We had a flat tire on our camper on a Sunday afternoon. We pulled off the exit & the owner saw us wondering what we were going to do. They brought a jack & a cordless impact & changed our tire. And the best thing they did it with a smile. It’s so nice to know that there are such good people. 😊

When I came into their shop I was greeted by Chris who was already busy doing another job. He shook my hand first and then asked what was I in for. I just needed an oil change and a tire rotation after driving 2100 miles from Washington state back home to be on leave. He said that they were busy but they would get on my car after he was done since it was a quick job. While my car was on the lift, he came in asking who did the oil change last and I said it was a mom and pop place back where I was stationed at. He explained to me that a tool was left on my cars oil filter and it made the trip with me. We both laughed about it and after 20 minutes my car was done. With how professional and understanding this gentleman was, I wanted to show my appreciation by leaving him a tip. When the owner of the garage came in, I was happy to give him my experience with not only his shop but this man Chris. Whenever I am home again, hands down, I will be coming back with any automotive questions/concerns. I hope Chris sticks around for a long time because I will be asking for him by name. I am so impressed!

The gentleman that owned the place was hands on, working on my car. He did exactly as I requested, welding the muffler I supplied and hangers under the car. He was very friendly, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have exhaust work done.

The team at this shop has come through for me on more than one occasion. Spent two weeks working with three other shops and left with no answers. Damian and the crew at Muffler Man diagnosed it right the first time and have definitely gained me as a permanent customer. Outstanding service. Blew the motor on my 99 Suburban. They laid out all the options and I decided on a new motor. Found me a great used motor and also got a rebuilt trans ... and new.calipers while I was at.it. would recommend to anyone .

I can not even begin to express how thankful I am for Muffler Mans staff. They are all extremely nice and understanding especially towards difficult times.I regularly bring my vehicle to Muffler Man for any services done such as oil changes, tire rotations, or anything else that may need some work.They have the best pricing around, and are extremely polite and upfront with you about anything that may be an issue regarding your vehicle.I brought my cobalt in this morning. The last couple weeks my steering wheel has been shaking, and you could here one of the front tires wobbling around and making a lot of ruckus. It was starting to make me really nervous. Yet, I thought it was just due to me driving on dirt roads and mud building up around the tires. I was wrong.Muffler Man was already pretty busy, but they were very fast paced as well as organized. When they pulled in my car, I was pulled aside to look at the damaged tires. I knew already that soon I was going to have to get new tires, but was unable to afford them at the time. I had a hole in one tire, and a broken belt on another.At first, we agreed that I was going to just make payments on the tires, but after they were all finished the owner told me that him and his wife- who runs the desk at the business- were covering the expenses.I cant express how thankful I am, and how much it truly means to me especially in hard times.Muffler Mans Owners and staff makes them the best Auto Repair business around. I will continue to bring my vehicle here. They do such a great job and they really do care about their customers. Thank you so much for paying it forward, I plan to do the same in the future :) .

Car broke down on trip up north. This place was recommended by the tow truck driver (always a little scary going to a mechanic you dont know) but they were knowledgable, friendly, fair and honest. Car back on the road the next morning. You guys are awesome!

Great place to take my car for a fast oil change never have to wait too long for them to do it also Im generally there first thing in the morning and it only takes a couple hours for most car repair jobs Ive had them do a number of repairs for me including air conditioner compressor install where I purchased the compressor and they installed it for me just had a bearing Dunn had some Muffler work done as well

Ive had my truck taken here a few times, always a great turnaround time and the employees are pleasant. No complaints here.** minus 3 stars for diagnosing my engine as blown (98 suburban, POS but has a rebuilt motor w/ less than 10k) when it was just the distributor cap and a terrible oil leak. plus 1 star for not having to pay for something easily corrected.** plus 2 stars for how they handled it when they were informed of the wrong diagnosis. They have more than made of for the mistake with how helpful they have been.

I took a tough problem with my wiring and vent fans over to Muffler Man last winter. Most mechanics would have turned down that job and asked me to visit the dealership instead, which would have left me in a bad spot. But Muffler Man took on the job. They needed a long time to fix it, but they gave me a square deal and they upheld their word. Two months and 2500 miles later, my vents are still working perfectly! *Knocking on wood* The mechanics here at Muffler Man are the most honest people in Michigan!

Honest mechanics are sometimes hard to come by, this is one place I really trust to take my vehicle for not only honesty, but quality repair as well

The tread on my tire was shredded & I had a van full of kids(5) & 2 dogs, so changing my tire myself wasnt much of an option. I hobbled the van to Muffler man & they change my tire free of charge!!! They did a bit more work than what they initially quoted, for slightly under their estimate. They got our truck done very quickly. All the work appears to be done well.

I like this place. I did find out today that if you need a tire looked at you might sit there for 2 hours and never get your tire looked at. I hope thats an uncommon experience.

Watch what when you sign the paper, they will throw in things you dont need. Just had my oil changed, needed brakes looked at, they decided to sneak in an oil change. I use full synthetic with special additive, and changed filter. Definitely didnt need it done. Total crooks.

I had to get the brakes redone 11 months later. Found out that I paid $30.00 more for each caliper. Have been a patron for 30+ years. This is the third time that a Muffler Man repair had be repaired in less than a years time for each. Paying double for the same repair now. Three strikes...

Went for a quote on a muffler. Wasnt a fan of them asking me how much I wanted to pay. Then the numbers they were throwing out was higher than any other muffler shops I went to. I didnt have any work done by them so Im not sure how that would be.

Came to Alma from across state on a Saturday and had a brake caliper fail, called and talked to Tom, he squeezed us in and had us back on the road in a little over an hour. Great service, great price, I would highly recommend this shop!

I got quote sat. Suppose to pick truck up at 1 on monday. They called me at 12 on monday saying the quote was wrong it be another 400 dollars. And wont have truck till tues. Called other jobs and they were the orignal quote. So day late i got truck back and be taking it to other place for rest of work. No customer service here just want your money.
