We found the Lincoln Aviator we wanted online and called the dealership and spoke to Andy. Andy was great to work with and answered all of our questions. We told him that we wanted to purchase the vehicle and would make the 5 hour drive the next day. When we arrived the next day the vehicle was up front and the paperwork was all completed just needed a few signatures and we drove off. We also met the owner, John, and he was extremely friendly and cares greatly about his employees and customers. It was a pleasure doing business with a family run business and we definitely recommend Sarchione Ford Lincoln.

Ive never had bad service here. They send out the recalls for my vehicle. I bring it in for recalls and services. I tell them they dont have to do the inspection. They perform the work and do the inspection anyways. They tell me all the broken things I already know about. I tell them I already knew about said things and apologize that they wasted their time. Im always happy with the work they do. Its a good relationship.

This ended up being the absolute best experience I have ever had with a situation having body work done. Disappointed is an understatement. Drove over an hour to check out a truck. Agreed to buy the truck, and come back to pick it up the following Saturday. They sold the truck the next day to a different customer even though we had an agreement. Was going to leave a $500 deposit to secure the truck, but was told it was not needed and the truck was ours. I’m starting up a new company with some associates, now we’re back to square one because of the incompetence of this dealership. Will not be back.

So Ive had experiences with both sales and service here recently. if all car dealerships were like this, people would enjoy the process a lot more. sales (chris) was upfront about the offer, and having done a LOT of research, the offer was very reasonable, and the process was smooth. the service people actually listened to my situation and made sure that everything worked out well. you may hear sour grapes from people whove had unreasonable expectations that didnt work out, but compared with most other places, the people here are a pleasure to work with. I actually didnt mind driving an hour each way to do so.

Would not recommend. After days of waiting for pictures, we finally received them. Agreed to have co-owner drive out to dealership. Offered cash as a deposit, but was told that we could charge our business credit card to hold the truck & pick it up over the weekend. Once we found out our credit was approved, we tried to contact James and 45 mins later he told us that they sold the vehicle. Stay away.

I do not and I mean I do not recommend this car dealership to anyone So let me tell you about the experience my brother just recently had so my brother purchase a Mercedes Benz E350 from this car dealership He paid $13,000 cash for the car he have had this car for maybe A little over two weeks so he told me that he was driving the car and the car started to smell funny so he kept on driving until he got to his destination no soon as he pulled in the driveway with the car the car was in flames on fire I THANK God for keeping and protecting my brother I don’t wish this experience on anyone and I know that anything can happen at any time but a lot of these car dealerships do whatever they have to do just to make a sale and the fact that my brother went and put his hard earned money that he works for down on this vehicle and paid cash for it for this to happen is totally unacceptable for me he didn’t even want to no longer deal with you guys he just let Geico insurance handle everything but I had to come and speak on his behalf once again I don’t recommend this place and I thank you God for protecting my brother.

Looked at pickups for close to two years, really didnt want to pull the trigger on a $50K+ truck but then it was time. My 19 year old F350 while still in decent shape needed replaced. I spotted this RAM on Montroses Web listing and stopped in to check it out. It was one heck of a great price, I was second in line but first with the cash. Great sales experience given they were in the driver seat with buyers lined up. Ive had the truck for about three months now and put on about 4,000 mostly work miles. It has given me zero problems and has performed better than expected. I also give the sales team and administration great marks for being very helpful during the purchase process.

