Sales rep Andy was AMAZING! He rushed the car I wanted, so I had it within 3 days of asking for it. He went through all of the features that came with the car I was getting in order to ensure I had a full understanding of how my car worked. The financial dept was fast and efficient in offering me the best deal possible. I appreciated that the sales rep and financial departments kept their word on their offers, as I’ve had other dealers change their offers on me at the last minute. I am extremely satisfied with the CX-30 they sold me and I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to others. I would definitely purchase from them again :)

I stopped in on a whim to their Mazda dealership as I needed a new car quickly, and was pleasantly surprised with my test drive experience. I had a bunch of dealerships (including Lehigh Valley Hyundai) try desperately to get me in the car that day after the test drives, but with Scott Mazda they had me sign a form and I got to test drive the CX-30 on my own, letting me experience the car for myself. I then spoke to a sales associate and learned much more about the vehicle, and any comparisons, flaws and strengths of the CX-30. The sales department was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all, willing to work with me at every step of the way alongside their finance folks. To say it was the easiest car buying experience Ive had in the Valley is underselling them greatly. If youre in need of a new car go see Richard or Jeremy, as both were very easy to talk to.

Don’t buy your Cadillac here! Their service center is terrible! They have “fixed” my 2020 Escalade when it broke down on Oct 2nd and Oct 11th and yes, it broke down again last Saturday. Same problem, each time. How hard can it be to help a customer endure all this turmoil and inconvenience? Apparently, it’s too hard for SCOTT Cadillac! They haven’t reimbursed me for the 10/2 car rental costs! I’m out of patience and out of time for all this expense and delay. Will somebody please do the right thing and really fix my truck because SCOTT still isn’t doing it.

Just bought a Mazda CX-5 from here. I did a test drive then went to other places to try other cars and came back for another test drive. Richard Birkheimer was my salesman and was friendly and very easy to work with trying to get the right car for me. Very knowledgeable and patient. I tend to ask a lot of questions. No high pressure sales pitch which would have probably sent me looking elsewhere. I would definitely recommend buying a car here. This was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Great Service provided. I initially came in for a quick look and possible test drive. I had been in an accident and needed to find a replacement vehicle pretty quickly. Bryan my sales specialist provided amazing service. I am young and most likely do not look like I belong in a luxury dealership, but Bryan did not make me feel like I did not belong there. He dove right in asking me my wishlist and my must haves that I needed and started showing me cars making me feel very welcomed. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, he brought a car around and got me out on a test drive. By the time we got back it was closing time for the dealership. I felt terrible keeping them late, I would have definitely came back the next day! But Bryan went right to it getting my preapproval and then my lien together. He never once judged if this was something I could buy, he never rushed me out the door. And Eric the financial manager was amazing too! He worked really hard crunching what I needed to put down to have the exact monthly payment that I could not budge on. He was awesome. I have worked in sales for awhile and they did a spectacular job - never assumed what I as a customer could do other than assuming the sale from the beginning!! Exactly the way they should. Had a great experience at the Scott used lot! Saw a 2019 Subaru Legacy online. Emailed the dealership. Response was returned promptly and was kept updated via text. Met with Ron Sivonda. He had the car all ready for us to try out. Paperwork went smoothly and my 24 year old son drove off the lot in his first new(newest) car the same day! Awesome dealer and dealership! Would highly recommend!

Definitely one of the worst car dealerships I visited. Not one person greeted us or approached us after being there for awhile. The sales petiole were busy talking to each other. Made me feel like they didn’t want to be bothered or that I didn’t belong there. Definitely not a welcoming feeling. Once I asked for help I was handed off to a young girl in jeans with with boots that looked like they were falling apart and a long sleeve t shirt in. Definitely not professional looking not even close to busses casual. She was kind of helpful but didn’t make me feel like she knew her stuff. Test drove the car wasn’t really impressed or maybe that tone was already set. The more disturbing thing was there was a customer in the showroom that brought there dig and they were letting it run around with no lease in the showroom. I know most people love dogs. Unfortunately I am not most people. I have a severe allergy to dogs and am also fearful of them. To me that was not something that should have been allowed. I did buy a car that day but not from here! Would never return to this place!

Service dept has to be one of worst I’ve dealt with I feel like I’m bothering them to get my vehicle service with the calling aleast 5-6 times to speak with someone and after finally getting to speak to someone it’s another week for the service call kind of wishing I’ve didn’t put myself into a Cadillac

Scott Cadillac kept a truck I wanted for me and took it off the market until I came in a couple days later to look and buy it. They gave me a fair deal on my trade and everybody was Great.

So grateful for this place. Being that I I commute to work and Im always busy I overlooked getting my oil change. I was down to 2% and everywhere I called couldnt get me in. Scott Cadillac was able to squeeze me in. The service people were very friendly. They shuttled me back home and to pick up my car which was ready within 2 hours. The shuttle driver was also friendly and professional. I would recommend this place for all your service needs.

Rob Cohen was by far the best sales representative I have worked with. There was no pressure from Rob while we continued our search for a new vehicle (looking at other cars at other dealers). Once we decided on a Traverse, Rob helped us find one with the options, features, and colors we wanted and made sure every step of the process was as smooth as possible, including after the purchase was complete. I would recommend Rob Cohen and Scott Chevrolet to anyone.

Sam was very helpful and patient. He took the time to answer our questions and didnt push us into making a decision. Each person we dealt with was straightforward and honest; there were no hidden fees or questionable sales tactics used. The only con of the experience was the finance manager who was a bit overly pushy in trying to get us to buy extra service plans/coverage that we werent really interested in.

I went to the dealership to get a transmission fluid change but instead I had to replace the radiator, I believe that the technician broke it when he was to change the trans fluid and I end the up with a ticket $1,349.00 from the $229.00 originally.The dealer have a good service but they need to be more honest and take responsibility when they make a mistake because not everybody have a $1000.00 just waiting to be expended when some body broke my car.

Service people are always nice. They got me in quickly for service to change my battery, but unfortunately there were not any loaner cars available. I was grateful for the ride home.Battery replacement and oil change was almost $250.00. Little pricey.I purchased by car in June, used SUV. I love the car. From day one, I was not able to connect with OnStar. After several phone calls and a trip to the service center a couple months later, I was told I needed a part which should solve the problem. The part was ordered in September and through not fault of the service department is still not in! I was told at this last appointment that they now have an estimated delivery of the part in about a month. Im trusting that this was a GM issue and that Scott didnt drop the ball on this part. Im just a little disappointed that Ive had the car almost seven months and h ave never been able to use the OnStar system. Hopefully when the situation is resolved Ill get the free 30 day trial that was initially offered.Shortly after I purchased my car I noticed that the low beam headlights were very dim. I thought it was just me adjusting to a different car, however every person thats been in my car at night has mentioned how dim the lights are. the first time I had the car in for an oil change, I mentioned it and was told that the lights were adjusted and were working fine. I saw no difference. I mentioned the issue again this week, said maybe they need replaced because they are so dim which makes it difficult to drive at night. I was told this time, that they were fine and didnt need replaced. And something about my night vision! Yes night vision is difficult the older you get, but this is not my vision issue! I may just take it somewhere else and have someone replace the lights. Or maybe the third time I take it back I will have someone drive the car at night so they can see (or not see) for themselves.I do like my car and hope these minor issues can be fixed soon!
