My sons and I went to Endless Horizons today with my compound bow and the boys recurve with the intention of purchasing several things (arrows, an arrow rest, a new site, a fletching jig,...). Bill was at work at the bench when we arrived in mid afternoon and I made it clear that we were not in a hurry, if he needed to finish his task. He took a break from his work to wait on us and I began to explain some of what we needed. We starting discussing arrows for my boys. He showed me a carbon arrow and I asked the price for half a dozen. The price was more than I wanted to spend, so I asked about something less expensive (perhaps aluminum rather than carbon). At that point Bill said Im not interested. I was confused as his response didnt make sense to me so I asked him to explain. He indicated that he did not want to help us. I tried to explain that I wanted to support his small business and I asked what I did to offend him. After a little back and forth, he told us to leave the store. I remained calm and polite throughout the exchange and we left the store with no further conflict and no sale. I have no idea what he was thinking. I cant imagine any retail sale / service business existing with this attitude.

This place is Great Endless amount of supplies.I lived in Aliquippa.Pa for 6 years and never knew it was there. I made it in there a few days ago just passing by and came back two days in a row. Bill was very helpful and Friendly. He answered all my question and i learn so much more about archery in the short time i was there. He helped me with purchase of new crossbow bolts and even helped me sign in my crossbow that day. Thank you sir. Ill be back soon.

I needed some work done on two bows for my sons, Bill helped me for almost 2 hours trying to get my kids bows fit right. One was easy, the other was not. Turned out my son had grown so much from last year, he had outgrown his bow. Luckily for me, there are plenty of awesome bows to choose from here! Let me just tell you, I was well overdue to upgrade my compound. Endless Horizons Archery in Quip hoookeed me up! I’ve never been more happy with a bow and the price at that! I’m all about shopping local and contributing to small businesses before big box stores. Bill really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with this beauty. Any question I had, he answered. From a bare bow to all the bells and whistles! It’s very rare to find a good business now a days that takes the time to fine tune things for any kind of customer. I will never go anywhere else. Bill is an honest and affordable archery repairman. There was a slight issue at Ten Point, but Bill interceded and had my crossbow repaired. Its better than when I bought it!
