Good ice cream, got in and out without any problem. Had the cookies and cream and the vanilla bean, wife had the nutella and the chocolate truffle and we both enjoyed them. Will return again.

The ice cream was so delicious because they use Guernseys. Yum! The young man working behind the counter greeted us right away but also gave us time to look at the menu. The kids had the caramel and the milk and cereal flavor. Very happy with the choices. I tried the Affogato (espresso over ice cream) oh my goodness..it was so creamy and mouthwatering. Definitely a few other coffee related choices on the menu that I will have to go back to try. The liquid nitrogen of course gave it a nice touch. Kids loved watching it. Friendly place and well worth the trip.

This place is new just opened and looks amazing. The staff is super friendly and completely loved my experience here. The mint is out of this world. It’s not like any other mint out there, they actually use real mint leaves which are frozen into your ice cream not some coloring or artificial junk. The Affogato which is espresso and ice cream is also a must.

Super rich and creamy iced cream in interesting flavors, made when you order. Generous portions, too. Will definitely try more flavors in the future.

Wonderful ice cream and service. These guys are so friendly. I had the shot of expresso over ice cream and I thought I was in heaven. Think it was called a afragado or something. I’ll be back for sure. My new favorite place for a cold treat.

Very friendly staff! I tried the Biscoff Voyage and it was delicious. They actually use nitrogen to freeze the ice cream and the reaction has a cool smoking effect like a science experiment (which made me very apprehensive) but it actually made the ice cream VERY smooth and cold. Dont worry, the nitrogen is odorless and tasteless lol. This place is INSIDE the Biggby Coffee shop. It took me forever to realize that so hopefully everyone reads this lol

Long service for an ice cream,Give water to kids in Kenya and not Flint, MICouldnt answer questions and website didnt say they were in the Bigby Coffee Shop.
