All the stuff is nice and courteous here except for the pharmacist who clearly hates his job. I asked him how long the effect of a medication will last and he rudely and dismissively answered “it depends”. I know it depends but it would have been nice to have a range of hours….

This is my neighborhood store and im so delighted with their professionalism and efficiency, the staff is very attentive and friendly, the store its always clean, organized and well stocked, the pharmacy department its amazing! Im glad to have this store so close by, thanks a lot!!

Our Son works at the North San Gabriel Walgreens Store for now going on 12 years so when we walk in their Store its like...hello, whats up? Anyways, we stopped in to pick up some house necessities and a few other items. The store is clean and organized. Their restroom is satisfactory. The staff is pretty pleasant but take long to come up and help with checkouts. Ive noticed twice being in line waiting to pay now that the person who walks up is not too pleasant? Almost like they were bothered. At least pretend to be happy because its how you come across to your customers is how theyre going to receive you. Just something for the training books. Customer service from Claudia has been a horrible experience. I gave a 2 because at least Rocio was very polite due to the fact it was a too complex situation. Rocio you are very patient and very Helpful. Thank you for not rolling your eyes around my kids.

The slowest pharmacy I’ve ever visited. However, it looks like they are severely understaffed and the consequences just trickle down. We thought we were making a smart move by coming here when we should’ve just went to Costco instead.

Hung up on me in the middle of the conversation because she thought the question was answered, but didnt ask, or bother to continue filling the prescription. Definitely not a disconnect. Called back, and the guy asks to put me on hold because other customers are ahead of me, I say no, because I was just on the phone and the lady hung up on me before I was done placing my order and ... Hold music.Pharmacys customer service is crap. Make sure they give you the right meds.

Pharmacy: While the staff are quite friendly, and likely none of the issues are likely their fault…Repeatedly notified of ready prescriptions only to show up and they haven’t been started. Clearly this happens to everyone in line as I always see others turned away frustrated. The pharmacy lines are always long with complaints of missing and lost information or refill requests and some misconnect with the phone and text notification system. I have gone here for two years due only to proximity to my home and have never successfully picked up a prescription on first attempt.

I just witnessed one of the worst things I’ve ever seen at this Walgreens. As usual the line is long and the workers there are slow but we’ve come to expect that. Then the manager steps in and says there’s a new register open and there was some confusion about who is next in line and he yells at a middle-age man who thought it was his turn. Incredibly rude. Obviously the manager hates his job and hates the people that come in there that contribute to him paying his bills. Are used to come into this wall greens about every other day and spend my money. No more. What is sad, pathetic excuse for a store manager.

Staffs are friendly. The pharmacy is fast and efficient. The down side is the medicines over the counter are not that many.

Racist and bias. Tried to card me for a 30 dollar gift card when using credit I can understand 300 or even a hundred. But literally its in their policy. So when you do ask that means you subjectively made a decision on your own terms. Because I know the policy. I understand and all but it just telling me that your being bias because you wanted to. If you dont kniw yojr own policy and try bnb ro blame it on that then its already known lady. Never coming here for sure. I font oine writing reviews but when you do something that doesnt .ake sense or illogical , it means your a hater.

To Claudia from Frustrated CustomerWorst Service ever i had in walgreens, I went for the photo she (Claudia----> Lead for photo lab) behaves so rude. even she didnt responding properly when you are in store.while customer was in front of them but still she talking over her mobile with some non customers....I am saying to walgreens people dont put these kind of ladys in the walgreens it willl effect entire customer relationship...i called so many times she left, finally after half an hour one guy came and done the job.

Dont use the FedEx or the western union, staff is rude and lacks any knowledge of these services, computer rarely works.
