Very unorganized compared to their Salem store. I found all kinds of sizes in the 4t-5t size isles anywhere from newborn to 10/12. Decent prices just needs organized!
Ive had bad service with a young high school girl trying to cash out she would not put her phone down and was not listening to any of my questions but there is this 1 guy name josh he is super friendly and he helped fix everything. I honestly think they need to get rid of that little girl and have him there more.
Good place to shop for clothes and items for kids.
Always a treasure to find at incredible prices. Love this place. Friendly people.
No one wears a mask right even though their Facebook post about wearing masks say they all do.Everything is fairly organized but it is just so dingy and dark. Time to upgrade the whole place.
Lots of books, clothes are kinda pricey but the odds and ends they have in there make up for it.
I love the friendly staff n fair prices
1 star because its the only one of this kind around. 3 stars because of everything else. The store is clean, but usually pretty disorganized with lots of things migrating by customers and never returning to their right size group. And most of the merchandise is a good price for a good product but there have been plenty of times I didnt check things well enough. A shirt had a small hole in it, a pair of pants had the elastic band broken on one side, and another pair of pants had the zipper slider missing which made them useless. And all these things when Ive only shopped here a dozen times.Taking clothes there is a whole other disappointment. Im one of those people that want items back if the store doesnt want them. If you dont specify, then the store donates them. Well, the first few times I took my stuff in cardboard boxes and they told me that they must have taken it all because there was nothing there with my name on it. (There is no way of telling because they dont sort it while you wait and when you go back to pick up the unwanted items, your other stuff is already on the floor.) So, I started taking my stuff in a plastic tote with my name, #, and a note that reads Do Not Donate. Please call with my phone number. I started getting stuff back every time I took stuff. The last but not least disappointment with being a seller here is that half the people call you but half dont. One of the girls that was sorting actually told another girl that she never calls anyone. She said this right in front of me while I was waiting at the counter. Its super frustrating because it can take a week for them to sort it and the store is on the other side of town. So you have to worry about making useless trips to see if your stuff has been sorted yet, or worry about your extras getting donated. Ive been part of other consignment stores that have a much better handle on this.In the end, I still plan to shop and sell here if for no other reason than its close. But if Im already making a trip to Canton, I take my stuff there, wait for it to be sorted, and receive my money on the spot. I just wish this place had better systems in place.
Kid Zone is an excellent resource for small childrens clothes if you are on a budget. They have a lot to choose from, it is mostly in very good shape. The clothes are organized by gender, size, then color, just like the large chain consignment stores.Their toy and accessory selections are great for babies and toddlers. The prices are affordable, the toys are mostly in decent shape. Expect to have to look closely at anything you buy to make sure it is in good working order.Once you get into adult sizes, however, the quality and organization goes down noticeably. They still have a lot to choose from, but it is jammed onto the racks, the size sorting is unpredictable (primarily due to the huge variation in sizing and how poorly labeled clothing sizes are...is it womens size XL? juniors XL? Petite XL??). The racks are so full it is difficult to see what is there without fighting with the items to get them out.Toys for older kids are also more of a crap shoot. You may get lucky, but dont expect too much.
Very dirty place.
Amazing place with bowling alley, video games, prizes, and a bar for parents.
Was well organized ppl were nice I prefer the Salem killzone though
Really like this place... prices aren’t too bad! But nice place to take stuff you want someone else to get joy out of
Cheap and sometimes good used clothes and kids stuff. Dont always have what you need but the deals are really nice.
Have a great selection of used quality clothing, shoes and many other things for kids and also for adults. They also have a 50 cents section in the back.
Way too expensive to for super dirty shoes and stained up clothes!! 😠🤬
You can find great kids clothes, other things like toys, blankets. They also have great prices on wallets.
Such a helpful group of ladies everytime I visit to either shop, drop off clothing, or check account. Very wonderful place.
Cause they have stuff for everyone and its got very fair pricing
Tend to have a lot of nice clothes in a range of sizes, not only for kids
Great prices and not just for kids
Great selection of clothing for not only kids but adults too....cashier Crissy was very helpful.....
People are nice and easy to get along with
I got a cool puppet
Wonderful people, love this place!
Cashiers are a bit rude and aloof, prices are near retail. But there is a gem or two to be found if you look hard enough.
Get place to trade in old or pick up new
Great deals
Excellent place
Fantastic
