I had an excellent experience here this morning. Id made an appointment yesterday and was met warmly at the door by their associate Will, who over the course of the next hour, was able help me transfer my cellular plan over to my new iPhone, a task which had vexed both Apple and AT&T customer service. And THEN, he noticed that I was paying too much for my Internet, and got me a better deal with faster speed. Truly, it was The Will Show. Bravo, sir. That is how its done.

The sales representatives will Guo did not finish my transfer plan. He was very passionate at first and really seem to be a nice guy, but when I finish with my business there and went home waiting for the new iPhones to arrive, it didn’t. I’ve waited for one week but the status of the order was still pending, nothing was shipped. I tried to call the sales representative that’s suppose to be responsible to text me or even by giving me a call, but failed to do so. He never did pick up the phone or message me back but there’s just no response. I’m sure he is just doing it for the commission fee. Afterwards I went to another ATT store that’s available and they finished this matter within minutes, everything was set and perfect. I just want anyone who’s reading this comment to avoid this guy.

Matthew was heaven sent!!! Thank you for helping me. My phone was stolen and he went above and beyond for me and also he was calm, and patient with me during a time I was really upset. Immaculate customer service skills Matthew! Top tier customer service!

The associates and manager at this store are wonderful! When I had an issue with my phone order they were very accommodating and helped to make the situation right. They made sure I was well taken care of. By far my best customer service experience with ATT to date

He also gave me a super sweet family deal for my phone lines , unlimited 5G internet and Direct TVfor my house. There was a promo with HBO Max as wellKris gave me a super bundled packaged deal for all , and all I wanted was to just get a new phone since my Galaxy 9+ was acting up.

Useless workers. I was told that there would be no insurance on my plans from the start.. 3 months later its still on my plan and every time I attempt to get it corrected its still showing up on my bill. Its almost as if they dont do their jobs at all. Bunch of amateurs at this location. Used to be a good place to go to but not anymore.. avoid at all costs!

The agent helping me was patient with helping me decide on a plan and a phone until he was not, and then quickly became very impatient, passive aggressive and generally unhelpful. During the height of deliberating the best option for me instead of guiding me, he made it clear in his behavior that I was taking too long to decide. I brought my phone back to trade in and he rushed me through the process the entire time and wasnt able to help me go through the steps in prepping my phone for trade in, if my bf wasnt there to do it himself and they didnt call another agent over to help it wouldve been a mess. But he still had the nerve to have an attitude afterwards. Everything about his behavior was the opposite of customer service. His name was Albert.

My family visited the store to inquire about switching from a different carrier to AT&T. We were greeted by Matthew at the door, and he led us to one of the tables. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions with patience. Once we decided that we wanted to switch over to AT&T, we thought we were going to be in there for awhile. However, he worked his magic.. and Voila! My family of four all left the store with a new phone within an hour! THANK YOU for an exceptional customer service!! I hope he’s available every time I visit the store:)

I had a great experience at this location. We called ahead of time to ensure it was open to help customers and the manager, Melissa, answered- mind you I had already tried calling 3 other locations. She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to our request. Upon our arrival they set the expectation around the waiting period due to social distancing protocols, which we appreciated. Richie was the one to assist us with my issue. He also was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and even went out of his way to assist us with additional questions/concerns we had that weren’t part of the original request. This is the BEST service I’ve ever received from an AT&T store or phone interaction and I plan on referring my family and friends to Richie and Melissa.

I just bought a Samsung S20 Plus from this store and I was having problems with general phone speed, downloading images on texts and setting up Mobile Hotspot. I called the main ATT number and the service man was extremely ignorant to what I was needing and after a half hour referred me to the advanced technical team at ATT.I then drove to this ATT Alhambra store where I purchased this phone from, and the ATT Rep Jonathan was VERY knowledgeable about a possible issue which had to do with the APN - Access Point Names. For some reason, I was connected to the ATT Enhancedphone access point, but when he changed it to ATT Nextgenphone, EVERYTHING worked perfectly !!! It is refreshing to know that there are still knowledgeable people out there and concerning why this was not checked a couple weeks ago when I walked out with this phone.Thank you to Jonathan!

