If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would this is the worst Starbucks if they’re not spilling your drink all down the side of your cup and into your vehicle then they’re rolling their eyes at you how hard is it to make a cup of coffee , I have spent so much money here and have been a big supporter of Starbucks but I am completely done I will never spend another dollar here , Today I ordered a cold brew black with nothing in it so they put no ice in it and then she tells me we don’t put ice in cold brew I’ve been going to Starbucks in longer than she’s been alive they put ice in cold brew!!! It’s pretty bad that I know the menu better than the workers nitro cold brew has no ice however I did not order a nitro cold brew!!!!!!!!!

I needed an extra boost this morning. I can always count on Starbucks for that. Service is always quick and with a smile ☺️. I also ordered a sandwich this morning, very tasty.

Was strategically closed on national coffee day with a handwritten note on the door indicating maintenance. Never got my free coffee, waste of trip. National customer service provided a solution after 2 attempts.

Great experience ! Nice clean atmosphere. Met a friend one day.Husband took me on a quick date another day. Both good times.Addison was awesome. Very polite and interactive. I love Starbucks. I love THIS Starbucks. When it is open, that is. Not sure what the problem is at this Alliance, Ohio location. Management? Staffing? Ordering? They seem to close a lot. Without notice. I show up (often) to a long line of cars in the driveway and NO EMPLOYEES in the store. When they are open the staff is friendly. Just checked online today and it says “open”...tried to call...no answer. There is never an answer. My guess is if I drive the 10 miles one way to get there it will be CLOSED.

I absolutely love Starbucks. This day, however, was my one bad experience. I ordered something new, their Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino. The taste was terrible, like eating a bad berry. Ended up throwing it out. Was with a friend so didnt want to make a fuss and so didnt complain.

I ordered three drinks pink drink, specific order they forgot the milk and a Carmel apple spice they gave me an apple crisp macchiato very upsetting cuz I DONT drink coffee

We took my father in law here for coffee because Starbucks is his favorite. Clean place and was really busy. I did purchase a glass cup for him. Starbucks to me is just overpriced, but this one was clean and the people were friendly

They seem to be always closed anymore. Its so disappointing to see that they are closed all the time. Last week they were closed 3 days! Alliance Starbucks is the only one that is like this. Its ridiculous.

Good Starbucks but changing hours form Sunday to Tuesday 2pm to 9pm is beyond ignorant. Sunday and Monday mornings are when people crave coffee to get going. If the business needed to limit its hours opening on these days in the mornings would generate more business than at night. Really hope this changes soon.

Starbucks food/drink selections are great. They dont always have what you want because they run out of inventory. Their set up for the drive thru is awful. You can only turn right as you exit but you can go back through the lot to Freshley in order to leave left. They do not have signage for those in the line not to block 2 way traffic so those who choose to park and go inside or leave via Freshley can pass by the drive thru line. They also have people who do not follow the path for the drive thru that wraps around building thus creating more congestion and a second line near the Freshley exit. What a mess! I avoid going there because of the chaotic traffic not due to service or food/drink. Very frustrating.

Staff SUPER friendly here. I got my free birthday drink and they were so helpful. I used the drive thru and it was really quick. The only complaint is the lay out of the parking lot. The driveway to the drive thru is right at the exit and it turns into a traffic jam when they get busy.

This is a GREAT Starbucks location. It has the best customer service I have seen from any store. Lindsey was very helpful and all the crew-members here are super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this location. They will always double check the correctness of your order and will always make it right with no problems!

This location is wonderful! Last stop after shopping and close to the expressway.However some of the employees are extremely lazy and refuse to greet you when you walk in or walk up to the register. I often mobile order because I know that’s the fastest way to get my drink without awkwardness.

We are always traveling and getting a quick coffee at Starbucks and for the past YEARS our drinks are never perfect. For the first time we were so happy with what we wanted. The manager I believe was so helpful and knowledgeable with what we wanted and needed. They were patient with us and very nice while we were explaining what and how we want our drinks. There was a new girl who was so sweet and broke down our order perfectly. She even asked the manager to make sure everything was right. So pleased!!!

I tried to call the alliance Ohio Starbucks this morning and the phone number did not work. I ordered two bacon and Gouda sandwiches and neither of them had bacon on them. I stop there on my way to work every morning and something is always messed up. They do not know what they are doing and always messed up.

Their hours are not consistent. They are closed multiple times a week, and I just went today and apparently their new hours are from 2 PM to 9 PM. I don’t know what went wrong with that store, but it sucks that it’s not consistent with the rest of the brand.

Best around...not all Starbucks are equal. The Alliance Starbucks staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean, the service is fast, and the items I order are always delicious and fresh. The coffees are consistently great.