Sarchione Ford in Alliance has restored my faith in doing business in todays society. Honestly, I dont know where to begin with our experiences with this dealership. My first interaction with the dealership was with GREG in the parts department. My vehicle needed a few cosmetic dealer only parts and GREG tracked everything down in his computer that I needed. With our world under Covids thumb still, GREG informed me of shipping delays and backorders (to no fault of Sarchiones at all) and had me straight answers on prices and expected arrival times of my parts. To praise GREG even more so, my wifes vehicle needed tires (which are not an everyday size) and GREG put in the legwork to not only get exactly what she wanted at an amazing price, but also informed her of other options we didnt know about, just to be thorough and have a happy customer.Now for the service department. Everyone behind the counter from the cashier to the folks booking the services that Sarchione provides, were excellent to deal with. All of our questions were answered and every individual took the time to make sure nothing was missed for the installation of the tires on my wifes vehicle. The employees in the service bays also answered questions we had with the tire install. They provided us with information we didnt know about and did a wonderful job, taking care of our vehicle as if it was their own. Service department even washed the vehicle after the TIRE INSTALL! (Who does that??? Sarchione does)Last but not least is the SALES department. The day prior to my wifes tire install, I personally was looking at trading my vehicle in on a newer model. JIMMY was my salesman and was down to earth, professional, and also took the time to answer my questions AND had a vehicle from their Waynesburg facility brought up for me to test drive (same model different engine). The delivered vehicle couldnt be brought up until the next day and JIMMY personally suggested I waited to drive it just to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He could have very easily pushed me towards the one he had on their lot, just to get a sale from me that day. I was very impressed with the genuine concern from JIMMY wanting me to wait a day to drive the second vehicle with a different engine, exploring my options and being a happy customer. I never felt pressured in ANY way what so ever during the car buying experience with JIMMY.I used Sarchiones in house financing and dealt with AJ during the process. AJ got me a wonderful rate and terms. AJ was no different from the other employees, he took his time explaining my options I had with financing and answered all of my questions pertaining to financing, warranties, and documentation. Again, no pressure or pushy uncomfortable fast talk like so many in house financers out there.Lastly, John Sarchione introduced himself during the process and asked if there was anything he could do for me with my purchase.My review is lengthy but I felt compelled to do a review based on my experience with Sarchione Fords sales, financing, parts, and service department since I dealt with all of them. Very pleasant experience. Oil, filter, inspection, top off all fluids, car wash, and tire rotation. $53 out the door.They said it would be 1hour 15 min. It only took 45 min. Waiting room is great/comfortable.

I went to 3 other dealerships looking for a bigger vehicle not knowing what I needed. I finally decided that we were in the market for an Expedition, before calling Sarchione. My husbands and my work schedule is extremely busy and we dont always have a lot of time to ourselves. Anytime I have ever purchased a vehicle I have been hours at a dealership. We have a toddler and this is just not feesible. I also come from a sales background so the last thing I want, is sold by a pushy person. I called the dealership and asked for the least pushy sales person and they put Andy on the phone. He listened to exactly what I needed and wanted, my concerns and our limited time schedules. I went in the following day , called before going to let him know exactly what vehicle I wanted. He had the vehicle out and ready to drive when we got there, he was courteous of our time, got us in and out within an hour with the perfect vehicle. The guys gave our toddler a toy car to play with to keep him smiling while we were doing the paperwork. This used truck has been a costly nightmare! The salesman was dishonest during this sale and did not disclose to me the hidden problems with this truck. The truck was never serviced to begin with and I asked multiple times during the purchase if it had been. The old fuel filter fell off the truck and left me stranded in a canyon with no cell service two days after purchase. Now the truck is in the shop and the emissions system from the EGR, DPF and exhaust is so clogged the truck hardly runs. This is gonna cost me thousands to fix and I have only had the truck 2 months and barely drive it. Obviously the truck never went through any multiple point inspection and Im sure the salesman sat back and laughed about how much money he made off the resale. I asked repeatedly during this sale if the truck was inspected and to disclose any potential problems. They said there were no problems the truck is mechanically sound. Three shocks were blown out and have invested over $2600 hundred in paint and rust repair far beyond what was visible that I was aware of. This is the most dishonest experience have ever gone through. The only reason One star is given is because this site will not let you post unless one star is given. Vehicle safety and integrity does not seem to be a priority at this dealership.

