Not enough cashiers. I understand help is hard to find but the registers that are open dont seem to be working. What a waste of our time.

Went to get my daughters ears pierced (Rowan). They were great with making my child comfortable.

I ordered and paid for an Xbox Series X because I saw it in stock around 7:30AM. I got a confirmation email and everything but the order was cancelled and cited out of stock several hours later. This was disappointing for Target and seems like something that would happen at certain other retailers.I was pretty disappointed. Generally Ive had good experiences at Target otherwise.

The store was super clean, well lit, the only problem I have were the lines were a little long but gray store love their merchandise although its a big pricey it started tarjay 😁

Customer service was good. Could not find what I was looking for the ZEVO. I asked one of the ladies where I can find it she did look on her phone couldnt find where it would be on the Shelf she did ask another representative she told her where to go the young lady went back and looked and found it brought it back to me I thanked her she was very nice her name was Crystal to me that is good customer service she did not hesitate to look for what I needed👌

Target has great prices on groceries and they have the items I need in stock. I love the selection and the prices; however, I wish there were more sales. Recently, it seems that most of the sales are on the app and my phone never works in the store. I know I lose money due to this issue. This being said, great prices, great store, and great employees!

We stopped in here last summer while vacationing in the area. As a typical local outlet for the National Chain it was as expected. This store did not fail to please. Everything you would expect was here, and in our case we needed to pick some personal hygiene items. The store was clean, shelves were well stocked, prices competitive with friendly employees. The free public restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking with disability access.

Allen Park store is good to visit for a quick trip to buy some groceries and few other items for the home. Customer service needs some improvement at the checkout lanes because some of the cashiers have big egos because of years of employment with Target. The attitudes from the employees needs some improvement from the sales floor to the checkout and guest service area.

As per the yoosh, Target had my back like a squad leader in the final circle. More like Targotchya back, am I right? Ive returned regularly this month for home repair and cleaning items and have not been disappointed yet. I needed some insider info from ya boi in the pharmacy and he came legit with vaccination info and all the knowledge of a well seasoned pro, word up to the front line heroes. Line wait was dope af and the friendliness and rapport of team members kept me turnt from parking lot to checkout bot. Due to excellent flow and product placement, I found everything I needed and more. My homeboy, T. Yoshisaur, finally found his Mario Kart, straight defending the Jeep from shells and smells.

Fast, great service!

I pulled up. Parked my car and took the keys out... the Target employee was on the side of my door with my order. Talk about FAST! Whew! Awesome!

The sales person that helped us at check out at the store in Allen Park was really friendly

This is the Target I go to the most. I do not understand how a store that wants to remain in business would make a customer who bought a $200 phone wait for assistance. Why did he not call for support when he realized his current customer wanted to add a second SIM card to his phone and the support person did not know how to do it. He should have taken care of the two customers that he had waiting. This was a totally bad experience in an otherwise great Target.

Super easy process online. My item was actually ready before the time stated! When i did pick up my item, it was super easy, veey quick & the gentleman was extremely nice.

I was most pleased with the expeditious way the whole transaction process was handled with ordering online especially on Cyber Monday. Kudos to your tech team that communicated about stock and me being able to switch to another store by computer. Pickup was seamless at the Allen Park, Michigan store. No problems at all.

Love the store but while visiting twice this week I was accosted by kids once for school money in the middle of store and a few days later in women’s restroom with religious material. I don’t believe these were Target allowing this but made my shopping experience and my daughter and granddaughters experience not as pleasant. I hope something can be done about this in the future. I also love the self checkout but on a Saturday afternoon to have on 2 lanes with checkers working was a bit short sided.

I have never had a bad experience here but today I had an extremely beautiful experience. The young man that checked me out (Nathaniel or Daniel) is truly a living breathing Angel. His positive energy and attitude made my whole day. I left with a hug and renewed faith in the world. I hope Target knows what a treasure they have.

I like this Target location, tends to have short lines and checkout moves quickly. Magazines could use some better organization but they’re pretty good most of the time. Electronics selection is really nice too, one of the reasons I started coming here.

Easy in and out

This is a Target. If youve never been to a target before its a large retail store. Its kind of like Walmart but significantly nicer, SIGNIFICANTLY. Also dont wear a red shirt and khakis here because people will think you work for target.

