Here is the most unsecured car dealership in the United States. The old man named Li talked to me about 12% interest. I didnt know English. At that time, they were getting off work, and I was anxious to let me sign. Later I saw that it was 16.74% interest. Too disappointing about JEEP.

My experience at this car dealership was horrible. Before arriving there. I was told that I was to drive off with car. They could work out everything for me. That was all a lie. I spent three hours at a dealership to be told that I wasnt going to get the car I wanted, but was going to get approved for another car. I accepted that, and waited another hour or so. Test drove two cars, and wanted me to test drive another car that I had just test drove before that. I told them I didnt want to test drive no more vehicles I just wanted to see what was going on with the numbers for the car. That was a way for them to kill more time. I waited another 30 minutes or so, to be told I couldnt get the car. A big waste of my time. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! You will be told one thing over the phone to get you to come to the dealership, to wait 4-5 hours to get the run around. i had to keep asking what was the update on the paper work. Oh its the bank we are waiting for, that will always be the excuse. The department manager was no help at all, very rude and didnt even apologize for anything. The workers were doing nothing but standing around, talking, laughing. We seen on worker that actually took one of the cars off the lot and drove it around with another co-worker. My fiance was interested in the car and couldnt even see the car, because they took off in it. Ingrid was such a great help, very professional, and did all she could do to help me. I thank her so much. She felt so bad, and she just kept apologizing. Alberto the manager promised me in getting a car. I let him know upfront what the deal was, and still promised me. All lies. He was helping everyone except for us. Never again.

These guys take good care of me for my service. They have coffee for me. What else can you ask? The sales people dont know much about 4 wheel and off road. If you buy a jeep from here, you better do your own research ahead. Some vehicles are called Jeep, but should be called Dodge instead. The word Jeep used to have meaning.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car!!!Besides the incredible deal I got on my car, the process was was painlessand efficient. Everything that was either advertised or promised was exactly what they claimed. My salesman Jimmy was very professional and down to earth. Definitely recommend asking for him when you go there to buy. They use several different financing companies but Capital One saved the day for me and I highly recommend them as well.

1.) They matched the lowest price i was able to shop around with other dealers. I went to them because they were only 15min away instead of 1 hour away to another dealer.2.) When i got there they honored the price but tried to play the finance game by asking me what i wanted to play monthly.3.) The finance guy was okay...no high pressure tactics there.4.) Had a leather tear, alignment, and paint issues which came from the factory and the dealer promised to take care of it on their end. Dropped the truck off to get it all taken care off and 2 days later only 1 of 4 items were taken care of. Was told to come and pick and when i got there they were confused on what to do. WTF why dont you call me to ask and be clear? I even called twice for updates and they just blew me off saying come pick up and no mention of not understanding of what needs to be done. WTF would you tell me to come back and not even have it ready?5.) Service manager apologized but that is not good enough. If i had to do it all over again now i would have not bought the car from this dealer. I will buy an extended warranty from another dealer you can shop around for this and ask dealers to negotiate the price.

Great Customer Service!! I went in interested in a Wrangler Sport and ended up leaving with the Sahara and I can honestly say it was due to the charisma, honesty, and presentation of the dealership and its staff. Alvin, Guillermo, David, Tony and Erik were a delight to deal with. We had gone to a couple other dealerships but Alhambra by far has the best customer service. Will definitely refer friends and family.

Just leased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4X4 from Efren Chavez!Had done a lot of research and looking (Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen) before going to this dealership. Saw a lot of terrible reviews here and almost went somewhere else. But Im very happy I decided to go to this dealership.Efren could not have been more polite or professional through the whole process.Working with him, the finance manager and the other dealership staff was so stress free and actually enjoyable. They were a key factor in my choice of this vehicle.They took my trade-in and found the EXACT Jeep Cherokee trim level with options I wanted in less than 24 hrs.I love this SUV! I negotiated a great price with Heather over phone calls and texts. There was no need to go in and spend hours of my time haggling down the price. Pete the finance director did a great job with my paperwork. He suggested the extended warranty and Lo-Jack but didnt apply any pressure when I declined. Rob the sales manager was a very nice and professional guy.This place is under new management. They are working hard to turn things around. Ask for Heather. She was very down to earth and very professional.

