I had a very good experience with this merchant. I placed an order and then sent an email to follow up a couple of days later. He responded to my email within minutes. My order was shipped by Priority mail that day, as he told me it would be in the email. Received 2 days later and everything was perfect.The parts were high quality and installation was quick and easy, using directions he included in the package.I will be happy to do business with him again.

He called me vulgar names when I asked for a refund (see the attached screenshots).My biggest concern with this merchant was the lack of communication. You can see what his shipping policies are on his website. I included a screenshot here. I attempted, over the course of five days to communicate with him, via email about my order and a mistake that I made in placing part of the order. When I couldnt get a response, I did a Google search to find other ways to contact him. What I found were the negative reviews here on Google, then even more on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. Then, I found even more negative reviews on an online forum (see attached screenshot). I became concerned that I would never receive the products that I paid for, and he wasnt responding to my emails. I sent him an email explaining that I wanted to cancel my orders, get refunded immediately and the reasons why I canceled. I also explained the actions that i would take if i didnt get my refund. Initially, I told him that as long as he processed my refund, I would consider the matter resolved. He responded almost instantly in to my email. In his resonse he became very angry, vulgar and extremely disrespectful. Had he just simply processed my refund, I wouldnt have bothered to write this review. I will say, however, that my refund was received two days later. I hope this guy learns how to treat customers better in the future.

Same story as most other reviewers. Order placed and CC charged. USPS tracking number provided but no shipment ever sent. Emails and voicemails ignored. I have also sent other emails to this seller about some of his products and some problems trying to order from his website. No responses. Getting refund from CC company.Large product line and fair prices. But seller does not deliver. Totally lacking in customer service and honesty. Rip off. Stay away.

Placed an order, got automatic confirmation email. Thats where communication ends. The site says orders are being sent 3-5 times a week. After a week of silence sent a request to cancel my order. No reply still. Fortunately my CC was not charged, but my CC info has been sent and now I keep watching for a possible fraud.

2nd time I have ordered off Nick in the UK good service when I could not get the parts in the UK will be using again for a Crosman conversion later in the year thanks

Ordered some parts in 2019 and everything went well. Now tried to order again first in November 2020 and next time in February 2021 (thought that maybe there was some issue with the first order..), but nothing was delivered. Got confirmation emails but no communication/delivery after that and on the second time my card was also charged. Scam, avoid if possible.

Same story. Paid for a product and no fulfillment. No reply after several emails. This is a con.

Waited two month after payment and goods never arrived. Lied about sending them as tracking showed parcel was never given to the courier. Wont respond to emails, wont refund payment. Avoid as untrustworthy.

First time and last time doing business here. Horrible communication and product.

I would not recommend using this business, theyve conned me out of $100 by not sending my requested order, not replying to emails and totally blinking my emails.So I didnt receive my requested parts then he had the cheek to ask for money for another $20. Youve been warned.
