Always have to visit this store when Im in the area. Staff is helpful and friendly. Usually manage to hit a sale and find something I need. Nice little store to shop.

I purchased a face mask at this location and tried to return it. The sales lady kindly explained why they couldn’t be returned and suggested a wash and dry and showed me an alternate way of wearing them. You can never be to careful these days with COVID. It absolutely makes sense why they are non refundable and customer service posted on their website. The salesman was so helpful and really went above and beyond.

The most fun staff I’ve ever encountered. I spent way too much time laughing with them. It’s hard to find such great sales people these days BUT here they are! If you’re ever in the area check out this location it’s beautifully landscaped and a very organized store. The team is friendly and super fun.

The shop and staff are so helpful. We arrived a little bit later then intended and the staff let us shop past their closing time with no complaints. The shop is so clean, and you can tell they take pride in sanitation. They were disinfecting all the shelves and door handles as we arrived. This is definitely our favorite Vera.

The service I received today was impressive. The ladies working were helpful and kind. I ended up purchasing a lot more then intended. The new Christmas pattern is going to be a collectible. I will shop here again.

They have the BEST selection of face masks! Definitely coming back for more patterns. The sales ladies are so helpful, I bought more then I intended but it’s my birthday so that’s ok.

This particular store in beautifully laid out. The lady working this morning was extremely helpful with my return from my wife. She was able to find a good replacement and I will be back.

Locations carries the most comfortable face masks. The staff is beyond awesome. I have been to other locations and this is by far the best.

The website clearly stated they were open until 6:00 today. I had promised my daughter I would get her a lanyard for school. When we got to the store at 5:43, the doors were locked. There were multiple salespeople inside who just stared at us. We could have popped in, grabbed what we needed, and been gone before 6:00, but they had decided to close early.

Made a private shopping appointment, overall fun experience. Pretty items, new favorite store.

I have shopped at this store every fall for at least 5 years and usually spend anywhere from $300-$550 each time. I usually have a wonderful experience here and their staff is usually very helpful and nice...until last week. The sales woman was HORRIBLE! She refused to look in the back for a different style, was rude, condescending and literally huffed when I wanted to look at the free wristlet with a purchase without the plastic bag on it. She rolled her eyes at me as she tore off the plastic. When we asked about a specific patterned lunch box she waved to the general area and said Go look for it, if its not there, we dont have it. I wanted to purchase a face-mask and she spent 5 minutes telling me why it wasnt returnable and why there would be ZERO discount on it and how I was not allowed to open the packaging. I finally told her I could read her highlighted signs that were all over the store and didnt need to be reminded. Ill drive somewhere else next time, because I wont be back to this store if that same woman is working there.

Great store front at Waters Creek. It’s to bad the employees decide to close early but stand and watch you try to open the door to their store they have locked. What a waste of customers time. If you close 15 min earlier than your website then claim it so you don’t waste people’s time. I thought closes at 5:00 meant you close at 5:00.

Wouldn’t exchange a gift in perfectly new condition. I received a backpack for Christmas and never took it out of the box. When I tried to exchange it for a different pattern (and pay the difference) I was told they wouldn’t without the receipt. I showed them the ‘in store return’ policy on the Vera Bradley website that clearly says you can return a new item without a receipt. They showed me the policy printed on their receipt that didn’t say that. So they sent me away. I live an hour away from a Vera Bradley so this was extremely frustrating.

Let me just say that Ive told one woman at this location that I love her on multiple occasions! Two sweet employees here have bent over backwards to ensure that I found the right bag for me AFTER CLOSING TIME on a Saturday night! Once arriving home and realizing that the bag I purchased simply wouldnt fit my lifestyle--read: wouldnt fit the essentials for this stay@home to 3 under 5--I returned the next day to exchange for a larger bag. When I returned on Sunday, I was again greeted with warm smiles and was offered great assistance in locating not only a cute bag but one that is ideal for lugging diapers, wipes and snacks around without unnecessarily weighing this mama down!
