait overnight to take ownership.The next day we drove away with a 2021 Acadia with smiles on our faces :)We were also greeted with a smile and hello by all the employees we passed or helped with our purchase and the interior of the building was nice which made our experience a pleasure!Thanks to: James Skibaour salesperson

I had already gotten an estimate on a car repair by my regular mechanic. The man I spoke to not only gave a totally different much higher quote but tried to add an unneeded repair. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again. I may be old and gray but I am not stupid.

I would not deal with these people unless you do not care how much you spend. This was the second time I had dealt with them and walked away from a deal prior because the market price was really high. I was trying to buy a truck and had two other trade in quotes for my suburban from dealers for $37K & $40K. I really liked the Truck they had on the lot so I went back. The Kelly blue book trade in was $31K-$41K for my car. Mind you the used car market is so hot now so it was not surprising I got offers toward the high end with very little work. So they will try to take advantage of you. They would not budge off the $36K offer for the car trade in below blue book. So be aware if you go to them you are leaving money on the table.Follow up response to the owner. The other dealers had the same info you did. I have the emails your response was the sales manager sets the price. On both occasions you were off a lot. My advice to everyone is shop around the internet allows people to research. Most car dealerships will come with in a few hundred dollars especially when you can document the offer for a trade in. Alpena Buick GMC won’t. It’s a shame I really liked the car on the lot. Don’t buy here.

Would heavily recommend having your car looked at by another shop before you finalize a sale on there used cars they had to replace entire brake system less than 6 months after purchase from lines to calipers. The should have been shut down when gm shut so many deals hips down last thing someone needs is a lemon 🍋

This place is a joke. I bought a 2011 Chevy equinox from there back in April and within the first month started having issues my transfer case went I had a drive train warranty on it and they didnt want to fix it even with that they wanted me to pay them 3,500 for it even tho the warranty covered it. I had chugging when I was at stops and the car didnt want to start I asked them about it and the mechanic told me thats fine its normal for this type of car I ended up 4 hours from home with a blown motor and they told me I need to pay them 7,500 to replace it even tho they had known about the issue so their way of fixing it was giving me a car that when I test drove it I come back with at least 5 different things wrong with it and they pulled the report they said there was more wrong with it one of the things having to do with the all wheel drive and the part no longer made. On top of that Id have to continue making payment on the car I cant drive. Plenty more has gone on with it. Ihave been without my own car for a month and it dont seem to be going anywhere.

Cory Davis the salesman started out nice, and made an offer on enclave. So we decided to think about it. When we came in the next day to take the offer, he became erragant and rude and change the price because we waited to confirm with our credit union. So he lost a sale and customer.
