I had the worst experience purchasing a modular home for our parents. I explained to Tracy Kemeter from MOBILE HOME FINANCING that my father is in hospice and we needed to close quickly. He did not keep us well informed he cared more about whether we needed the tools the previous owner left than us. He just told us to use common since when I asked him about switching the utilities. This day was supposed to be the happiest day for my parents that sold their house after 48 years. He made it a nightmare.

As a first time mobile home buyer my family and I werent really sure what to expect and the processes involved. Tracy explained everything very thoroughly and kept us informed throughout the whole process. There were a few complications with some of the parks we tried for but Tracy was on the ball and found us a place that would actually answer the phone and approve us. He took care of the issues in the home with no second thought about it, and continues to follow up with us to make sure everything is going well. I would 100% recommend him and buy from him again!

My experince with (Tracy Kameter) in Mobile Home Financing &Sales was great. He always was clear with us. Always that we called him, he answer the phone. He was very responsible to us as clients. We are buyers for the first time and he explained everything to us very clearly, he answered each of our questions and not only answered, but also showed us each paper to explain. The house had various details to fix and he was very responsible and arranged everything. Even after closing we saw that there was a problem that the inspector did not put on the report and Tracy quickly responded and fixed. I really recommend it, very nice person, respectful. My wife and I recently purchased our first home, last week to be exact. Being first time home buyers I really didnt know what to expect. All i did know was that there would be lots of paperwork and probably someone who really was in it for themselves and not focused on our concerns/questions.. I was wrong. We showed up for our appointment which was scheduled at our convenience. Tracy right out the gate was upbeat, lively, and easy going. Literally within the first minute we felt like we have known this guy for quite some time. Hes really a down to earth kind of guy and has an extenssive knowledge of mobile homes. Hes the kind of person who truly enjoys his job. During our meeting I had mentioned two concerns with our to be new home. Tracy was understanding, sensible, and straightforward. He did not hesitate when it came to taking action to put my troubles at ease. We are already moved into our new home and truly love it. It was a great experience. The worst mistake I ever made was hiring tracy. He is a liar, 2 faced, has no idea what he is talking about. Will lie lie lie to your face with a smile. He is rude, he had the nerve to say to me I was crazy, ever time I asked him a question to answer his question he kept hanging up on me, kept talking over me , apparently he doesnt know how to treat a customer. He absolutely made my already bad situation a 1000 times worse. I feel one star is giving him way more credit that he deserves. The worst thing I ever did was use this company....

You want a tell it as it is up front guy who knows all the ins and outs in mobile homes sales and financing, Tracy is for you. Guy on the phone was extremely rude and hasty and said blah blah blah ive been doing this for a long time and said he didnt wanna waste his time or ours looking over a few things,kept talking and talking over me and my wife. never again ,nice houses ...poor pitches

Horrible experience. I called inquiring about financing. The asked my credit score and said they couldnt do it and hung up. Im a first time buyer and i barely got any information about how their finance works. Wouldnt recommend this place.
