There was a representative that was helping us was very much like those old fashioned car salesman. Very dry until he saw we were ready to spend money. Not knowledgeable about the phones at all and was trying to push other products on top of the phone. I drove here because my last experience was so great. Ordered a new phone, was told they would call me to let me know when it gets to the store. I had to call them since it had been 5 days already. Spoke with someone who looked up the tracking and said...oh, its here but I dont know where the phone is and that I would have to come into the store to speak with the guy who originally helped me. I asked him why no one called me to tell me the phone was there and his responseis...we are shorthanded and he was probably busy since he was the only one working. I asked if he could look for it and he said the other guy probably put it somewhere and I would have to speak with him. Talk about bad customer service! I called back and told him he needed to find the phone and guess what? He found it and only then did he apologize!! Getting a new phone isnt cheap and when Im told they will call me..I expect a phone call. I have been a Verizon customer for 23 years and I can say that I have never had such bad service. If there was a negative scale..this store and its associates would have a negative 5. I dont know who their manager is but that manager needs training on how to manage and the basics of customer service.

Guy that was working yesterday around 7pm was super rude. Came in wanting to purchase a samsung and he did not want to help us or greet us. Some displays were missing and we never got helped. There was only 1 other customer in the store. Bought my phone somewhere else. This store seems to consistently be getting low reviews lately its clear they stopped caring.

Victor L. was quite unfriendly. Its fine that he couldnt help with my account because this store is not an actual Verizon store but rather a third party retailer, but he took pains to show that he was not interested in trying to help. Luckily the official Verizon help line was able to help me and was much more professional and helpful. Cannot recommend this location.

Cant recommend Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra enough. The people are very nice and responsible. Service is very reliable. 99.9% of people dont need more than 15MB but you can get a lot more. Someone just came and upgraded our antena and we have even better service now. There is also a good deal on eero routers (have to ask about that).

AVOID VICTRACame here over a year ago to buy a phone and left paying for a car charger, screen protector, and phone case that I wasnt aware that I paid for.Seems common at this place but adding in that this wasnt an experience I ever had with T-Mobile which is why my guard was down and didnt anticipate being sneaked into paying for items that they did through sneaky wording. Ended up paying an additional $100 for things I could have gotten for cheaper if I knew I was actually paying for them.Reason Im writing this now is because I avoided this Verizon because of what happened last year and ended up in Downtown only to find they ran that one too.Victra trains their sales team in the same manner. They did not fail to try to throw in a screen protector & case for a discount after speaking to their manager. Their pitch includes this whole thing about you wont be paying more than $250 but fail to mention their plan to sneak in extra things to get to $250.Learning from last years mistakes I declined both (at the register I was already being set up to pay for the screen protector after declining the phone case) and my grand total came out to $144, clearly a lot lower than the $250 they started their pitch with.Bought a case for $10 on Amazon which is working out great. I can appreciate a good salesperson but Victra is just pathetic and highly recommended avoiding them as it seems they arent going to end their approach.

If you want to get the best Verizon experience, do not go to a retailer. Go to the corporate Verizon offices. And DO NOT work with Michelle at this location. She is a hoax and full of greed.My family and I are ATT customers who were trying to switch to Verizon. Firstly the lady working there, her name is Michelle, tried to hoax my family into the plan by undergoing a series of number changes and ports so that she could get credit and bonuses for herself.Thankfully, I was dealing with the corporate offices of Verizon in Santa Monica when this happened.My parents are in Alhambra and I live in Santa Monica. So naturally I went to the Santa Monica one to get my SIM card and switch services. When they talked to Michelle, she did not want to collaborate. Instead, she greedily wanted to take all the credit for opening up a new family plan, instead of collaborating with the Santa Monica offices, where I was located in.Verizon Corporation shouldnt let people like this run business, my family and I spent a total of 18 hours in 2-3 days trying to get Verizon. But Michelle wouldnt budge because she was so greedy and sketchy. While the Santa Monica offices were trying to collaborate so I can also get my phone running, she refused to cooperate.The associate at Santa Monica talked to his boss and we all called the Alhambra retailer. First, Michelle refused to talk to the Santa Monica Office, and when we asked to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor hung up! How sketchy is that?Switching to another service takes work, but Verizon shouldnt let this become such an unpleasant experience for their customers by having greedy associates working for their own commission and refusing to collaborate with Verizon Corporate. This is unacceptable by all means in customer service.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE going to this retailer. Especially this lady Michelle who has caused pain and lots of money to my poor parents and brother. That is downright UNETHICAL!I repeat. Do not come here.

