Bad customer service. I get there for my 5 oclock scheduled appointment, there is no one in sight after a 10 minute wait someone comes in from the bay. I tell him Im checking in for my appointment at 5 he tells me no they dont schedule appointments at 5. I said well you did and pulled out my confirmation email. He proceeds to ask if I just scheduled this? I tell him no this has been scheduled for the last week, at this point hes looking in the system so he can see the appointment. So his next move is to tell me he needs to reschedule because he is under staffed. I told him not to bother Ill take my tires and Ill go elsewhere as he should have called me if he was not going to be able to make my appointment so I would not waste my time. Will not be going back my time is just as valuable as yours.

You won’t even take my service because you NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE the 3 times I tried and sat for 5 minutes hearing it ring. If you’re open pick up the phone. I’d leave zero stars if I could.

I had checked online ahead of time to make sure the right tires I wanted were in stock, and they werent so I had them delivered to this Walmart ahead of time. The tires arrived earlier than I expected, the pick up was very easy, and they were more than happy to put them on for us. It was early on a Wednesday which I had planned because I read other reviews that it took way too long. They warned us right up front that it was going to be about a three and a half hours before they could start. It seemed a little long, but again, I had anticipated this. It was about 4.5 hours that we ended up waiting there. This may seem crazy, but they did not have a lot of mechanics on staff so its rather understandable. They have prices posted up front, the guy at the counter explained everything to us that we needed to know, and one mechanic even showed us something on the car that we needed to get fixed in the future. All in all, it was a much better experience than I was expecting. My tips would be to make sure you know what you want right up front and to set aside enough time for them to work. They are busier than they seem! Thanks for all your help!

Me: 1:45pm Hi I would like to have 2 Tires installed that I purchasedThem: It’s going to be a while.Me: What’s a while?Them: A while. We are behind so it might be not till 6.Me: Ok I’ll wait can I leave my Information ?Them: We won’t do that. We close at 6. And one car is having all 4 tires replaced which I takes 2 hours. Better luck tomorrow at 7amLong story short. As like everyone else says. They either take forever to do a simple thing as a tire install, or they will just say they are too busy and won’t do it.

Absolute incompetence! Zero personality. Dropped vehicle off for an oil change and specifically asked for them to check the transmission fluid level because we have a small leak. We were told checking the fluids is part of the oil change. The next day I had the fluid checked somewhere else because the car was driving funny. The transmission fluid was practically empty! I contacted the store and was told I would hear back in three days. That was a week ago. Do yourself a favor and just take your vehicle to a real shop that knows what they are doing!

Went in to get tires swapped. I had all seasons on my car and the winter ones in my trunk. Just needed them to take the all seasons off and replace them with the winter ones I already had. I was told that there was a 2 hour wait for this, and said ok. I first came in at 3:30. When it got to 6:00 I noticed that my car was still where I initially parked it and they were working on the same red Jeep in the garage that they had been working on at 3:30 when I arrived.I wanted to just get my keys back at this point, so I pressed the button for service at the desk (because the door to the garage is locked from inside the building) with no response. I pressed the button for service three times and still nobody came. Finally after waiting for another 15 minutes or so, an employee came through the door for another reason and I asked if I could have my car keys back and explained that I had been there since 3:30. He told me that someone called off and that it was just two people manning the garage. I said ok so I could get by keys back and go home. But really, if this was the situation: (1) I should have not been given the 2 hour time estimate, or; (2) They could have contacted the customers via the cell phone numbers they already had in the system and updated them on this.Steer clear of this place. You get what you pay for.

Dont even waste your time, 5 hr wait everytime I try to use them. For a trillion dollar company you think that they would hire some help and make a better customer experience. I will NEVER wait more then 1 hr for service.

CJ was nice and helpful as was John. Ed does what is necessary, but not with pride in his work. They got the job done. It was a little tedious because of computer errors and I had to show my receipt 3-4x to show my road hazard purchase but they were patient and kind through the whole thing. I hope you like Monsters Inc. because they have it on loop in the wait room.

Do not purchase any tires from this place if you are expecting them to honor the warranty. Everyone will give you the runaround including John the manager in order not to honor the warranty. If you already made the mistake of purchasing tires from Walmart be ready for every excuse in the book.

I have gotten tires and oil changes there many times without issues. Yes the wait is long but its Walmart and youre in a shopping center so theres plenty around to do including restaurants or you can uber back home.Lastly, yes the person behind the counter may appear unpleasant but is jiggling so much so give him/her a break.

I sat waiting in my car with it running because I needed the heat on for my 2 babies for 3 hrs and they waited until they were about to close (7:50) to say they couldn’t change my 2 tires that I purchased for pickup hours earlier. I was told I had a 2 hr wait period! Worst service ever!

They have a sign saying open from 7am to 8pm. We got there at 5:30pm and they were not taking anymore cars. So I dont understand why they were opened.
