Absolutely the very worst customer service I have ever had in my 35 years in construction! We were doing a job in Rochester NY and used that branch for supplies. Our rep for the area Tim P. Was the most inept and unprofessional as I have ever encountered. He has absolutely no sense of customer service or any communication skills what so ever.Working with him was a nightmare!We ended up setting up a new account with Henritta Building supply and everything from that moment on went so smooth and as it should have gone from the beginnig.Do yourself and your business a huge favor and NEVER use them!!

Terrible Service, to many supply houses in the area don’t waste your time with rude service from the second you place your order to the moment it gets delivered. First they gave me a delivery date then when I called to confirm that date they told me another date just to call me back 4 hours later and tell me their delivery driver was wrong. There is zero communication between staff. If you want an enjoyable experience and outstanding service I promise you won’t receive it from here. When my order was finally delivered (after being told two different dates and times) the driver was rude, didn’t want to get out of his truck and when asked for help he rolled his eyes. I was also double charged for an order that I now need to dispute with my bank because they deny double charging me (even though my bank statement says double charged) Save your money and your time and avoid this supply house at all costs
