I went here for curbside pickup. I have no time for people and their drama. So to avoid adding to the drama and volatile nature of society I avoid going into these stores. Its saves the hassle of being in contact with self centered egotistical self-serving privileged irrational people that tend to migrate to stores like this. So to avoid that hot mess and waiting in line with irresponsible people who wont follow suggestions I order online and go for curbside pickup. It tends to be drama free

The parking is horrendous. If you have to park far away, lighting is poor.. There is no signage at self checkout stating, No Cash back. I had to use the ATM and was charged $3.00... 2 registers open on a Friday night is poor customer service. Lastly, the floor move is taking way too long.

I was harrassed by one of the employee while i was at checkout. My fiance who was cold decided to put the flannel we bought at the store. Since my fiance has tattoos and wears baggy clothes. Automatically labeled him. I honestly believe that looks are deceiving and no one specially a customer at a well known local store should go through that type of experience. We paid for all the items we bought. I felt a little irritated and mad because my bank account is mlre than you think. So id appreciate it for future people who look the way me or my fiance look. Dont judge them because its really really bad for your customer satisfaction quota.

Ordered online for pickup. The item is being shipped to my local target but I went to the target 2 days before it would arrive and the store actually has what I want in stock. I asked customer service if I could just take the item from the store and consider my order fulfilled and they said they couldnt do that for w.e reason I had to come back to the store. Not helpful in anyway and this new pickup system is a time waster.

It was just okay. See, theyre under construction and have the market for food all blocked off in the the end of the store remodeling. They moved everything around to accomodate the area of matter. He only departments not moved were Mens, and infants, and womens. Its not their fault. Otherwise... Its usually a great place to be at

I like to get daily essentials like shampoo, laundry and paper towels and toilet paper. I got some good bath mats last time but cannot find any today. And I can get 5% off for using my Target card.

I contacted this store 2120 W main st, and have requested multiple times to speak to the storemanager Zack! But he has not had a decency to response to any of my called. I had called 3 different calls on multiple dates.Target corporate needs to replace this store manager who does not care about its customers at all and not taking any responsibility to return a simple call to resolve this issue.This target runs under a poor leadership that starts with the store manager!

I always like going to Target especially this one. But I noticed something odd to this Target today.. it seems they changed the interior and placing designs and I feel the old design was way better than this. The placing of those refrigerators, the color, and the look are not like Target I knew…lacking of “Target vibes”.

This retail store comes highly recommended by me because they always have great pieces at a great price! Everyone of the staff is friendly and willing to accommodate your needs! The area is very large for relaxing! Its the ideal shopping spot!

I like coming to this Target with my family because its well stocked. I even did a report for school last semester acknowledging how Target stores are well maintained by keeping their staff and customers safe while shopping. By wearing mask at all times, having hand sanitizer all over the store, and social distancing. However, my past experience attending this store was Not comforting at ALL. Since I noticed a lot of staff not wearing their mask because they claimed they were vaccinated. (My husband and I are vaccinated too, but not our children. So we still need to wear a mask to protect our children.) I know the CDC said if vaccinated you dont need to wear a mask. Nevertheless, Dr. Barbara Ferrer from the L.A county are still conducting studies of this virus and have been noticing COVID-19 cases increasing since they started to say, people that are vaccinated dont need yo wear a mask. Therefore, their new recommendations now are to continue wearing mask at all times to protect our children and the most vulnerable even if vaccinated. Please Target stores, continue making this store one of the top shopping places where people can feel safe while shopping. Unfortunately, we are still in a pandemic and people Need to shop for their essentials and feel Safe, ........and Target you were one of them......Now, I dont know?

Maybe it’s a new target as of summer 2021 but the store was a bit disorderly. Prices on shelves were all over the place and the aisles were mislabeled. It was hard to figure out where stuff was supposed to be and how much the thing I was looking at cost.

I ordered Spinach, Feta & Cage Free Egg White Wrap. Price shown was $3.85, on APP is $4.25, but Target Employee charged me $4.45 + tax! WTH!

