I called to inquire about their machine shop services. I spoke to Brian, who informed me that they were very busy and it would take weeks or more to get to. He then gave me tips, tricks, and advice on how I could get the job done at home. I was very leery, its why I called a professional to do the work. But I took Brians advice, and managed to get the broken bolts out (they were in a very tricky/delicate spot). I didnt spend a dime at the shop, never even went in the store, and they were able (and willing) to help me. Will definitely recommend to everyone, and will shop here when I have the chance.

Needed a new battery for my minivan. I knew Year and the make but not the model. I got the correct battery.

They were very helpful & even loaned us a tool to remove our dead battery. They did a voltage test then a load test & had exactly the battery we needed to replace ours.

Very helpful staff. They do a good job of getting the right parts and have given me valuable advise as well. You dont get this kind of service at a discount auto parts store. My preferred auto parts store in Alpena.
