Bobby and his team were great! They helped us navigate the insurance claim process for our roof and we ended up doing several other repairs as well as exterior painting. Bobby made sure we got everything covered by insurance as required and followed up with the adjuster as needed. Painless! His crew showed up on time and worked steadily and carefully. Bobby quickly addressed all of my questions throughout the process. They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. So glad we used them and will call on them in the future!

We contracted with ArtSmart to redo the kitchen and most of two bathrooms. They did all the work efficiently and came out right on target, time-wise (7 weeks total). The finished product is beautiful, and exactly what we wanted. In that time, they had to make some extra efforts due to wiring and sheathing issues encountered along the way. We were promptly notified each time, made the call on what to do, and received a clear accounting of those extra costs in the billing later.The various workers and subcontractors were operating around my large, geriatric dogs (who couldn’t be boarded due to health issues). The team was patient with my dogs moving from one part of the house to another, and good about not leaving doors open when asked.When there were mix-ups--and there always are a few in a project of this size--Bobby quickly responded when contacted (via email in my case) and set up meetings work out a solution that would work for us.So now we have two great showers and a kitchen that is so much more functional and attractive than before, and we think the work done was well worth the money and time invested.

Bobby arrived right on time for our first appointment and gave us a detailed written proposal before he left. We were having other work done and he worked around our schedule. His crew arrived (also on time) on the scheduled date. His crew was very professional, clean, detailed and did a great job. They returned all furniture that they needed to move and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and we will use them on future projects.
