Great service and work

Two stars, why? I was looking for some recommendations for tints first for my car and then if I like it for my mini van. A friend recommend me this shop. I went Saturday, They open at 9 am supposely. I call like 3 times after 9 no answer, decided go to the shop at 9:30 wait until 10 and the shop no open yet. I heard that the owner had money maybe 4 that reason he dont care to open the shop at time not even care for customers.

They told me to come at 12pm to get my radio installed. They said that they would call me to let me know the price. I called again at 3 for an update and they still didn’t have any information. I couple a total of six times and the line was completely busy. I decided just to go to the place at 5pm and my car was not touched at all. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing and the communication wasn’t there. The owner was very apologetic but still extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

The little Asian man who runs the business is a great guy. I highly recommend these guys!!!
