Love this place!

Very happy with Gebhardts. We have moved a couple of times and we had them move and setup our pool table several times, including a refelt. They were very careful, respectful and a pleasure to deal with each time. We have also purchased items from the store and they have been very helpful, even discounting items further that were already on sale.

Just bought my second bowling ball from here and its awesome. Got a Hammer Black Widow Assassin. They drilled it out and had it ready for me the next day. When its not busy they can do it the same day. Staff is awesome and they have lots of other gear to choose from. 5 stars all the way! NO one else in the valley comes close to their knowledge and selection!

What more could you ask for? If you are in the market for a man cave, women cave, any kind of gaming tables and accessories and you do not go to Gebhardts, YOU ARE AN IDIOT! They have it all, and if it is not in stock, they will get it for you in a couple of days. They service what they sell. Professional and friendly set up of your purchase is included. In my case, an Olhausen 8 ft pool table. The guys showed up at 9:30 and were gone by 11:30. They answered all my questions, and watching them put it together and level it up was like watching poetry in motion! They were that good!! Gebhardts IS the go to place for Poker, Darts, Pool Tables and all the accessories you need!

Ordered a medal for our talent show. Had it sooner than stated and at a good price. It was beautiful. Was a pleasant experience!

Went to look for a pool cue. Looked around for about 20 minutes before any staff even asked if I needed help and at that point I was already annoyed so I kindly said no. It almost seems like theyre busy about the bigger sales then the smaller sales. Im all about supporting local businesses but when I get a faster reply from someone online then I do waiting 20 minutes in an empty business I have a hard time swallowing that.

They sell very good cues the reason I only give 3 stars is because u as the buyer needs to know what you are looking at I was looking for a stick with a medium soft tip I ended up with a medium hard tip which is a professional tip Im not happy I love the stick I just wish I was getting the tip I wanted with the stick

We checked gebhardts out just to check out another billiards store, and from now on this will be the only billiards store Ill go to. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention the regulation size pool table you can try out different pool sticks on! I will continue to drive an hour here because there is no better!

Placed an online order, was out of stock but they worked with me to find a replacement for no additional cost. Was in constant contact with them regarding my order and didnt have to wait long for any response. Great experience, would recommend to anyone.

This review should serve as a warning to potential customers. If possible, avoid Gebhardts. Never before in all of my experiences have I ever encountered such a fantastic array incompetence, dishonesty, apathy and unprofessionalism. I wasnt just dealt a bad card, guys; Gebhardts fully earned this abysmal score. Every interaction with every employee has been indifferent at best, miserable at worst. If you care to take a moment, Ill tell you the story of how I only got my cue 3 months after purchasing it.The first time I ever stepped into the store, I tried a few cues out that were available on their table (neat feature, actually, but not enough to constitute another star). I already had a cue in mind but the exploration of other cues just solidified my decision. Inquiring about pricing for a certain McDermott cue, I was informed of a standard 20% off of MSRP, and when APA membership was mentioned, an additional discount was thrown in there. Verbally. When I came back to place the order and put down a deposit, I was informed that there was no APA discount. I can not say if the original rep was intentionally lying or they were ignorant, but I was a bit disappointed of the (possibly unintentional) bait-and-switch. Whatever, I was buying the cue anyway so whats a few more dollars than expected? How long does it take to come in? I asked. They say the POs usually go out the next day. It should arrive pretty quickly. Its not the Intimidator cue or a custom cue.Two and a half weeks after placing the order in Gebhardts, I still had no word of my cue. I gave them a quick call- they checked their inventory, assured me it had not yet come in, and that it should be in soon. A week later, I give them the same type of call and am met with a similar should estimation of incredible uncertainty. Oh Ive seen some take months is a paraphrased quote from that call.A few days later, the cue is in and I get the call. Im practically pissing my pants with excitement because this is the first cue Ive ever owned in my entire life. Years of playing with house cues or using a friends grew very irritating. I could never get that symbiotic relationship that one gets with an exclusive cue. So you can imagine my disappointment when I discover that with every stroke, the cue yanks the beard hairs off my chin. The problem: the shaft does not meet flush with the base.Obviously, not Gebhardts fault. I bring the cue back and was informed they have to send it back to McDermott. Disappointed, I leave my cue with them and return home to continue my rampant alcoholism.I expected the process would take slightly longer than the initial order. Approximately one month and one week after dropping the cue off, I gave them a call to ensure the didnt just forget to call me. (Continued in replies below!)