I bought a jeep renegade from this dealership a year ago. Suddenly all of the locks no longer work- so I am completely unable to lock my car. As per the service departments instructions- I brought the car in and they said that they would issue a rental. After arriving for my service appointment with my 10 month old baby. The first person I talked to said that this was a simple software update so they wouldnt issue me a rental car... But it would take 7 hours. I asked to talk to someone else and they agreed to give me a rental car after several minutes. Then he said that the rental process would take another 30 minutes and I would have to return the car immediately after my car was finished in the afternoon. He said that this issue wasnt a technical recall so they couldnt be more accommodating with the rental. For a company that has been under hot water recently... I was shocked by the terrible service. Both employees were extremely rude. I have never experienced this type of service at any other dealership.

After an extensive price check experience for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, I ended up going with Alhambra CDJR. Both Rob and Heather were extremely polite but not only polite they very quickly and without much hassle gave me easily the best price I could find. I bounced the price they gave me off of other dealers and nobody else would touch it.Now I am happily driving a nice new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with everything I wanted and with a great deal to boot. UPDATE: Finally received a phone call from Joaquin today, now that my vehicle is repaired. There appears to be a complete communication breakdown from all parties involved (myself, the service department, and the leasing company). Understanding that the leasing company is the normal point of contact for repair approval and what not, I still dont see why the customer has to fight so hard for this communication. Beyond just the one point of contact, why does everyone in this place wear a constant look of depression-bordering-on-suicidal thoughts? The overall atmosphere of the service department perpetrated by the employees here, is unwelcoming and overall very rude. Perhaps the sales team is better, but I personally will not stick around long enough to find out.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This review is regarding their service department. The short version: Communication is a skill that DESPERATELY needs to be taught, as it is virtually nonexistent.The long version: My company van was towed here on Wednesday afternoon. I went down their that day to speak to my service manager, Joaquin, and left my name and phone number with him. He promised to call me the next day with an update. Thursday came and went with no phone call. I called on Friday, only to receive his voicemail. Left my number, and still no call. Called on Saturday, best answer I got was He will call you on Tuesday. Went down there, only to find that there is apparently no form of passdown for anyone else to see what is going on with the vehicle in the absence of that specific service manager. A single point of contact is great, except when that point of contact lacks contact. Tuesday morning came and went with still no phone call. Ventured back down there Tuesday afternoon, only to again speak to everyone BUT Joaquin. They managed to get a hold of him, only to find out that the vehicle has been awaiting repair approval from my companys leasing group since Friday, and that they need to perform a service bulletin and something is going on with the cylinder heads.In defense of the rest of the staff, I have been treated very respectfully, was explained the situation calmly, and this entire frustrating circumstance is no fault of theirs. However, there needs to be some form of communication, digital or otherwise, so that in the event the service manager is unavailable, as mine appears to be constantly, someone else is able to give at least some form of a status update.Although my vehicle is still currently being worked on, so my opinion may yet change (A PHONE CALL IS ALL I ASK!), as of right now I will never do business here again.

This place does not value customer service. Or. Maybe they dont value African Americans. All if my interactions at this establishment has been clearly race bias. I finally stop going. The Service manager literallyvrefused to honor my seat belt recall. My seat belts are still not fixed. Should something happen, they will be liable for refusing to fix a recall.

