Great people you cant go wrong here. Very good selection on site. The measure of any business is what they do when things beyond their control happen like product defects. They literally bent backwards to make sure we were happy. I literally cant say anything nicer for the entire crew there and will again tell you dont look anywhere else for counter tops.

I took my time to find the best deal on the best cabinets with the best service because I am on a budget and this is a once and done renovation. I got the cabinets at Keystone and they are beautiful and solid. The company was willing to give me a deal on granite as well but I decided to let my contractor build me some look alike laminate. Still, I appreciate the customer service I got from Kevin and the manager and the other associates.

We went in looking for a kitchen island. They had our exact granite and were able to create the cabinet size we needed. It took about 2 weeks and it was done. They were very professional and precise with the installation. Our kitchen is complete and it looks beautiful. Highly highly recommend!!!!

Very disappointed with sales person, especially Kevin. Loved the cabinets I saw apparently the sales person was going to email me a quote.Two weeks have passed and no answer.. Very unprofessional , why waste my time getting all my information if you are not interested in making a sale!! I drive 1 hr and 30 mins to end up with no quote!!

Awesome just awesome from figuring out the cabinets to installations of cabinets, counter and title to the finish beautiful kitchen I can’t express the ease and professional service I was given. Wooden cabinets that are reasonable and look amazing. Truly a dream come true that didn’t take months to install. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you guys for making my kitchen beautiful and a place I just can’t get enough of enjoyment from.

We remodeled our kitchen and ordered our cabinets from Keystone, that part of our experience was fine, but $13,000 and 6 months later the drawers started coming off track and the entire track fell off one of the big drawers, I contacted Keystone and they wanted me to pay for someone to come out and fix it. It wasnt even a year since purchase yet. These were custom cabinets, I would NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN, NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! Dont buy your cabinets at this place they dont honor any of the warranty info we were given by Nicole. Terrible customer service, the women I spoke to was very rude, then a man who called (wish I would have written his name down) was worse.

My husband and I had a great experience using Keystone Supply Outlet for our kitchen countertop and backsplash remodel. They had a great selection of countertops to choose from.Working with Alex, the owner, was wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and prompt to reply. The installer, Elvis, was exceptional. He was very professional, thorough, respectful and did an awesome job installing not only the countertop, but laying the new backsplash tile. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job and even stayed late the one day to make sure the job was completed to his satisfaction. He has a great eye for detail.Highly recommend to anyone looking for new countertops or tile work.

I came to this store as a desperate last minute measure. We got cabinets elsewhere and had everything installed except our bar cabinets. We were on a tight schedule and realized the bar cabinets were the wrong size. With our tight schedule; we did not have time to re order the correct cabinets from the store we went with originally so we looked around for a store that had cabinets in stock that we could buy and take home that day, that’s how we came across keystone supply. They had cabinets that looked like it would be a great accent color for our bar to offset from the other cabinet colors we had already installed, and they were in stock! The customer service lady just explained that in order to take them home today we would have to assemble them ourselves. She explained that THESE ARE NOT ikea cabinets and are difficult to put together. They’re very high quality and take a little more time and skill to put together, which was fine by me, I’m quite familiar with wood working so that didn’t bother me. So we went over, bought 2 30” wall cabinets (to be converted into floor cabinets for our bar) for $450 bucks or so. $200+ each. They also made it clear that there was a 50% restocking fee which is outrageous but I didn’t care because I didn’t plan to return them. I brought them home and assembled them. They were made of VERY cheap material, didn’t have any corner supports or anything. When the cabinet was finished with the hardware that they provided, the whole thing was able to easily wobble back and forth 2 inches. I took my brad nailer and put a few dozen nails in it to sturdy it up. The door hinge pre drilled holes had the doors mounted 1/4” off from the opposing door, which could not be adjusted by the hinge. The hinges were very cheaply made with thin cheap metal. For how much they told us these were high quality, not like ikea, sturdy cabinets, we were super disappointed. We decided not to use the cabinets for our bar because we were afraid they would not support the weight of our counter top. With a very high 50% restocking fee we decided not to return them either and just have them in my shop for tools. I have no experience buying counter tops from this company but I would not recommend buying cabinets. You’d probably be better off with ikea. At least ikea items don’t wobble that much when assembled right!
