Was told there was going to be early release today for vanguard at 9pm to 930pm drove all the way to the store to find it close asked multiple times also asked yesterday and was told this very displeased

We stopped by to trade in some equipment. Devin was knowledgeable, helpful and refreshingly honest. Not sure who these other reviewers worked with, but wed go back and deal with Devin any day! Thumbs up to his customer service! Thank you.

I went here on Black Friday so trust me it was chaos, but the workers here are fantastic! I called them first to see if they had whatever I wanted in stock and the gentleman who helped me out was great and answered my questions fast. When I went to checkout at the store, I had this awesome cashier by the name of Becca I believe (Hopefully thats right). She was amazing and she walked me through a lot and explained things to me in very thorough detail and she got me to buy a warranty and also a better GameStop account so she is a very good salesperson as well! I will definitely come back here again, especially with such good service on the busiest day of the year.

Bought a couple of games which are already used. They did work for me and well i got them at a good price. Wide variety of games and the staff are pretty nice. You can order it online and can be picked by the time you reach there. The accessories are also available for gaming.

Wow this place is godawful with stocks. Literally everytime I go there to get something i get an instant out of stock from the employee. Its embarrassing that a GAME store doesnt have a game im looking for but target down the street does. A shame really

Not recommended. On a big game day release, the store was not open at the hours presented on both the door and the website, prompting customers to stand outside in the cold. Normally, I’d chalk this up to shoddy mail service, but since every other GameStop is stocked, I’m going to assume someone in charge simply did not order supply until last minute.To note: waiting would have been nothing, if only we were allowed inside, since the store should have been open.

Multiple issues with preorders. Unfriendly staff, just refer you to customer service hotline when you have issues. No accountability among employees, will tell you one thing and completely change the statement the next day with no consequence. They may have cheaper prices for used games but the savings arent worth supporting a business like this. Going with Amazon for games from now on.

Employees there were friendly. Helped me determine and find the product I was looking for and made it an enjoyable experience. Its a sad shame that you fire management for not selling enough pre-orders when either its because the customer doesnt have money, the upcoming games suck or the economy sucks.

Ive going to this store for a long time, so as you may imagine I have a tale or two of bad service. However, never in my whole life have Ive met such a good GameStop employee than Taj. Taj is patient with young kids as well as old parents. He is always nice to the customers, and is never sales pushy. If you go to this store and Taj is there, you WILL be getting good service.

Never going there again, I bought a game and it didn’t work. So I went back two days later to take it back they wouldn’t take it back. They wanted to buy it for 8 bucks when I paid 40 for it and I had the receipt. Doing all my buying online. Hopefully they will go out of business like block buster did. Won’t see this face again

Store had two employees and a customer came in for a trade-in. After waiting 10 mins, a second associate was in the store but was unavailable due to phone calls meaning all transactions halted to full-stop. I asked the associate who had ended their phone call if we were stuck waiting for this trade-in to complete in order to check out and his response was unfortunately, yes and I was given some excuse as to why they couldnt check out while other associate was performing a trade in and we would be forced to wait. My wife remained in store with our kids to wait and I went to the vehicle to wait. Except after I left the other associate who previously indicated I would have to wait proceeded to open another register to check out other customers.I do not appreciate being lied to as a paying customer. This store location just saw their last dime from me. Corporate should train their associates that lying isnt how you keep business. Two associates means two registers. Maybe not all the time but certainly when you have a case where overflow is occurring. Good luck out there. Ill stick to other locations who dont bull their customers around.

OK so if you dont believe me go to my twitter @antman_heroAnyways I bought 3 games because well by 2 get 1 free and when I came home I found glue on a disc, another had data missing, and the free one WORKED lol well just wanted to say this because I used to know everyone who worked there but now there all new people the only person who helped was the one in the Mercy shirt

Typical game store (this pretty much applies to most all game stores that buy/sell used games). They offer a pittance if you try to trade in games, and then WAAAY overcharge when they sell used/pre-played games. They make a lot more profit then they should on used, plus the producers get nothing (so that makes it even worse). If youre done with your games you should always try and sell your game yourself to the next end user (you can get a chunk more than what stores like this offer and the person buying saves a chunk than what a store would sell it for - Win Win). Plus typical corporate screwball sales tactics, they try and take advantage of popular new products and take advantage of their customers, and package hard to stock products with junk most people dont want and rake in the dough selling stuff they couldnt otherwise.

Horrible place...Lazy employees who think they know everything, except they do not know what to say when they find out you use to work there...then the tone changes...hope they all go out of buisness once everything is digital.....

My son loves this store. The staff is always super knowledgeable and is ready for any questions you have about any of the games.

Over priced items like ps4 controllers. They sell them for 60 and you can usually get deals on amazon and get them for 40.

Very respectful, they make sure youre needs are handled right.

2019 edit: old management is gone and new management seems to be focusing more on reviving the community game culture it once had.Ill bump up my review to 4 stars for now since the store seems to going in a better direction.Used to be a good, community game store. Now its a corporate, sales-pushey mess. Customers individual needs are also ignored and set aside. Im sad to say that after 10 plus years i am switching to amazon for my games.

Friendly staff. Went in to trade a couple duplicates for a new vr game. The trade value seems to be plummeting but the resale prices dont. The value here is slowly dying.

The truth is that it seemed very nice to have been treated in this place, the people who work here are very friendly and professional, since you enter the premises they ask you if they can help you and the truth is if they know what they are talking about. So I was satisfied with the excellent service that I received here and I hope to visit this place soon as I may change my console for a more recent one, and also some games that I have there. I highly recommend this place