I bought myself a Dodge Dart from this dealer back in September 2015. The sales was great, I got what I wanted, and worked with me to close the sales. 5 star to the sales and finance department.However, the people from the Service Deparment have a nasty attitude. They dont greet you. I was basically standing there looking all dumb inside the office trying to get an Oil Change and the employees were either in busy on their computer or talking and laughing about something. After a few minutes, some lady that was before me got tired of waiting and approached one of the workers and he responded with a rude attitude to keep waiting until someone checks her in. These people in the office are also rude to the mechanic people that work there. I felt really bad for the worker and he walked away all embarrassed. So much for customer service huh. . I also bought a Honda car thats next to this dealer, and let me just say that their customer service is great. As soon as I pull up, the workers stop doing whatever they are doing walk up to you and greet you. They sign my name up and tell me to wait. They offer me water or walk me to their little lounge they have and wait until my car is ready. Things like this make me continue staying with Honda, or it might just be this dealer thats rude.I work in retail and as manager, I make sure that my co worker and I acknowledge the customers even if we are all busy. Me standing there trying to figure out where to go or who do I reach out was pointless

The Service Department here is low grade. These guys get you into the door and that is when the nightmare starts. Their customer service is lacking and the actual workmanship is sub par. I brought my Jeep in for a Recall Notice repair on the ignition switch. ( Please keep in mind that I wasnt having any actual recall issues yet.) I dropped it off at 9am and was told that it would take a few hours. I said great. Unfortunately that few hour window turned into over a day. By the end of the day, 8 hours later, I had to call 5 times just to get an update on the status. I finally was able to speak to someone that told me that my car wouldnt be ready until the next day. Thanks for the heads up guys? They acted like this was standard operating procedure (Edgar Rico)...ok so I go to pick up the car and when I get home, the key is stuck in the ignition and wont come out. I can no longer turn on the car nor pull the key out. I call the service department again and tell them whats happening. The guy tells me to bang in the key and various other things that a back yard mechanic would recommend. So something comes loose in the ignition and the key is still stuck but the car turns on now. The service tech tells me to drive the car back to the dealership like this. I say No... Its unsafe. Again I wasnt having any issues until they actually put their hands on my car. I ask for a row truck and They say No. They refuse to do anything else so I asked to speak to the department manager and get the same run around. I then ask for a call back from the general manager. Its been 4 days and still no call back. The car is still sitting in the driveway with a major safety issue which they caused. Too bad Jeep doesnt take the same pride that they use to build their cars, to train or hire competent Service department staff at this dealership. Keep it up guys the clock is ticking...

If I could give this place a zero star I definitely would. I got my car earlier this year losing my car in an accident a month prior. Dee Dee is the worst. She tricked the crap out of me when explaining to me the contract. She told me so many things that were not true. They forgot some paper work and made me come all the way back to them to sign them. I have had several issues with this car since I purchased it from them. These recent electrical issues are the worst. Do not buy a car from these liars and crooks.

Worst customer service ever! I bought a brand new jeep Cherokee and have been in 3 times for the malfunctioning radio and still have no resolve. The last time I brought it in (yesterday) they put a whole new radio in but failed to program it correctly. As of now my back up camera is not working and the mileage is flashing non-stop. I called and was offered another appointment a week later. All I get is we are changing ownership and I cant help you. Think twice before bringing your vehicle to this location!

The front desk reception was horrible and the service was horrible! I waited over an hour and a half for a courtesy shuttle ride home and no service was available for me to retrieve my vehicle. I know the service is a courtesy service for customers, but a courtesy call would have been appreciated. It was late in the day when they called to tell me my vehicle was ready. When I did make it back there I basically had to figure out where to go to find out about my vehicle since no one acknowledged me. Whatever happened to good customer service? I wont be going back there! There are other Dodge service centers available... go elsewhere!

I called and asked about getting keys made for an older PT Cruiser. I first spoke to the Parts dept, and they told me they had the key in stock and transferred me to the service dept. to have them tell me if I needed an appointment. The receptionist for the Service Dept. said she didnt know and would have someone call me and let me know if I needed an appointment. Two weeks later, Im still waiting. Going to find another Chrysler dealer to help me.

