Great service by Miguel. He realized there was any rainbow icee left, so he got creative and mixed the ones that were there to get the job done. It made up for the downfall of being on line for 45 minutes but he made sure to leave a smile on my family face.Wish things didnt run out; but that must be a good thing. This is always a must stop when visiting Dorney Park on the way out. A big variety of Ice Cream Flavors that never disappoints. I really enjoy their ice cream sandwiches with Sprinkles. For $5.50, you have a six pack and you are on your way. The lines can get long here depending upon when you go. Add this to your list.

Our visit was so disappointing. We ordered one regular ice cream soda and one regular hot fudge sundae. Both with hard vanilla ice cream. First she had to check if they had hard vanilla. She came back and said they did. I took the order out to the car. My ice cream was so soft, it was terrible. It was actually hard melted ice cream. My husbands vanilla ice cream soda was also terrible. The ice cream wasnt hard at all. He brought it home and it out. Almost $9 for the order. We have been there many times. This was not a good visit. We wont be returning too soon. After thought was I should have taken them back in but the line was long and disorganized.

Genuinely the worst ice cream experience Ive ever had. We ordered hard ice cream and within the time it took to drive to a park 2 minutes away it was melted. The ice cream wasnt packaged well in the tiny cups they provide so ice cream got absolutely everywhere. My ice cream was supposed to have toppings such as chocolate chips and peanut butter cups, it had very few chocolate chips and not a single peanut butter cup. I was told the flavors I ordered had lots of toppings included which they didnt. I ordered fudge and caramel toppings and even asked for extra but was given hardly any. It took us about 10 minutes to clean the giant mess all over the car that happened from the melted ice cream. Hard ice cream should not have melted that quickly and they should have bigger cups or at least better proportioned ones so that the majority of ice cream isnt laying on the top. The flavors I ordered were bland as well and nothing special. Wont be returning.

Ice cream in many different flavors including seasonal. You can sample up top 4 before deciding. Definitely recommend trying flavors you havent had before. The ladies working there were very friendly.

Very nice place to be for people who love ice creams and shakes... they have good variety of ice cream and they do make sundaes and shakes too... you can get ice creams either in cups or cones too with a chocolate fudge and other toppings...they do sell cakes too and could be made of your choice if place an order in advance. Very reasonable price.

I took my family here on a Friday night. Employee was not wearing mask correctly with his nose out. Our employee wore gloves but then checked me out with the gloves, giving me sticky money, kept the same gloves on to service another customer. No hand sanitizer to be seen and it was also packed. For such a small place to upkeep, they better start working on cleanliness and compliance.

DO NOT BUY AN ICE CREAM CAKE FROM HERE!!! Wouldn’t freeze. The cake was liquid on the plate after 6 hours in a “deep” freezer. “Manager” was rude and disrespectful on the phone. Told me my freezer didn’t work. I explained I tried two of my freezers and cake still wouldn’t freeze. She Said “I don’t know what to tell you”. The worst customer service I have ever received. Also at pickup the cake was not decorated as I asked it to be. Should of known right then what kind of service this place offers and just gone elsewhere. Will never order from here again.

Flavor was bland the large cup can barely fit anything if youre thinking of ordering three flavors and two toppings think again the place is very busy so I understand why our order was rushed however a business that has been here for so long should know what theyre doing maybe bigger cups for bigger orders

Solid group of employees and knowledge, however I only suggest they restructure the ability to form lines. They tend to gravitate towards the entrance. Maybe a few 90° turns would help.

Employee had his nose sticking out from his mask while serving ice cream for some reason. And the hard ice cream seems to have some kind of freezer burn so when you eat it youll find slimy rocks in it that ruin the taste of the ice cream. Employees dont ask customers to wear masks properly and just generally dont care. Last thing I believe they charged me wrong last time I went, I order the same thing every time and the last time it was double than the price before. Only giving it 2 stars since I like the flavors.

An interesting ice cream shop that claims to have 100 flavors of ice cream(I did not count).Unfortunately, due to the number of flavors the two scoops I had contained ice crystals. The flavor was good but the presence of ice crystals probably indicates that the two flavors I ordered were not popular. Given 100 flavors its not surprising that some flavors would not sell as well as others.Overall, this is a popular location with multiple lines to deal with crowds. They also sell prepackaged icecream and ice cream products, like cakes. I did not try these but I saw people buying them as well.

Weve been here many times over the years. The ice cream is very good, and we usually get ice cream cakes here for celebrations. There are park benches out front with a view of Dorney Park/Wild Water Kingdom for your viewing pleasure!

The ice cream here is great! The only problem I have is the price for extra toppings. For a Small hot fudge Sunday with M&Ms/extra hot fudge & a small ice cream cone with sprinkles should not run someone almost $11 bucks. King Cone on MacArthur Road has just as good ice cream but for $5 bucks cheaper.

The worst experience ever!!!!I went to go get my cake for my son. When I was going to go get the cake the manger DROPPED it. I didn’t wait for a week to have the cake dropped. When I started telling the manger to give me another cake and got a little loud, he told me to go outside. MAYBE NEXT TIME THE MANAGER COULD WORK on HIS ATTITUDE! They are very greedy for money and when you try to tell them that what they are doing is wrong they show you attitude. He told me to pay for cake that was dropped and the cake that I was going to buy. I also asked him to deliver the cake to my house because I was pretty busy today. I don’t have time to come back since the birthday is TODAY!!!! What shocks me the most is that the MANAGER is the most rudest person I have meet. My son was excited to have the custom cake. This isn’t the only time that these people have been rude. Maybe next time you guys should show less attitude and just maybe you won’t have to tell anyone to go outside.

