It would be really appreciated if employees were trained how to use good customer service when a customer walks in to grab an order or start an order. Instead of employees walking around and looking at the customer and not saying one word to the customer for at least 5 minutes. Please train your employees to learn common sense when it comes to customer service. I mean it is part of the job and you are being paid for it. A simple acknowledgement goes a long way. Thank you.

Went here in a Tuesday night, it wasnt busy with one other car ahead in the drive-through.Ordered a kids meal and a combo meal for my son and I. Also ordered a couple blizzards. The blizzards were good. We had to remind them to provide all of the items that the kids meal comes with. The food was terrible. The fries were barely warm. The burger I got was old and cold with literally no warmth whatsoever. My son didnt really take issue with the food. I dont think Ill ever order food here again. I didnt know the food would be SO BAD.

I had this and the double burger was like if Jesus and god baptized my tongue over and over again.the thing is. this is the only dairy queen thats different. it is amazing and the mustard hits way different than any other fast food chain. it tickles your tongue in a very good way. its always fresh to. this is my favorite dairy queen out of the 6 Ive had

Normally it is good, This time while handing 4 full misty drinks out the window the employee dumped a full one into my car. Not so much as a sorry. I had to ask for napkins 3 times. Please be more careful when handing full drinks. Not a good experience.

Always so quick! Never feel like we have to wait in the drive thru for very long. Order has always been right. Used to live near another dairy queen that we would frequent when needing a midnight snack and the line was always so long to get through.. definitely not the case here! I feel like we never see a person there not doing something - theyre either cleaning, making an ice cream concoction, putting an order together or helping you. We appreciate you all! Thank you!

These guys are friendly and helpful. The food comes out at a reasonable speed. I cant remember ever being unhappy with the quality or temperature of my meal.

I don’t expect a lot from fast food places. Their entire goal is fast ... food. Quality isn’t always great in this category. However, after having to correct what I ordered multiple times, being over charged for something I didn’t ask for, then still getting the items I wanted wrong... it’s hard to justify. Does the word pretzel sound like the word French fry? No... does the word chocolate sound like the word snickerdoodle? No... I’m floored...

I ordered a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard with extra nuts and brownies (chocolate ice cream with nuts and brownie chunks) and got basically vanilla ice cream with a normal amount of the stuff I asked for as extras. The only reason Im giving this two stars is because this has happened before. I figured maybe the person wasnt paying attention the first time but this has been the third.. About to drive a little further next time to go to a different DQ or maybe a whole new ice cream shop in general.

Not open for dine in, but you can walk in for orders or go thru the drive through. I havent tried using the pick up order. The staff is nice and did I mention the Blizards are my new favorite! 👏👏👏 Quite a few flavors...yum... yum!

This is by far the best Dairy Queen in the area. They are fast and friendly, unlike most others. Their food is cooked consistently well, and blizzards are actually blended ask the way which is not normally the case.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. Most of the time Ive used the drive through window. They are fast, friendly, and food made right (hot food fresh and hot, cold food cold).During the pandemic, their dining room remains closed but you can use the Dairy Queen app on your smartphone for pickup at the patio door.Drive through was stacked up when I left today at late lunch hour ( ≈2 pm) and McDonalds next door wasnt. Thats the community verdict at work. :)

Food is great!!! Just disappointed that someone isnt confirming the drive-thru orders are really complete. They have forgotten part of my order 2 out of the last 3 visits! One of them being a kids meal for a 2 year old! What frustrates me, is that I specifically asked the person where the kids meal was, because I couldnt see it. She assured me that it was in one of the bags. Drive home, nope, no kids meal. I know they are busy, and mistakes are bound to happen, but 2 out of the last 3 visits for just my orders? Im guessing Im not the only customer whos experienced an incomplete order! Thank You.

I find anyplace that would be rude and disrespectful to customers at a time that some businesses would love to have the opportunity to be open and making money a disgrace. I would never recommend this place to anyone and truly I hope people stop coming. I know my friends and family wont be.

Who doesnt love dessert let alone icecream? I like the new coco fudge brownie dessert and can actually eat it in one sitting. But I really do miss the coco fudge wafle bowls they had a couple years ago. Took me 2 sittings to finish that. Wish they still had it. They replaced it with the coco fudge brownie Sunday which is comparable. So they do have a rich, gooey, cocoie, fudgie, brownie type dessert that is hard to pass up. Blizzards are a great option as well. And their different, uniquely flavored dip cones are a fantastic quick summer snack. So much ice cream, so little time. Bravo Dairy Queen. You make summers so much more fun.And for the less warm months of the year, the hot menu is much better quality in freshness, texture, and flavor than most popular fast food restaurant. Dairy Queen is definitely a go to spot for family fun, food, and laughter.

Dairy Queens product is slipping a little bit. The burgers seem to be getting smaller... that being said, i like DQ! The food is good and somewhat inexpensive! I usually get a burger and onion rings and a shake. The shakes and desserts are fantastic, really! Big sundaes with large scoops of ice cream! It really is an awesome place, for sure!The service is pretty great! It employs alot of locals looking to make some side money and the local teens have a great outlet for that!

