Alice Family Eye Center is a super clean and hygienic business. They really work at sterilizing things. I was treated first class and given a lot of attention and care by everyone. Each person I interacted with was great. They really care about your eye health and helping you look good in your new glasses. I actually enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend them!

Always a pleasure to see Kaz and Dr Garza for eye exams! This visit I was able to have my daughters eyes examined for the first time! Sadly I did not get to experience the service here because when I needed to reschedule a new patient appointment I was told I would have to pay 25 dollars. When the office called me last week to reschedule after scheduling an appointment during spring break I didnt have a problem with it. I chose to pick a different provider for eye care services.

I usually do not write reviews but have found them very useful when researching and for this reason I have decided to share my experience with the Family Eye Center. Dr. Garza and his staff have serviced my vision needs for more than 10 years. Every appointment has been nothing short of professional. I appreciate the care and treatment that has been afforded by The Family Eye Center.

I went for an eye exam and the staff was very loving and nice. The front desk lady was also really nice and cheerful. I had a great experience and I would recommend.

This was my first time at the alice family eye center and I would like to say that I was very impressed by the way they keep everything wiped own and everyone separated apart . They were all very very polite and helpful, Dr.Garza was very thorough and explained everything very good as being very nice and polite, his assistant made sure I was comfortable and was very very nice and also explained everything well to me in regards to he’s part of the testing .. They were very helpful in helping me pick some very nice glasses, they are very knowledgeable at what they do!! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends !!!

Came here to get my daughters eye exam. Ridiculous amount of time spent waiting for a basic eye exam. I had an appointment so I don’t understand why it took way over an hour. The positive thing is that the office is very clean and sanitized.

Alice Family Eye Center has an amazing staff. They work so well with small children. The staff is professional and understanding, never making us feel rushed or inconvenienced when we come in for our appointments. Dr Garza is very courteous with his staff and the office environment is always clean. Its always a pleasant experience at Family Eye Center.

I loved almost everything about the Alice family eye center from the Dr and staff BUT what I dont like is that they NEVER answer the phones and its been OVER 1 month and my kids still dont have their eyeglasses. It would be ok if I could get some answers onto why they are taking so long but they never answer the phone. This will be the last time I take my kids to the alice family eye center.