This store and employees are phenomenal. It’s always a pleasant shopping experience here. The employees went above the call of duty when, after my sister locked her keys ,phone,and purse in the car. Despite what you may think about customer service and overall leads and holiday shopping at target Allen Park I recommend anybody shops or do not there a few things should be aware of when shopping at target and park are you talking to Amy children holiday season one it’s the holidays to stress three tired for depressed five long hours six is a vendor seven the customer is not always right but you know when shopping tacos are the way to make you feel like you are guess there’s a call you a guest I think they used to do note that there are times that you may think that Tubi is always they are in supports the customer when I say the customers are always right early always are right that’s a true at this chicken target there are supervisors and managers who feel that they own the store again let me preface it by saying we’re always right and we use this is the time of the year to use that phrase but when you are at target or any other retailer do you note that longevity visual camaraderie and store knowledge and employees that you see daily or often. It’s disappointing when you are in a gated and I feel that you are just someone buying products and you don’t give a damn I recommend to target or any other each other in the hallways or any other time of the year you know sometimes I feel that people who are in upper management or a lead or supervisor should know that any retailer she always had training sessions throughout the year because remember retailers customers merchandise part of the billability and I’m going access to merchandise the retailer to any other form of device or platform to always be updated with knowledge to the staff

I Love Target

Target has a wide variety of things to choose from and the employees are helpful and kind.

I would absolutely recommend shopping at Target, however would not recommend this specific location. The customers and employees were pushy and I didnt find everything I needed.

I live close to the Target in Dearborn and for some odd reason, I feel as though security follows me when Im in the store. I love Target and I always spend more time and money than expected, not sure if thats why someone is always following me. Im also a person of color and Im not sure if that could be the cause as well. Its starting to become pretty annoying. Overall the employees are delightful and extremely helpful.

I like the pick up service very much. My order was ready for pickup in a timely manner.

It said my order was ready and it wasn’t. This is the same thing that happened the last two times and they didn’t have my lids to my totes the last time they gave me 8 totes and 7 lids, I didn’t go back as I assumed they counted when I got home I didn’t want to drive all the way back it’s almost 45 minutes from the house. Smh poor service consistently.

Very friendly and helpful employees and I drive past two other targets to go here because its so nice. The only complaint I have is I dread having to use their restroom. It is always filthy no matter what time of day or anytime I am desperate to use it. It is a shame for such a beautiful store. Thats why I gave it three stars.

Good variety, good prices, quality brands. Access to the plaza during peak hours is challenging. Not all Cartwheel advertised specials are stocked at this location.

Except for about 3 different store layouts, every Target is the same. So if youve been in one of them, youve been in all of them and my review will mean nothing.My only question is, if Target is supposedly​ such a great place to work, how come none of the workers seem very happy to be there?

Really great Target, right when you walk in you are welcomed by the aroma of buttery popcorn coming from the Target Cafe to the left, which also has a Pizza Hut Express which only sells the Personal Pan Pizzas. Also they have a one dollar section right in front of the store as soon as you walk in where you can find many assorted things ranging from candy to glass jars, all high quality, and all for one dollar. They recently added a new grocery section at this location and its amazing to say the least - its like a mini Walmart! They also have the cheapest bananas there too, only 24 cents!

During these times especially Target is an exceptional place to shop!

This target is not the one to stop at. Parking lot had clothes and trash every where. Inside floors are dirty, bread has mold. I wont visit this one again. If u dont have to stop here dont.

This Target is located conveniently on The Hill and is kept up-to-date quite nicely. I love the Cartwheel app/program which allows you to find some really nice deals around the store. There are a good variety of products and now they are starting to sell more 4K Ultra HD TVs which is nice. The workers are kind of in between. Some workers are helpful and others are not. The store is kept relatively clean but what ruins that is the customers, they throw things like sandals where the pop/soda should be, and they leave half full drinks or snacks all on the shelves. The store does have great Target Brand items which are actually of good quality and the new Grocery section is a nice addition. Overall, this is a good store it would just be better if the customers wouldnt make it a mess.

Staff was helpful and reasonable prices. The only thing I didnt like was that no registers were open, only self check out.

Great merchandise in an attractive environment

I’m giving one star to the Starbucks inside. It’s painfully slow. Half the time I just leave the line. One girl working the last two days. I waited 15 minutes for a iced coffee today and 20+ minutes yesterday. They need at least two people back there.

Didnt put purchased items in the bag and when I went back the next day to get them from the store they made me go back to the shelves to get the items. The only problem was that I have a medical boot on my left foot and the store MADE ME go back to the shelf to get said items instead of sending someone for me, I am not supposed to walk that far, but thats okay with Target cause that would require a small amount of compassion to which I now know that aspect is not covered by what that store considers to be part of customer service.If you have any form of medical condition bring someone to help you out cause this store doesnt seem to understand those basic needs of others
