As previous reviews have stated DO NOT deal with these people! My order arrived not complete and when I relayed this to him via text message (because he won’t talk on the phone??) he said sorry he had Covid and that’s why the order got screwed up and that I could ship it back at my own expense to be fixed. Yeah, like I should have pay the $70 round trip shipping for his mistake. Then when I asked him to pay shipping he blocked my number. Avoid at all cost.

STAY AWAY They are scammers. They took my money and never sent the part I ordered.

Called with my old cart, has been nothing but positive. Like most shops its busy during the day but returned calls within a timely manner.

GOLF CART CARE DISCOUNT PARTS IS BAD NEWS------DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. First they sent partial order then impossible to get a hold of. They were advised on the partial shipment and stated it was on the way. Nothing. Advised twice after that and finally they got around to looking into it. He stated he would call be back by 5:00pm that day to advise the status of the missing order and no call. Waited 2 days, nothing. He stated not enough postage so he took parts out of the box at the Post Office to mail package instead of paying the postage. Finally, I had to do a Pay Pal dispute for missing parts and partial order. It took a while but it was finally resolved. This guy is totally unprofessional and irresponsible. He was not interested in customer satisfaction. He made no apology for the inconvenience etc. A friend of mine also had a similar incident where he had wrong parts sent and it took forever to resolve. Save yourself a lot of trouble. Stay away from this guy.