Edit: I must unfortunately edit my review, as certain issues have brought to the forefront the lack of maintenance and care at this establishment.While the point of sales systems are clean, credit to the pandemic, I have lost two cards here. The first card I lost I had only noticed days later, and there is a lot of potential for that to have been my fault. On reaching out to the owner when my card was lost, I was told that the cameras were offline when I went through. Insured credit card, no big deal, ask for a new one.This second time, however, I noticed that my card was not returned to me immediately after receiving my food. The employee at the time said she had given my card back, but upon pulling ahead and reviewing my own dashcam footage of the event, I had not been handed the card back. In the parking lot, I practically took apart my car and seats just to ensure I did not lose the card in my seats.The manager on staff at the time informed me that they would reach out to the owner, and that I would be contacted. Only when returning to the store at a later point, as advised by corporate, was I told that the cameras were offline due to a power issue. Convenient.Until more is done to address the apparently-frequent camera issues, and to ensure that customer cards are handled with care, I cannot recommend visiting this establishment.Old review below:Good food, only complaint was the slightly dirty point of sale systems. Ive never been disappointed coming to this dairy queen. My order is always correct, they are super fast and super friendly. The food is always hot and fresh even when Im having a late night. Showed up at closing time and my food tasted like it was cooked to order. Props to this DQ for being outstanding!

Ive been coming here since 08 and have never had a bad experience. All the kids that work here are very nice and helpful. Its a upbeat and positive atmosphere. It can get pretty busy at times but you never seem to have to wait long for your food.I had them make a mistake on my order once and they replaced it and let us keep the other item for our trouble, Ive seen them do this for others as well. They were apologetic and polite unlike other places that can make you feel like your the problem.

Every time I try to take the family in for ice cream, we always have issues. We have a family of 6, and I’ve tried using the app more. The deals seem great until we arrive at the store and the cashier doesn’t know what to do, and doesn’t ask for help. He just tells us no, we can’t use it. I wish he would ask for help or at the very least, apologize.Ordering hot food is never an issue, and never issues with drive thru. We always get ice cream inside.Ice cream is always great!

I ordered a lemonade and it was very watered down to where there was no flavor at all. I asked if they could change the bag and give me a fresh one but they just kept giving me the same watered down lemonade. They were nice i just don’t think they got what i meant when i said the bag needed changed.

Today I order from the drive thru and I order 2 blasts, fries , union rings, a burger, and a combo 1. I only got everything else except for my burger and my fries from my combo. I also didn’t receive a receipt and they didn’t bother to ask if I wanted one. I went inside and ask politely if they could give me my burger and my fries. One worker who is tall and thin male tossed me a burger that didn’t correspond to my combo. It was just a plain burger not what I order. I just give up and payed again for another combo 1 because they didn’t want to cooperate and do my order correctly so, I got charged twice for what I order. I didn’t realize at that moment they forgot give me my drink from that second order and charge me for it. I’m very disappointed because I’m a regular customer at this location and the tall male worker that toss the plain burger was rude and I was polite the whole time. I don’t is fair treat your regular Customers this way.

DQ flavors for dip cones are expanded. Summer orange dip is good with chocolate cone. Sort of like Sabra liqueur for a nondrinker. Crazy crowd for evening.

I generally always have a good experience. its usually ran by younger kids that are actually pretty cool. They are friendly, happy, and flip your blizzard which to me is respect for Dairy Queens customs and courtesies. Ill be back.

This dairy queen has a friday night car show that is a blast to get a dairy treat and let the kids walk around and see the cool cars everyone has. Fun way to spend an inexpensive afternoon with the family and highly recommend to all of my friends.

Almost NEVER has given me the right order. Why does the staff not understand the order I give. I ask for a cheese burger and get a spicy chicken sandwich. Please train your staff better.

Cant go wrong with a Dairy Queen treat. This location is very small and usually has high volume, which is good because your food is always fresh. Only downside is that inside can be a little bit messy. I usually get it to go or hit the drive thru. Menu is huge so much variety for you to mix and match. Cant go wrong with the DQ soft serve ice cream for a quick treat.

A classic/retro place for ice cream treats of all kinds, along with grill classics as well as current sandwich favorites. Super friendly staff. Quick order turnaround. A great selection of ice cream cakes too!

It is really hit or miss here. I have had great service before but lately there seems to be lacking. We have had multiple times where no spoons were provided in drive through and eating in resulted in a long wait when there was no line. The staff seems nice in the drive through but in house needs some work. No greetings and totally being ignored has happened a couple of times. Overall I would choose drive through over inside any day but never pull away without checking your bag.

I went in for lunch. Was the day of a family reunion out at a different location. I was treated like family .couldnt make it transportation issues. Good food great serviceId go back again.

We love dairy queen birthday cakes. We went to this dairy queen tonight to pick one up we ordered and they couldnt find it. The store manager had another decorated for us in 10 minutes and gave us a discount for our wait. Great service from all the staff

This is one of my favorite places to drop into with my family on a Summer or Winter evening. The staff is friendly and the dining area is almost always clean and tidy. The line can be a bit long on hot days or during sporty afternoons. The Peanut Buster Parfait is my favorite, but I usually share since it is huge!

My daughters favorite place to eat. I also enjoy their food. It’s always very hot and fresh. Love their Artic Blast slushy drink. They keep changing the name so I don’t know what it’s called anymore. “Large Cherry Slushie please” always gets what i want.

I am giving 2 stars because the service is fast but my order is wrong every single time I go. I always get the same thing and pay extra for it and what I pay extra money for I never get I always have to have it fixed even if I ask if they remembered they say yes but then I get it and its not right. I should not have to have my item remade. I dont like paying extra for something and it not being made right each and every time I go here.

Great place to walk to on a warm summer night. The lines can be long, but their cherry-dipped chocolate ice cream is worth the wait. And it seems like they usually have a hidden BOGO deal when buying two cones also.

Wow! terrible service, I went to take my toddlers to the bathroom, they bussed all my food which had barely been eaten. Than they gave me negative attitudes and made me feel like it was my fault. I asked them to replace my food, and reluctantly they replaced half of it. I finally talked to a manager and they replaced another portion of my order, but still not all of it. WHAT IS UP WITH THIS PLACE.Talked with the owner/manager and she continued to make excuses for her staff. she never directly apologized for the mistreatment.
