We have had just the best experience with culligan. Doug is amazing! Anytime I have a question or concern he has a solution! I can always count on him to help me and always with a smile! Whenever I call the office (so sorry I can’t remember her name) the gal is just so sweet and helpful! She always answers with a smile in her voice and is eager to fix the issue or answer the question. I would 100% recommended this Culligan for your soft water needs. They are genuine awesome and kind professionals. Thank you for being there for us when we need you!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful! The fact that I can have salt delivered to my door is amazing, that means no carrying 40lb bags anywhere. They will even take it to my basement for me!

There was a little misunderstanding during setup with billing. But they made it right and were very nice about it. Their water softener system works great. The guy that delivers the salt is super nice.

My mother is older and they dont carry out five gallon jug to the car. Dont even ask if need help.

Drove all the way from Merrill just for the lobby to be closed and they only do exchanges on your jugs they dont allow you to do refills on your jugs currently. Which make no sense to me because I had filled them up before during the pandemic. Also, they have to be Culligan jugs, otherwise you have to pay $8/jug for a deposit. Just another money grab, I wont be coming back.
