The Ladies here are the nicest you will find in an office setting. They really care about my hearing quality. It took multiple visits to get my hearing aids how I wanted them. Tried to get by with mail order-less expensive hearing aids for years. That, as it turns out, was a mistake. Allied Hearing selected the model I needed based on my hearing profile and then made the frequency adjustments as needed. They have always been helpful and professional with me.

You work directly with the owner which is the audiologist. Makes you feel comfortable with the issues you are having. It seem very stressful taking the test. Dont worry she will get you right where you need. I found out that my hearing loss was not that bad but what the true problem was the internet based phones that my work uses. All I needed was an in line amplifier for the time being.