Good ice cream at good prices. They have a pretty vast selection of hard ice creams and the usual soft serve flavors. Lots of toppings. Cones, bowls and Sundaes available. Decent amount of seating and parking. Outdoor seating is available. Service is good, usually Yong high school kids. Never wait in line more than a few minutes. Overall great place for desert especially if you have kids.

Ordered a banana split from here I didnt want vanilla. Unfortunately I made the assumption that theyd just add an additional strawberry or chocolate scoop beings they didnt ask if I wanted to substitute other flavor in place of I wound up getting a 2 scoop banana split with gap in center for the same price as 3 scoops. I get that I shouldve asked to substitute vanilla scoop but to pay same price for 2 scoops seems like poor business ethics. Im certain if I asked for additional scoops Id be charged accordingly.

I normally rave about this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for years! I went in on Friday April 17th to pick up a birthday cake that I ordered. The woman behind the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge me. When I said, “. Excuse me, I’m here to pick up a cake.” She said in a sullen tone, “I’m waiting on a customer.” She decided to complete a huge order & have me stand for 15 minutes instead of stopping what she was doing & grabbing my order. I’ve been a bartender for 20 years. I know what it’s like to work in the service industry. You need to multi task. If one customers request will take 1 minute of your time, and the other customer 15 minutes, you grab the order that will take the least amount of time first. I Will not be returning

Their selection of ice cream is out of this world. Reasonable prices, great staff, 3 kids and their parents were super pleased. Even after we got back to NY, we could not stop talking about this place. We drove an hour plus from Dallas PA to stop by Ice Cream World on our way to Reading PA again yesterday. Just superb!!! I look forward to returning again soon on our next trip to PA

They closed half hour early. The two young men were inside, but claimed they were closed. Website says 11 pm but it was 10:30. Truth is...they just wanted to go home early. We drove a half hour to get there, to be turned away. Will never return.

Some of their ice cream is flavorless or tastes artificially flavored. I got blueberry cheesecake ice cream and it had no blueberry flavoring--just a single, dehydrated blueberry mixed in, and tasted like straight vanilla. They have a good variety though so that makes up for it. Dont like one flavor? Try another next time.

Terrible customer service. The two employees who were working the counter would not wait on my family. I questioned both employees separately why they were not helping us and taking orders from the customers who came in after my family. They both ignored my question. Finally a staff member who was cleaning in the back came out to the front and was asked to wait on us by the one staff member who ignored me. We will not be back.

Awesome old fashioned ice cream shop with tons of flavors and other delicious desserts like cartwheels. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices. they are also starting to carry a few vegan options which is awesome. I also love that it is next to Potts Hot Dog shop! cant go wrong because whatever youre hungry for theyll have the flavor!

Recently took a trip there for a date with my wife. Once we got to the counter 3 different kids were juggling our order of 2 ice cream cones. After explaining none of their signs were accurate, they proceeded to break my cone and not replacing it. My wife asked for a simple bowl of soft serve with some toppings, and before she could finish ordering the kid walked away rudely. She ended up putting too much in the bowl and just threw it out randomly, then asked the manager for help. He came out, and was extremely rude to us, asking for her order and mumbling around orders. They overcharged me and refused to give me any reduction, and he messed up her order. I use to love coming here but when you have children run the store you can only expect mediocre service. Will not return

Best local ice cream place! Dont expect fancy hipster flavors, this is good old fashioned ice cream, shakes and sundaes. Youll find Moose tracks, double chocolate, peanut butter fudge, cherry cheesecake, cookies crush and even pistachio. They also make custom ice cream cakes for birthdays and the like, and have generic ones that ready to go. Also their summer hours are ridiculously long, they are one till 11pm every day!

Ice Cream World is my all-time favorite ice cream parlor! The quality of the ice cream surpasses any other store Ive ever been to. The price of a sundae or milkshake is extremely reasonable as well, which is just an added bonus.They sell homemade ice cream cakes, and not just in vanilla or chocolate; theyll make them in any flavor they sell, and even split the cake between two flavors top-to-bottom. You can also get quarts and half gallons of any flavor (theres over 30 available), as well as their homemade ice cream novelties (which are excellent).

Great ice cream however there’s always an older employee there with attitude. Order with the teenagers and you’ll be safe.

This place has so many homemade choices and toppings. Its fantastic. We try to go here anytime we are in the mood for ice cream in the area.

Plenty of options to choose from with a good price. Flavors were great with fast service and a smile. The store is a bit small with not that much space to sit down and enjoy your ice cream indoor but there are some benches outside but facing the parking lot.

We normally love coming here but upon this visit we witnessed the owner of the store scraping down the sides of the ice cream buckets with the large spoon/scraper. She never rinsed the spoon/scraper after each container and actually cross-contaminated peanut butter ice cream with other flavors! We will never go here again! I, and many other people, are allergic to peanuts!