My car did not wanting to start on me so I thought it might be the battery. We checked the cables they were fine. We changed the battery to a new one. I still had the problem. I thought maybe the alternator or starter. I was told by a mechanic that it was not either one and I needed to take it to a dealer. I took it to my regular Ford dealer and they suggested I should take it to a Chrysler dealer because it was electrical and in the end that is what they are going to do. So I went here. I explained to them the problem and told them that it was not the battery, the cables connected to the battery, the starter, or the alternator. They said it would take a while for them to figure it out and to leave it there. I need a car so I got a rental. They called said it was the starter for sure. I believed them and they changed it and charged me a lot. I picked up my car took it home packed for my trip and at 4 a.m. I got ready to leave when my car would not start. Imagine my frustration. I still had to leave so I got it started and left. When I got back I called them and asked for my starter to be put back and the money that I paid to be used to fix the problem right. They said ok, but they cant get me a rental and I would have to wait for one of their loaner cars to come in so that I can have a car while mine is in the shop. This all started in the last week of June. I have called and left messages they tell me or leave me a message saying there is nothing yet, meanwhile I drive around with jumper cables in the front seat of my car asking strangers to please give me a jump. Im a single mom with 3 children 2 of which are seriously sick and need medical attention. Yet these people do not care because I have no money to pay for them to fix their screw up. Ford of Montebello would never do this to me. I know because years ago something similar happened and they got on top of it. There service department has its flaws like any other but they are amazing at customer service. This company out right is despicable, dishonorable, and cares nothing for their customers.

We had a service appointment on Friday, January 12th at 10am., but when we arrived, we were told that they were backed up and werent able to assist us. We were told to bring our Jeep in at 7am Tuesday morning, we did and rented a car for the day. At 5:30pm today, I called the service tech Diego and he informed me that his tech hadnt had a chance to run a test on our Jeep because they were backed up. My question is why didnt they call me to let me know?? Bad customer service!! I was told by Diego that they would get to it tomorrow, so that means I have to extend the car rental $$$$. I will be contacting his Supervisor Jauquin Garcia tomorrow morning to complain. Of course the manager wasnt in today and Diego is off tomorrow. Trust me when we buy our next Jeep it wont be with Alhambra Chrysler!!! Their service department is the worse.

I began the search for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited a number of weeks ago, with very specific build specifications. Initially, I was unable to find exactly what I was looking for on any dealers lot within 200 miles. I then began to email dealers to inquire about the possibility of ordering exactly what I wanted. Of those who even bothered to respond, most directed me to their existing inventory and showed little interest in attempting to get me what I wanted. That was not the case with Alhambra CDJR, specifically Dee Dee Joshua and Gina Cedano. After a few emails and phone calls, I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9am to go in an order the Jeep I wanted. That didnt happen. Dee Dee was able to locate one that matched my wish list exactly and began the process of trading for it. And quite the process it was. By the time the other dealer agreed on a trade vehicle it was after 5pm. That didnt stop them from sending Gina more than 90 miles to pick up the Jeep and bring it back that evening. I received the call just before 9pm that the vehicle would be at the dealership soon, and they would be staying late that evening if I wanted to finalize the deal and drive it home that night. Needless to say, after all they went through to get it how could I say now. When all was said and done, I left the dealership just after midnight with the 2015 Wrangler Unlimited I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. Dee Dee, Gina and all the staff at Alhambra CDJR have set a new standard for customer service, and not just in the auto dealership world. Just got an oil change, took 2 + hours and they never told me my car was finished. They acted dumb when I asked for my keys, they took another 10 mins to find my keys. Meanwhile I receive no courtesy car wash. Really a bunch of idiots! I will not recommend, no customer service. Seriously lacking- no wonder you had no customers there!

WARNING DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE...brought my truck here for some issues it had.took them over 2 weeks.kept lying to me that it would be done tomorrow and day after same thing for TWO DAMN WEEKS FABIAN THE SERVICE GUY.SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK WITH UPDATES.wouldnt.. got to a point he wouldnt even take my calls anymore..i would literally call every day to see wth was going on.they changed management but still suck.i dont know how they stay in business. I still dont have my ram yet and waiting to hear back ..take you vehicle to motor village they I never had problems there..shame on Alhambra dodge jeep Chrysler..get your act together for crying out loud...ohhhh and to the owner dont waste your time with apologies. Its pathetic ... after the tenth review you would think you would work on you Customer service..

