Sit down and get ready for a ride. So my husband and I just closed on a house and we were looking to for a fridge and a stove so being low on cash due to closing cost we decided to go to trevinos appliance to look for something cheap. Well we walked out with a fridge and stove that was to be delivered later that week. Boy I will tell you never again weve bought the stuff a month ago and its been sitting with them waiting on getting fixed. Weve only had them both for a total of 2 days this is because we sent the stove back twice. Well needless to say they are not giving refunds or switching the product out we are left with nothing. Until my mother inlaw found out and she said to go to LACKS. Rodolfo met us at the door and saved the day. We got no money down no interest for 18 months with delivery and installation included. They have 2 year warranty and if there is any issue they have no problem switching it out. Thank you Jesus and Rodolfo for making this experience better. Like they say mom knows best

I walked in Lacks with a particular style of furniture I had in mind. I talked with a sales representative Elena in the Edinburg location. I explained myself to what I want and she knew off the bat what I wanted and what I was looking for. She was very informative and polite. She did not try to upsale me more then what I wanted to pay for or what I didnt want which I love.Elena has great customer service and when I need something else for my new house I will definitely pay her a visit.
Came in to look for a bed and ended up browsing at the beautiful furniture. Was attended by Victoria and she was very helpful and informative in several items that I was interested in.
Horrible experience. I was scammed out of 100 dollars. The furniture I purchased was defective and they wanted to send someone to repair the defective furniture. When I asked to return they charged me a 104 dollar restocking fee to restock their defective furniture. Will never step foot on a lacks again.
I have no complaints during my visit to Lacks. Elena was attentive and understanding regarding what I was looking for being a 1st time buyer. Felt I was taken care of and was explained everything thoroughly. Despite not having particular furniture in stock due to delays given COVID, accommodations were made in order while waiting on pending product(s) which my experience much more appreciated
Quality of the furniture we purchased from lacks has been horrible their service department takes weeks to do anything. We paid more or a second set of furniture thinking it would be a better quality but we are very unhappy with this furniture also. The salespeople have been Pleasant and helpful I have no complaints in dealing with them

During my recent visit to lacks in Edinburg, TX I cant express how greatful I am to the staff on the excellent customer service skills they provided me and was not only able to get me into a washer but also a matching dryer. The manager Mr. Martinez along with assistant manager Elena Torres and sales member Marianne were all extremely helpful and communicated very well with me to get what I needed. Will be returning in the future for a bedroom set.

So really there is no store credit you receive. TERRIBLE sales tactic. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.They also tell you that the furniture comes insured but you’re actually paying for it. If you have home/renters insurance, please go back and have that charge removed from your account people. Read your contracts before signing. By the way, we went to Ashley Furniture for our next purchase. They know how to treat people there. Lacks has lost a customer.
Service suboptimal.Manager will send you to the main outlet if you have any issues with the furniture (which you will since they’re cheap and made in Malaysia).Manager mentioned they are poorly made because they source from overseas just like Ikea.He also said” if fat people sit on the chairs of course they will break”Manager blames the employees that assembled the furniture poorly as excuse to invalidate guarantee.Do not expect great quality, they focus on quantity.Definitely not worth over 1,000 dollars.Customer service is lacking big time.Ridiculous, waste of time..

Ten minutes till open) due to needing to furnish all the rooms in our new home and the lady made me get out. Always a great experience when I come here. They find a way to get you what you want. They help to get you deals if you need them so you cam get what you want. You dont have to go threw outside lenders like Ashleys. I wont ever buy from anyone else.
If I could I would rate 0 stars. Was there for 2 hours looking around by appointment. And left but my partner was still there heard the salesman talking bad to coworkers about us. Should be fired that is so disrespectful. Should have told me to my face. His name Roldolfo Rudy Velasco.
Lacks has a problem. They over promise and under deliver. The sales person lied to us to hook us into a sale by telling us all furniture was in stock. They also promise a delivery date they cannot meet. Four days later furniture is still NOT in stock and delivery is being pushed back another 3 days to the following week!! We canceled our order of $10K & went elsewhere.

Horrible horrible delivery service! And poor furniture quality.My furniture was supposed to arrive Saturday, only to receive my table broken and with missing parts! My living room furniture (sofa, love seat and chair) - love seat had a missing back cushion (it wasn’t in delivery truck) the chair had 4 tares on the back and the back cushion had a black sticky stain. One of the throw pillows the thread had completely come off and was becoming undone.The delivery man called warehouse and made notes on what was missing, broken and torn and assured me all would be delivered the coming Monday. Well today is a Monday and love seat cushion is still missing! (Delivery man said it wasn’t noted in his paperwork and wasn’t placed in his truck).This will be a 3rd delivery on a missing item and it is ridiculous!Will not be a returning costumerI would rate it 0 stars if I could.
Weve bought from the Edinburg location before so we returned for a purchase. Received a great deal however each time we spoke to the sales person, she was on her cell phone on a personal call and made us wait around while she closed up her chat. Overall, the items purchased deserved the 5 stars but customer care 4 stars.

Update: I was immediately called and they offered to fix the issue at my convenience. Changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars.I picked up a stand alone mirror and one of the boxes had a warehouse wrap (not in the original box) and I was told it was complete. I get home and NO, it was not. Not a single bolt to assemble it. Arrrrg.
Sales is really back . Never pick up lines and when they do no one can answer my questions . Even emailed manager for all stores and same thing happens no answer. Smh bad service 💯

Then the day my dresser came they didn’t bring the mirror that goes with it ! , called to the store and told me they didn’t include the mirror ! When I had told them I wanted everything! Ridiculous!! Lupita from the service department has given me the run around about not being able to get a response from the Manufacturer in 5 months regarding my seat covers. Mind you my furniture is covered by the insurance I purchased my furniture with in September 2015. Everytime I call to get an ETA she always has an attitude, like if Im bothering her when this has been an on going issue for months. She stated she spoke to someone 3 weeks ago and my seat covers would arrive sometime the following week. I called today and she was rudely answering my inquiry stating they had not got there and was being sarcastic. This lady does not know what shes doing. She does not value her customers. Her attitude is unacceptable, her English is not that good. (Laughs) This is an unfortunate experience with Lacks in Edinburg, I do not recommend anyone to shop their furniture with them.