Dishonest! Set up a new 2 line account and then they offered a free tablet. But they made no mention that the tablet would be activated as a 3rd line, making the monthly bill much more expensive than was specifically stated. No mention in any documentation or verbal, even Verizon customer service said that the stores can be crooked, in which case this one is. Remember to double check with customer service or better yet do everything online! I wish there was a 0 star option.

Best Customer Service!What do you look for when you walk into a business? Friendly, personable, helpful, honest and is willing to go above and beyond when you need help? Well thats exactly what I found the first time I came into this store. Alvin has been so helpful and patient with me, that I cannot be more thankful that hes employed at this store.I bought the new Google Pixel here in Feb 2017. Love the phone, however, my own stupidity caused me to have the joy of visiting Alvin yesterday. I ruined my phone, felt in panic and disbelief that I was about to have to reinvest in a new phone. Throughout my stressful time, Alvin kept a calm and reassuring temperament, going above and beyond to problem solve for me. At the end, I got a new phone replacement, new insurance on the phone and a deep appreciation for amazing customer service. Thank you again Alvin!!

Do not waste your time going into this authorized retailer. They can’t do much for you and they take FOREVER to even acknowledge you. It was over an hour before I was asked what I needed and then the guy went right back to the previous customer. I waited for around 2 hours before being helped. They are under staffed and unable to do things that regular Verizon stores can do for you. I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years and I am close to canceling my phone contract with Verizon as it is almost at an end because I do not want to deal with their over priced contracts and unprofessional retailers anymore. Save yourself some money, time, and gas and go somewhere else

After purchasing a phone and case three weeks ago, the case has yet to arrive. I’ve called 7 times since and while acknowleging I bought the case, no one in the store has been able to give me an answer or confirmation it is being sent. Each representative has said they would look into it and not called back or followed up. Often they would just hang up. Undoubtedly worst customer service and have failed to deliver a product I paid for.While in the store the rep just tried to up sell me and was going to overcharge for a phone until I showed him a lower price on Verizon’s website. Continued to cost more with fees and phone case I have yet to receive. I would not recommend this store to anyone even if you need the phone that day; it would let be cheaper and safer to order online through Verizon or amazon and rush ship it. I will need to go into the store to stop the order and get a refund

I came to this store looking to leave Sprint, and was extremely pleased with the streamlined process. There was no deception, all fine print was provided to me clearly, and now I can actually make calls. This is a clean and inviting store, with very professional associates. I would recommend this store over others just because they were honest and upfront with everuthing. I stopped at other retailers (ATT/Cricket/Metro) but was given the run around every single time. The bill might be slightly higher, but its nice to be able to actually to reach out to customer support. If any of you have had Sprint, you know the frustration of being looped in the automated customer service line. This store is definitely 5 star, and I will only come to this store from now on.

And TERESA is the worst sales representative I have ever seen, she is very arrogant,rule to me when I was trying to trade in my old iphone 6s to get a iphone XS max. Another representative Joe was nice, he was trying to help me to trade in, but he was busy with another customer at that time. Teresa was doing her own business and didnt want to spend her time on me. I said OK, I can wait Joe to finish his work and help me. Teresa was not happy and she was still doing her own business. I was treated as an unwelcome person in her mind. With this bad feeling, I called Verizon custom service, and they had hard time to find this store in their network because this is only a third party with indirect linked with Verizon. I went to this store to purchase a wireless hotspot. The sales associate misinformed me in that, the service has unlimited high-speed connection plan. Accordingly, I signed up. However; within 3 days, I had discovered whatever information that was given to me was wrong and I was misled. On the third day, I went to the store to cancel the service and return the equipment. The store associate had informed me to come back when the Manger is in the office, hence only the manager makes that decision. Again, after three days, I went, no manager was present, went again, the next day, no manager was present. Then, I went to field for my job. When, I came back, I went to the store and spoke with the Manager. The Manager told me that, I need to cancel the service, in order to return the equipment and receive refund. In line with the instruction, I called the customer service number and I successfully cancelled the plan. I went to the store to return the equipment. I was told that, they will not return the equipment, since the 14 days passed. To begin, I was available and went to their store several times to return the equipment. They are the ones, who insisted manager presence to cancel and return the equipment. Now, I end up holding equipment, which do not have value to me and wasting my $139.00. I just wanted to share this. Thanks!