As a mom of a toddler I find it very difficult to work from home most days. So I often visit this location to focus and get some work done. Today while I was there the nicest employee checked on me several times, offering water and pastry samples. I felt like I was at a small local coffee shop. It was an amazing experience. :)

This is the second time I have driven from Minerva, 20 minutes away, to get coffee, and you are closed. Last time was a Tuesday evening 2 weeks ago. Your App and store locator on your website say you are open. Not sure what the deal is, but we will get coffee from Dunkin from now on, at least they are open when it says they are.

They were out of the ham and swiss but they had plenty to have as options

Orders are always correct. Staff is friendly and competent. Its quite nice to be greeted by name, and the staff always make an effort to know customers by name.

I have been going there three to four times a week for about 2 years and this is the most friendliest place that you can go to get a coffee and good food everybody is really courteous and they get to know your name and get to know you I love this place

Theres something awesome about this particular Starbucks location. The employees are always friendly, and they dont mess up my drink order. I love the big long table that forces you to sit next to strangers. Theres some good people-watching potential here, with a mix of Mount Union students, locals, and some misfits that make you wonder what they could possibly be doing in Alliance, Ohio. I am also a huge supporter of Starbucks universal restrooms. Way to go, Starbucks.

Went here for the 1st time on veterans day for a free coffee. I had never had starbucks before so I asked the girl if the free coffee was just plain coffee or flavored or what exactly I should get. She told me I could get anything. After I picked something, she asked me the size. I thought wow, this is crazy. I was expecting the free coffee to be a small black coffee. My friend ordered his own drink and she gives us the total...... And I got charged for my drink.I wasnt about to argue with the girl because I dont mind paying for my own things. But I was actually disappointed because I would never have suggested going there in the first place had it not been advertised the way it was. And to be honest, it was a long wait and a lot of money for something that I make better at my own house.Will not be returning...... Even if they offer me free coffee.

I get the same thing all the time at Starbucks and each Starbucks is supposed to be consistent. Well we are from out of town and thought okay, Starbucks is safe. Nope my iced coffee had so much cream that it was white and I couldnt even taste the coffee at all. Sent it back and let my husband take care of it and the second was the exact same thing. I dont know what they think I ordered but it was supposed to be an iced coffee with cream. Thats it. Not cream with some iced coffee and a mound of ice.

Overpriced and not worth it

I’m very upset because on multiple occasions I have ordered my drink with no ice and have gotten 3/4 of my cup FILLED with ice! My drink tag even says “no ice” and I just wish that the baristas paid attention.

This was a typical Starbucks with delicious coffee. The workers were very patient and helpful to the older gentlemen in line ahead of me. I waited longer than usual for my coffee because it seemed they were more focused on getting through the drive thru line. Next time Ill order through the app or just drive through.

I had a great experience when I went through their drive thru today (12/6/16). A big thank you to the man who took my order this morning around 9:40am. He was super friendly and made my morning, so thank you! Plus my Peppermint Mocha was wonderful!

Probably the quickest Starbucks drive through we frequent. If you order a fancy flavored coffee (like my wife) its always made right. My simple plain, no flavoring, no sweetener, non-fat iced latte seems to throw Starbucks for a loop sometimes as it occasionally will come with some type of sweetener so I always have to try my drink before pulling away.

Starbucks of alliance has always been the best experience until today. One worker with a very bad attitude and then no one saying anything at all just stared at me as I waited at the register. This used to be a five star review. Not any more though. Highly disappointed. One guy running the ovens and front register and says hello sorry for your wait and be right with you as two at the at window had just stared at me for couple minutes and then two that were making the cups doing as they were. Not sure what happened with in a week but Id advice just to go through the drive thru unless you do not mind being ignored.

Pulled up to drive thru & come to order board. Half was a picture of a $3.45 Breakfast sandwich, a forth of the Board was a $5 Breakfast Sandwich, & the other quarter was the order taker. Just the old game of bate & switch! He said his store did not carry the $3 Sandwich, but wanted to know if I wanted the other! Come one Starbucks, the old PT Barnum ploy! I thought you were above this!

This place never gets my orders correct. I keep coming back because I enjoy Starbucks but this is getting ridiculous. Not only are my orders wrong but I get my order that is covered in coffee, sticky etc. I mention something and I get an apology. Even after stating this happens every time I visit. Ill more than likely take the 30minute drive to a different Starbucks. Worst Starbucks I have ever been too!

I love this starbucks! I am here about 3-5 times a week. The baristas are so friendly and always ask about my day and chat with me while waiting for my order. Nice interior and plenty of places to sit. Also has a drive through, which not all Starbucks around here have. Nice addition.