Absolutely the BEST car buying experience we have EVER had!! We found the exact truck we wanted on their website so I called and spoke with Joe Springer. We explained that we were almost 4 hours away and had never purchased a vehicle this way before....he made me feel at ease and kindly walked me through the process. I sent him numerous pictures of our trade and he gave us a detailed proposal including trade allowance....black and white with no hidden fees! Within 15 minutes of submitting our pre-approval paperwork he messaged me to let me know that it was great and asked when we would like to come up to get our new truck! We drove up Saturday and boy, what a group of AMAZING guys! The truck was detailed and ready to go and Joe saw us pull in, waved at us through the glass and came out to greet us! He informed us that we were all set to go and introduced us to John Sarchione, the owner, who walked out to our new vehicle with us! The actual paperwork only took about 30 minutes (we felt so comfortable that we chatted and laughed throughout the process, otherwise it would have been less LOL) and then we were done. Absolutely the most seamless vehicle transaction we have ever done....the paperwork didnt have any strange #s or hidden fees, just like the original proposal which was refreshing and appreciated. We will GLADLY drive up there again in the future if we ever need another vehicle and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sarchione Ford in Alliance to anyone who wants a straightforward, honest car buying experience! I am a 71 year old woman and I took my Ford Escape in for power window regulator and an oil change. They were very friendly but on the oil change tires were supposed to be checked for air pressure. Paper work said 35 pp on each tire. I got on highway with a 4 year old in the car and low tire indicator came on. I had to find a place to pull over and get out in the rain and put air in the tire. It was reading 23 pp. that could have been a nasty blow out on the highway. I was totally disappointed. I checked all the tires and not one of them was at 35. Think I will stay away from this dealership.UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW::Sarchione has contacted me on this matter and I have to say they were very apologetic and offered me a free service next time I come in. I was not looking for a handout, I just wanted them to make sure it doesn’t happen to someone else. They were very sweet and I am over my being upset. Car buying is by no means a fun experience. Its stressful as ever! Lucky for me, Dave Kress dealt with my near panic attacks and helped me though the experience (if you didnt pick up on it- this was my first car). I am now the proud owner of a Ford Escape that I love. I would recommend Montrose and more importantly Dave Kress to guide you through your car buying experience. I also want to throw a shout out to Josh in the financing department: he was patient and great with explaining everything and working the best plan for me.

If I could give this car dealership zero stars... I definitely would. We made an appointment with (Jim) one of their sales reps to look at a car. Jim knew we were traveling an hour and 40 minutes to look at the car with A clean Carfax. Jim let us know a half an hour before our appointment time that one of the Lot attendants must have backed into the car when moving it. Upon looking at the car when we got there we realized that this accident was not one that had just happened. It had been repainted and touched up. The car dealership wanted to only give us $350 off the car price when it needed A complete replacement of the back bumper. The car lot knew of this damage before hand and was trying to hide it. Very disappointed and a waste of time!!!

Never have I ever been met with such kindness patience and knowledge Amedeo was the kindest man. He even made my daughter feel comfortable and started the vehicle and put the air conditioning on for her so that she can sit comfortably while we talked more. I recently had a minor accident that hurt the front end of my jeep, I am covered through State Farm insurance that led me to Sarchione to get everything fixed up! They helped me within minutes, had an estimate together, and was super helpful in my panic. I dropped of my car for a 3 day repair and it was done on time! Everyone on the phone was so helpful, special thank you to Rachel for helping me out! To my surprise, the detail is perfectly fixed up, my jeep looks amazing and they cleaned her up INSIDE AND OUT!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You guys rock!

1st time car buyer but 3rd vehicle purchase in the family. My wife and I are blown away by the incredible customer service displayed! Everyone involved went the extra mile and pulled out every stop they could. We honestly feel like we stole the car! The owner John even was present throughout the entire deal and the finance manage Chris got us a great rate, but wasnt satisfied until he then beat that one and got us a superb rate.