Considering how late I arrived. An hour before closing my service was good as it can be. My device was ordered correctly considering the color I didnt want the representatives there took care of me. Recommend a store for sale service. Agents are very helpful. 👍

I came into the store very frustrated because my phone was not working for a week and I came in and was seen very fast by Albert. Albert was so respectful and took care of everything I needed, and I walked out with not just a fixed phone but the latest phone only paying the taxes, and he reduced my monthly bill by $40 less than what I pay. Went here to purchase a phone, the sales person said I qualified with $350 down on a new S20 with an S10 as a trade in in perfect conditions as well. Luckily, I decided to go to Target shop before I made my decision, at target an AT&T associated approached me and I told her the situation, she ran my credit again. Well, turns out, I didnt need to put money down and I qualified for an S20+ without trading in the S10 in perfect conditions (According to the salesman in this store, I didnt qualified unless I put $350 down plus the trade in) please shop arou before making any decisions.

I was here today since my phone does not work, Rep Jonathan was very helpful. He got me a new device and helped me set it up and spent the time taught me how to use it. A Plus service!

This AT&T store service is horrible! Ive been a customer for over 10 years and the service is worse than ever.my father and I went to this store yesterday night around 4:30pm, Ken the Asian guy was the one served us at that time with bad attituded and impatient, give us a very difficulty time, first been telling the account does not match with my dads ID name, we need to call to change the name, so I explain to him we been with at&t for long time, never had this problem before and we dont know why the name been changed to English one, and I called earlier before come to store use the Chinese name with no problem to find account, then he said willing to call to help, during the calling time I open the account information in my dads old iPad try to let him know the billing information under my dads Chinese name also , he got mad right away, start yelling to us saying if you dont need help go call on your own, I am not gonna help you anymore then throw my phone on the table, I was shocked at that moment, but I try to come down because I am here need help, later he give me some non-sense reason that they can not give me a new sim card even we use att service ??? also I been told the number from the sim card been disconnected since this year Feb, well we been use this unlimited plan $30 since first generation of the iPad , looks like I have all the problems by the time I walk into this store, seems like problems not been solve and more problems come out too. and keep try to telling me I need buy a new sim card from them if I want use it for my dads new iPad, that just waste my time , so I decide to go back home call att again to telling them send a new sim card to us, after 3 mins communicated with them, they send conformation to us for new sim card without any questions. what I can say~~~ this store service used to be very nice , but I just dont know anymore

My experience at this location has been fantastic. Do I have to wait sometimes, yes. However this speaks to just how busy this location is. It would not be a bad idea for AT&T to have additional staffing here to decrease the wait time. However, whether Asian, Latino or Caucasian customer service reps have helped me or my wife, it has been with the most professionalism ever. Keep up the good work!

I called a couple places looking for a phone in stock, and most of the stores could not hold the phone to the side while I got out of work. The attendant at this store was very helpful from the beginning and this store was willing to hold the phone for me while I finished work. When I got to the store I arrived and was greeted instantly. I told them I called earlier and right away I was directed to a sales person who knew what I was talking about. They helped me very fast with friendly service.No complaints.

Horrible manager in this store. On 3/23 there is a temporary manager in this store who doesnt care about customers.I just walked in the store to replace my sim card and usually the store could waive the sim replacement fee. I was also approved by customer care.However this manager in store was unprofessional and not willing to assist.I paid the sim replacement fee and later called Att customer service and got the fee waived.Very unprofessional store manager on 3/23 (Temporary store manager is what he claims)

This place has a good selection of phones. They have very good deals especially if you are looking for a package deal. Just dont go there on a Sunday morning because there is only 1 employee.

Ken is the man! Just left with my new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G with discounts and hook ups! even cleaned up unnecessary charges in my bills.

Service attitude here is very bad! They will sell the coherent number high to the customer. You do not have the chance to get a favorite number without extra fare. The store manager is very arrogant! All your appeals are not accepted! And do not care about whether or not to complain about her. Her name is shirely. I am here again to complain about her.
