My husband bought me a pair of boots for Christmas and unfortunately they had a manufacturing flaw. I returned them with no hassles PLUS fuzzy inserts at no charge! I was also shown some new arrivals ( not even on display yet) and left with a wonderful pair of yoga pants and soft comfy top to match. I always find something I must have at STEP in 4 MOR!!
