His installers were very skilled and they made sure we were happy with our countertops before they left our house.

I walked into the gallery for Ilkem and was quickly greeted by a friendly staff member who then took me through their inventory. They were extremely professional and informative while I browsed and instantly wrote up an estimate for me based on a slab name and kitchen rendering. Prices are comparable and a friend referred me to them for their reliability and budget-friendliness (without sacrificing quality). There were a bit of some hiccups but the company was quick to reconcile them and prove their good customer service. The product delivered is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I will be recommending them to those in my circle who are also/will also be renovating their kitchens.

We hired Ersan and his team to install our kitchen countertops and double vanity tops for both bathrooms. The selection of stone was fantastic, we went with quartz and were amazed how beautiful the stone looked and how their cuts were perfectly placed to bring out the best in the stone after installation. The price point and service they offered was above and beyond anything I experienced at another store or supplier. These guys are the absolute best! They have a huge warehouse that has tons of pieces that you can look through and choose your exact piece. But even better, their customer service is excellent, as they work with you to ensure you are happy. Highly recommend!

I wanted to wait to give a five star rating to these people until the kitchen was complete, but I think they did such a fantastic job I might post now and photos after completion. I had issues with a different granite supplier breaking the slabs and wasted quite a bit of time not doing the right thing. When I got to Ilkem I was extremely hesitant. There is a nice selection in the warehouse. They know what they are doing, they do it well and within a short period of time. I highly recommend this company and its staff. These guys have been great, and the turn around time has been even better. It was estimated that the granite would take about a week to come. They had it done within 3 days and had it installed. Both me and my wife are fond of home decoration and we were looking for the best granite kitchen countertops when we decided to renovate the kitchen just a few days ago. I had Ilkem Granite install a kitchen counter for us and they did an outstanding job. Everything exceeded my expectations and the price was the best in the Lehigh Valley. I had done to 3 other granite stores and had encountered various estimates from $2400 to $3600 for the same type of granite. At the last minute we decided to visit Ilkem and the prices they gave could not be beat but was 15% lower than everyone else. After going through their warehouse, we found a beautiful peace of granite that we had not seen at any store before. Ilkem has the most unique pieces of granite that I have seen. I have gone back multiple times for granite and every time I go in, there is more unique and beautiful pieces of granite that I have never seen.I would highly recommend them, the prices and selection cannot be beat.

In February 2012 we undertook our first home remodeling and were more than nervous about making a costly mistake. After checking the two leading big box stores, we were never quite satisfied with the granite choices and quotes. It seemed that their process of estimation and measurement, removal of old countertops, and installation required the coordination of several smaller contractors which spread the project over 6 - 8 weeks.Ilkem Granite, on the other hand, oversees the complete job and it couldnt have been smoother or easier! Start to finish required much less time and was less hassle by working one-on-one with Ilkems knowledgeable staff. (We ordered our appliances through the big box store which was not so easy - didnt tell us about required 4 prong outlets meaning another visit for our electrician and could use the range for another week, appliances came on different dates, wrong type pendants for our ceiling. Major hassle!)The staff at Ilkem helped us in our selection of granite for color and price from their large stock. We never felt pressure to buy from them, even after they moved many slabs so we could pick the perfect one for us.We chose an exotic granite for our countertops and ran it up the full height of the backsplash wall. Ilkem was able to cut the L-shaped portion of the countertop in a single piece, complete with a double ogee border and sink cut out. Their stone cutter and installer was simply amazing, and its nearly impossible to find the seam on our other piece.We had expected to buy a stainless steel, divided deep under countertop sink and tall faucet. What a surprise when told that our purchase included one of the many they had on display!We learned about Ilkem from a neighbor who was pleased with their recent remodel and purchase from Ilkem. Like them, we couldnt be happier with the quality of stone, workmanship, professionalism, service, and price. We definitely recommend and rate Ilkem Marble & Granite a 10 star business!

We had a bar counter installed in the finished basement of our new house. We shopped out the granite to a few places (used a middleline stone choice) and after receiving a quote from Ilkem and reading the online reviews of the other franchise locations, we made our choice. Other local competitors didnt even bother to return phone calls with estimates.These folks were very professional and the pricing was significantly better from local competitors. I have been living with granite countertops in many homes and the camoflauging technique their installer performs on the seams is incredible! You have to run your fingers over the counter to find it.We are in the process of designing a new kitchen for our home and will be using Ilkem for the granite.
