I contacted this location directly and spoke with Julian. I ordered 2 mattress sets from another carrier and they were not able to deliver until end of Jan 2021, not good. Julian matched the price and the sets are being delivered next week! Now, that is great service. I recommend, not only the store, but dealing with Julian was a great experience and pleasure. Happy, i decided to check them out, as i have purchased from them many times, years ago.

Julian was awesome! I expected high pressure and he was just the opposite. He worked really hard to help us find a mattress we liked. He showed us all prices and did not push us to the higher priced mattresses. I would definitely work with Julian again!!

Store was empty, which was great for mid-pandemic mattress shopping. Salesman greeted us and then hovered. We were hoping for some hands-off help in choosing a new mattress. For our *safety*, the salesman put a napkin on a store pillow and asked us to give the floor model bed a try. When we let him know we were not comfortable with that, he seemed to tell us that he couldnt help us. It was majorly uncomfortable. Moved on to Mattress Warehouse where the salesman was considerate, understanding, asked about how we felt safety wise, was willing to help either way, and gave us both full sized covers to use for any testing of beds AND pillows with one-use covers. We bought a mattress from MW (the competition) and felt as good as we could have anticipated about the in-store shopping experience.

Honestly, I had my doubts about going to Mattress Firm after having bad luck with other top mattress retailers but I am so happy I did! They really are experts and made the process easy! Shamecca, the sales rep, truly took her time to help me and even helped me with my kids so I could focus and pick the right mattress. On a whim my girlfriend and I went into the South Mall Mattress Firm store. We were unsure if we were going to get a new mattress that day but knew we were in the market for one. A lady from the back of the store named Shamecca, greeted us and. Shamecca is an awesome person to get to know. Its amazing how you can get to know someone when shopping for a mattress. She was polite, knowledgeable, understanding and can read a situation well. Her ability to answer a question and not leave you hanging when it comes to the complexities of new age mattresses was wonderful. And believe me mattresses have gotten complicated. Believe it or not we spent close to 4 hours chatting and learning and laying on almost all the mattresses. She was right there with us the whole way. Never once did she seem annoyed or impatient. By the time we were done we had a new bed with adjustable frame, sheets, pillows and mattress protector all set up with delivery and financing. It did not feel like a chore it was an experience, and one I wont soon forget. Her personality shines through and we cant thank her enough.

Michael was very helpful throughout the whole process. We bought a mattress and box, and when we went to pick it up they had the wrong box. We found the right one at another location and all was well. Things happen and no one can control everything. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Michael even followed up to make sure everything went fine and to see that were happy with our new bed. Definitely recommend!

Well this time I had the opportunity to visit this place to see if I could buy a mattress, since I needed one, I can say without a doubt that it was a very pleasant experience since the person who attended me did it with great kindness and He was a great help in the selection process since he gave me detailed information about the product and explained the differences between each of them, in addition to giving me a good discount, that was the best of all .. The place has parking , and it is decently clean .. Anyway I highly recommend it
