This could have easily been a 5 Star review. They had the part I needed for by far the best price. Item shipped fairly quickly. Only problem is, it was shipped to the wrong address.I called and made my order over the phone and had the representative repeat my address back to me. Once my order was placed I got an email with an invoice attached and noticed that my address was wrong. So I called and spoke to another person who said it would be fixed.Few hours later, I got another email from UPS. Address was still incorrect. At that point, I quickly sent an email to customer service in the hopes they could contact UPS and correct it. No response. I sent several more emails. To this day, still no response.Fortunately, my package was sent to my neighbor a few doors down so I was able to knock on their door and retrieve my item. I get that mistakes happen. But these guys made no attempt to correct it.

They sold me a defective part and when I went back to get a refund they told me they dont do a refund that they were going to order another one but it was on backorder and they did not know when it would arrive. The lady who I believe is a manager doesnt know how to treat a customer

I went to get a part they had in stock I had to do research because part number changed They even price matched what the part would be at GE great experience

Part wasnt here as the website said. Make sure to call if you order online. They did have it at another location.

I called looking for a conversion kit for my new Samsung dryer that I could not find at Lowes and Home Depot the gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable and I found exactly what I was looking for and needed to convert my gas dryer to propane and never knew the store existed so Im glad I know now.

The service and availability of the replacement parts that I needed were better than I expected. A permanent customer here for all my appliances parts.

This place is awesome! They can get whatever you need I believe... I have an old gas dryer and needed parts for it. Called them and they had it in stock... Very friendly establishment!