Went in to buy an iphone 7. The sales person was really nice but the manager was a total ass. The manager wouldnt let the phone go without the bundle package. And I could hear the manager yelling at the sales person behind closed doors and I was at a pretty good distance from the door. Came in here at 7pm to open a new line and transfer my account from another carrier to Verizon. 30 Mins later one employee frees up and two women walk in and cut in line in front of us for a simple bill pay. Bill pay takes 30 Mins and it finishes as the store closes so we cannot be helped. Judging by all the negative reviews and shady practices this place has I guess they did us a favor. Avoid this place.

After 5 years with other provider, I switched three lines to verizon from another company and also bought three new cell phones. At first it looks like they are a corporative Verizon store which they arent; they are victra a third-party sales store. As a result of this they charge much more than a real Verizon store, but this is not the main issue. The game started when they told me that I have to buy a hum to be able to claim the offer of $ 600 for switched to Verizon, they told me that the cost of hum was $ 240.00 but that I wont pay anything because verizon is going to deduct the $ 240.00 from the $ 600.00 at the end I will get$ 360.00 through a gift card enstad of the $ 600.00. When I arrive at home I looked at the official verizon website and notice that everything they had told me did not match what Verizon offered. At that moment I decided to call the customer service and they explained how everything really worked, they told me that first of all I did not need to buy the hum to be able to claim the $ 200.00 for each line, secondly they did not have to deduct the $ 240.00 because in my 24 months contract they charge me $ 10.00 every month, and for the cost of the hum will be $ 120.00 at the end of the 24 months, and not $ 240. Overall, they claim the $600.00 and them victra takes $240.00 than victra will send to me a second gift card with $360.00. Afortunate, I called the costumer service on time and they told me how to claim the $600.00 throught a link where I can claim the offer.I had a bad experience with victra store. Verizon is a good provider, but these third-party stores make verizon look bad. The way these victra store training their employees is how to stealing money from customers. Stay away from these sotore.

Avoid this store at all cost. Go to a corporate Verizon store instead!Ive been a verizon costumer for nearly 10 years and upgraded several phones. This time I upgraded my phone at this location and had the worst experience ever!Didnt know this wasnt a corporate verizon store. The staff, Cedric, who upgraded my phone told me that my phone case and screen protector are free. I traded in my old phone and ended paying nearly $200 dollars that day for the new phone. I asked him if $200 were all for tax, and he agreed. I went home later and checked the receipt and found that I was charged for phone case and screen protector. I called the store and spoke to Cedric. He said it was a down payment for the new phone. I asked to return them because they cost almost 100 dollars and the money werent going towards the new phone. He said I cant because thats what it is. He said he did waived my upgrade fee, which was not true. I was still charged.A month later, I got my phone bill, and the upgrade fee still there. I called the store found that Cedric was prompted to other store. So Monica helped me to send in a request to verizon to waive the fee. I waited for nearly 2 weeks. Called 2-3 times and every time she told me to call back to check the result. I got really pissed and called verizon directly. They said the request was never sent in and waived my fee right away....I really dont know what is going on with this store why they have to cheat their costumer like this......

This is a franchise store. If you are looking on the verizon website expect nothing to be the same. I was told I HAD to purchase things (i.e. the bundle, phone insurance, tablet...ect). Keep in mind, RETAILERS CANNOT FORCE CUSTOMERS TO BUY ANYTHING, so save yourself a lot of headache and go to a Verizon corporate store. I did and ended up much better off. This store will likely be out of business soon.

I purchased a iphone 6 plus in their store on thanksgiving of 2014. when I left they put a box in my bag without saying anying about it, just told me its a free gift. when i got home i found out it was a wifi hotspot. they charge it for $20 a month with two year contract. when i call them says i want to cancle the service, they tell me i have to return the device back to the store. and cancel the service myself by calling 611. they said they dont d costomer service. they only sell device. at the end i stil have to pay $35 for their lies. yes they make money based on lies.
