One star is terrible. But, if I could, I would give you no stars.When you give excellent customer service, you usually keep that customer, and maybe get a few referrals. When you get terrible customer service, you not only lose a customer, but that customer tells everyone he knows. Unfortunately my experience with your service was the latter.I love my mini. It looks great, drives great, is great on gas and I have not had one repair issue since I bought it 4 years ago; only brakes. It even still has the original tires and battery.I purchased a 2 year service contract and renewed it for an additional 2 years. It covered the replacement of brakes and rotors last year at no cost to me. When my vehicle was in for service I received a call asking me if I wanted the tires rotated. I said sure. There was no mention of cost. I assumed it was covered on the service contract: bad assumption on my part. I got a bill for $300. For tire rotation? You had the wheels off anyway when you replaced my brakes and rotors. All you had to do was walk them around the car. Shame on me for not asking if there was a charge. Double shame on you for not fully informing me when you called and asked if I wanted it done. Triple shame on you for ripping me off.Again, I love my mini. However, I will never again take it to you for service, nor will I ever buy another mini from you, and I tell everyone I know about my experience. If you did this to me on something so simple as tire rotation, I cant imagine how bad it could get for something serious.

This is THE BEST place to get a MINI. The salespeople, Jolene, are high intelligent and know their product. I can’t even say a darn thing bad.

Staff here are all super friendly. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. I had a check engine light unexpectedly pop up during a drive from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania. Allentown MINI got me in for service ASAP, inspected and diagnosed the issue as faulty ignition coils, replaced the defective parts under warranty, and had me back on the road within a few short hours.My service manager, Luis, was great. He kept me informed as to what was happening at every step and was super kind and helpful. I strongly recommend Allentown MINI. This is the best experience Ive ever had at a MINI dealership.

Heres my story:I purchased a used mini nearby (not at Mini of Allentown) and not even a dealer. Its a car that i fell in love with. Excellent condition. After purchasing the car, there were a few issues. I learned that its always best to buy directly from dealers. But not just any dealer. MINI of Allentown is so special. They took me in after hours, looked at my car and fully explained everything. They were kind and patient and taught me so much about the car. You may be going to buy a Mini Car, but youre going to get Big Customer Service.We traveled about an hour and originally came just to look and do a little window shopping. We left that day with the gears in motion to purchase our new car. Jolene was fantastic and very knowledgeable when it came to Minis. She is truly an asset to the Mini sales team.We drove a couple of cars and decided on a Countryman. We purchased a used Mini, but we were treated like we just bought a new Rolls Royce. The day we arrived to pick up our car, there was a sign on the door greeting us and before we got in and drove away...there was a huge red bow on the hood. I have to say, it was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone we dealt with at Mini was equally as nice and helpful right from the sales to the financing.Great job Mini of Allentown! Keep up the great work and customer service. Every time I bring my car in for service I am made to feel at home. They always take care of my Mini and she shines when I get her back. Their first concern with the car is that it is done right and in the year I have now been going here never have to worry about having anything done that isn’t needed. It is worth my 90 minute drive each way for me to continue to go here. They are my only choice for a dealership and service department.

Awesome service as always from the team at Mini of Allentown. On my way this morning to work in my Mini Cooper S and am 18 wheeler started to drift into my lane. There was some debris in the median area which I hit and got a blowout. This happened at 07:10 AM. Had car towed to Mini if Allentown where they got me in for service immediately and was on the road within 3 hours of incident on the road again by 10:00 AM. That includes wait time for tow truck, tow to Mini, and repair. Great job!!

This is one of the best dealerships around. Their consultants are all very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My consultant, Charlie German, is one in a million. He is upfront and honest about what needs to be done and explains everything. He makes sure I understand fully any service being performed and the costs, if any, involved. Recently arrived a little late after closing to pick up my car and there was a few people sitting around in the sales department. I was able to explain my situation, pay my bill, drop off the loaner and get my car thanks to Andy. He actually reached out to Charlie and the two of them worked together to make sure I got my car. They didn’t have to do it but this is how you keep customers happy and coming back. I will purchase my next BMW from Daniels & continue to recommend them to anybody looking for an honest dealership.

I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman. Come to find out it had a number of issues with it. I took my vehicle to Mini of Allentown to have it checked out and serviced. They found multiple problems with the car which would end up costing me thousands of dollars in repairs. I purchased a warranty through Mini and left my car for service. The expertise and knowledge that the Client Advisor Luis Rodriguez showed me made me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands and that he would help me out any way possible. He and Mini have gone above and beyond any experience I have had with other dealerships. Though I hadnt purchased my mini at the dealership they treat me as if I bought the newest car they had on the lot. I will 100% be making my next purchase there. Having previously worked at a Volkswagen dealership and interacting with other dealerships, Mini of Allentown in my opinion provides the better service I have seen yet so much that I have praised them on social media and recommend them to all of my friends and family. Prior to scheduling a test drive my mother had recently purchased a Mini Coupe from Mini of Allentown. When she arrived home I was so jealous because I had always wanted a Mini, but didnt think I would ever be able to afford one. I had asked her what she paid for her car and then told her I paid more for my used Honda Accord that had 40,000 miles on it. I realized at that point my dreams of owning a Mini could come true.The day my husband and I walked in to just take a test drive Lauren was the associate who was there to help. She was very knowledgeable and her personality was great. As much as I wanted to leave in a Mini that day we were in the process of buying a home and were advised to not make any major purchases. Lauren kept in contact with me for the 4 months following until we were finally able to order our Mini Countryman. After owning my first MINI for 12 years, it was bittersweet to consider a new car but the size of my family warranted a larger vehicle. I purchased a 2016 MINI hardtop 2 door. Its overall a very pleasant experience. Jolene is very friendly and nice. Theres other dealers near where I live, but MINI of Allentown makes me willing to drive 1.5 hours just for their fantastic service!