Back in June of this year, my husband, 1 year old daughter, and I went to Southern California on a trip due to a family death. While we were down there, we got a ticket for having an out headlight. When we went to change the headlight, we realized a new light wasnt the problem. After taking it to a local mechanic, he saidweI would have to take it to a dealership since its an electrical issue. So we went to google and sought out the nearest dealership. We made an appointment for Thursday 6/23 at 8 am for our car to be dropped off. We told the gentleman that we were leaving to go back home on Monday. He reassured us that this typically takes 2 days and he would cal us that evening with an update. NO CALL. Left multiple messages on Friday & Saturday, again, NO CALL. Sunday we were getting nervous and demanded to speak to someone, finally we get a call from Joaquin who tells us there is no intake of our male/model of car.... what?! Where did our car go?! (Looking back, I wish I had called the police for a stolen car report) We were then told that he would look into it but that there was no car waiting to be serviced that was our make/model. After a mini heart attack and reaching out to our employers to let them know we most likely wont be back on our 2-day drive by Tuesday. Again, NO CALL (pattern here, right?) we again had to call and get ahold of Joaquin who then told us there was a mistake and our car was found, by this time its Tuesday and he tells us he has to wait for our part to come in. Fast forward 9 days-- yes 9! And we finally get our car back. We had communicated with them the position we were in, having to extend our stay due to their negligence in LOSING my car & didnt feel it was fair to pay for the full 9 days of rental car. I was attempting to be a fair consumer and pay for our 2 days, which we did. Then last Friday I see a large transaction for enterprise car rentals on my card which caused my husband and is account to overdraft. So here we are, one week later, a half a dozen voicemails left, and not one call from anyone. My husband and I have left messages for Joaquin, a guy named tony that they transferred us to (after the young lady hung up on us multiple times & said oh $hit), as well as a gentleman named Javier. I have never felt so hopeless & angry in my whole life. We have had no money for over a week now, we have eaten through the majority of our groceries and we have a 1 year old that I dont know how we are going to pay all of our bills. All due to the negligence of this dealership. I thought we were being fair when paying for the 2 days of rental which we had agreed upon with the dealership. To then see we are now being held responsible for the ENTIRE amount (with extra charges now added on). When speaking with John, the manager from enterprise, he apologized and said that the rental was denied by someone named Bob & Joaquin. All I asked for from the beginning was some communication. My husband and I are extremely understanding people because we too both work in customer service but this entire experience has left me in shambles. I just want someone to call me back so we can reach a resolution. I am not in a position to drop in, as Im 2,500 miles away and given the financial position that this dealership has put me in over a headlight leaves a pain in my chest.Whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE! It seems as though communication is strong for a sale but nothing else. If youre googling, like I did, I hope you read this and stay far far away. I wouldnt wish this nightmare on anyone.

Besides being in Chink alhambraoccli it was quick easy service, went for a oil change for my 2013 challenger around 10am was giving estimate time of an hour went to eat at dennys down the street they called me at 10:45am so i was happy quicker the better, becarful pulling out of this place zipper heads dont pay attention.

I bought a new jeep there with the extended warranty. The very first time I took my jeep in for an oil change, they said my water pump was leaking, even though I never had a problem. They kept my car and replaced the unit at no cost to me. My jeep has been leaking oil since then. Their service people have horrible attitudes and they treat you like they are doing u a favor or as if they are annoyed by having to assist you. Especially the big fat old guy with white hair and beard. Warning! Dont buy a car or have your car serviced here. The entire place is focused on scamming you out of the most money they can and the worst part is they dont even do it with a smile.

They fixed my water pump three years ago, but it failed with fewer than 8,000 miles.Out of warranty, but there was no offer of a discount. Just $1,000 estimate parts and labor. Just call me disappointed in Alhambra.