We stopped by in August to look at the new 2015 Mini Cooper Leases. While there we went through the lot looking at all the new and used Minis. Much to our surprise Lauren showed us a Certified 2015 Mini S only 3 months old with all the bells and whistles. A better deal for us with the added warranty and lower price . Let me start off by saying that in my whole life I have never been fond of dealerships or taken my vehicles to dealerships for work as most of my life since I was in my teens I was taken advantage of from the start of my whole car buying experience and had to learn the hard way to work on all my own projects. I currently own a 2010 Mini Cooper S Mayfair Edition and as all things in my life I take great pride with anything I put name too so it takes a lot for me to put that faith into someone else’s hands. Ryan is by far one of the nicest most reliable mechanics in the lehigh valley and the only guy i trust to handle all the work on my car. He always goes above and beyond to make sure all maintenance is thoroughly done correctly. I also want to mention, If you were to ever call to have work done ask for Robin at the service desk, at all my experiences I’ve ever had at mini he has always made everything gone smoothly to fit my schedule and had never blown smoke to make me spend more money. He’s professional, always has my paper work ready to go so I’m not behind on my scheduled day. The man is a pro at what he does and he puts in many hours here and you can tell the place runs much better with his presence. So thank you Mini of Allentown! Laurens product knowledge and enthusiasm for Mini are also exceptional. We leaned a lot about the many nuances in our Mini even after owning one for three years. It was a pleasure to meet with Elyse who was very informative and an expert in her area of closing. Took my Mini Cooper in for yearly service. Get a call that I need 2 new front tires at a rate of $598.00 plus tax! I call my husband and he tells me no way! Brought it home and had our regular auto mechanic put 2 of the identical tires on plus inspection and emissions for less than $300.00. Beware!

Service is acceptable. The service team was very polite. But, everything is WILDLY overpriced. I was quoted an oil change for $165. Not sure what a $165 oil change would entail. An alignment with state inspection ran over $200. Unless you are giving money away because you are an altruist, find somewhere else to go.

I visited MINI of Allentown for service for the first time today, and my experience was fabulous.Although I’ve owned a 2005 MINI Cooper for years, I’ve always had my local mechanic work on it, because it’s more convenient for me.Last week, I made an appointment because my power steering was kaput – months ago, I had received a letter from MINI explaining that they had extended my warranty coverage for that system, and I decided to bring it in to them.I spent only 1.5 hours in their funky lounge (complete with coffee, biscotti, stereo, TV, leather sofas and dog treats), while Luis took great care of me – ultimately presenting me with a $0 bill (the work was covered under warranty) and a sparkly car that had just been cleaned! He was cheerful, efficient and pleasant and deserves kudos for taking such good care of customers.I will be back, that’s for sure. They have a loyal customer now. I spent a good bit of my time in the lounge, drinking coffee and picking my next MINI’s paint colors.

My husband and I just purchased a 2015 MINI Cooper S from this dealership and could not have been happier with the outcome. All staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about their vehicles. We specifically dealt with Lauren Leabman who provided answers to all questions we had and created a stress free environment. She took the time to go through all financing and lease options with us and upon purchasing the car make sure to fill it up with gas and have it detailed before we drove off the lot. She even gave us a tutorial on how to use all the functions of the car. Throughout the process she has kept in contact, even after the purchase, to check in and ensure we did not have any other questions and to ensure we were loving the car. This was by far the best car experience Ive ever experienced and I would highly recommend working with MINI of Allentown again.

Went in looking at a new/used Mini but left with a used Bimmer. Jolene made it a better expirence then all of the other new/used car dealers visited. If I were in the market for another Mini Id definately check this place out again.

We are the proud owners of our fourth, yup fourth, mini. The newest addition to the stable has been nicknamed Toothless, after the dragon in, How to Train Your Dragon. Toothless is a Black on Black JCW Clubman. We couldnt be happier. I have already told my wife that shes not allowed to drive it, because I know shell take it from me. We couldnt be happier with our Minis. The treatment weve received from the Lovely Lauren Leabman has been second to none. Clint is the model of efficiency, and made the purchase absolutely seamless. I recently met Gary Daniels, the owner of the dealership. He was warm and gracious; a true gentleman, and an absolute Mini aficionado. Keith, the manager, was incredibly helpful as well.All in all a truly wonderful experience and a shining star of the Mini Brand. Thanks again.

She was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and best of all we felt very comfortable during the sales process, unlike many other experiences. Now for my purchase, the 2019 Mini Countryman, WOW!! I would have never dreamed of this vehicle for my purchase. Im a larger man and 64, I never expected the Mini to meet my expectations. My husband and I have purchased over 40 cars in our 40 year marriage. Mini of Allentown, PA was absolutely hands down the best experience we have ever had. We drove approximately 9 1/2 hours to get the Mini I wanted. A sale could not be done with our local dealer Dreyer & Reinbold (and those of you from Indiana know what Im talking about). Also after driving 1 1/2 to Cincinnati Mini only for them to back out of that arrangement, I was more than willing to drive as far as I had to, to get the car I wanted. Mini of Allentown was more than competitive on the price of the car and I received exceptional customer service by both my Sales Advisor, Matt Murphy and Joe Grazer, the Sales Manager. These individuals and this Dealership, went above and beyond what is usually done to get the deal sealed. I only wish I had know ahead of time and I could have saved myself almost six weeks of headaches with the local dealer. Save yourself the time and trouble and shop at Mini of Allentown first!!!