Dylan from the Alhambra location provided great drive up customer service on 3/23/21 at 4:55pm. He went out of his way to find my missing items . I definitely don’t see employees like this anymore . Employee’s like this should be recognized. Thank you !!!!

This is my home Target and the customer service is always 100% They replenish once they are out of products, the presentation of the items is on point, and it is always a pleasurable experience. No matter where I am, what I see, I always wait to go back to my home place. Target in Alhambra is one of the best if not the best!

Staff was friendly and quick in getting my online order. I live in the nearby neighborhood so I shop here often. Overall the in-store experience is pleasant as busy as they are. Staff overall try to be helpful and making the place safe by cleaning often and providing sanitizer and wipes.

Pretty clean and organized location. Rated it 4 stars because I went in looking for a specific product that the Target app showed that was in stock at this location but when I arrived I looked for it and couldnt find it in the store.

I love this place because of the prices, they have very good customer service, and its have a little cafeteria were always there when I go I take my snap.

The customer service I received from Richard in the tech department yesterday was beyond expectations. I went in to buy a few items and one of them being a phone card for a phone previously purchased at Target. Richard not only help me determined the type of phone I had but the card needed, also helped me reactivate the phone. Ive visited many department stores and the service I received from him yesterday brought me back memories, when employees really went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Richards for the time and a job well done.

One of my least favorite Targets in the city. Out of stock in most things. Very crowded merchandise all over the floor. Long lines at the checkout. No prices on many items. Overall in unpleasant and uncomfortable experience

Wow, a store that actually answers the phone! Staff in the electronic section was very helpful with my last minute emergency right before closing.

Felt safe regarding coronavirus because I saw employees sanitizing stations and liked that there were stickers on the ground to help with traffic flow to help with social distancingI enjoy target and the selection of items they gave. Things are affordable but also useful and stylish.

Good store , but empty at times but it is close by. Wish they would limit the number of people who enter the store . During busy hours this store is packed and for whatever reason it’s permitted even though we’re in different times now with covid 19. Another money grab business move smh . I feel sorry for the team members who have to deal with this.

Friendly atmosphere. Good energy. I like the inclusive demographic of the staff. There is a relaxed, yet hip vibe as the employees deviate from the ubiquitous red shirt- khaki of a couple years ago. Parking is funky?

Highly inefficient. super slow and never process order correctly online. I have done this multiple times and it doesnt get done.

The customer rep who helped me. He was prompt (maybe too prompt....they should get 4 to 5 minutes to deliver the items to the car, anyone who cant wait that long needs to have a reality check ) and a true pleasure to work with especially during our current climate. Thank you Target Employees!!!!

Pick up is very organized and easy. With the holidays coming up and COVID getting worse, it is a blessing that I can order things and have brought to my car completely contactless.

This Target was overly crowded when I went around 6pm on a Monday. They did not limit the number of customers going in so the aisles were super crowded and you could not social distance. They do make customers wear masks, they provide hand sanitizer at the registers, and employees are wearing both masks and gloves and sanitizing the card readers/counter between customers. Just wish they would take the additional critical step of limiting the number of people in the store. Many of the items were also out of stock, including a lot of hand soap, paper towels, cleaning sprays, and milk products. There were a number of bear shelves. I would not recommend visiting this Target unless you go at a less busy time of day.

Just finished getting off phone with manager. I stressed concerns about people in store without gloves and masks. I questioned why they ate not following the new guidelines that there should b someone by entrance enforcing the new law. No mask, No gloves, No Entry into store . Target lets keep everyone safe!!!!

The worst stocked Target store in America - empty shelf after empty shelf. I love target otherwise and really a shame I have to drive an extra 15 minutes to a better managed store. This review based on multiple vista(5 to be exact and it not referring to any specific item, razor blades, candy, deodorant, water bottles, and many other items that I always seem to find at other Target. Hope they hire a better manager to help with this year long issue:)

This question is a bit general. If we are talking about Target as a whole, I would extremely likely to recommend friend and family member to go shop. If we are just talking about the Alhambra Target, then my rating is what I have indicated. It has to do with them continue selling expiration food items which lead me to have to go back to the store to make a return. If I didnt check before I use it, I would have been consuming expiring food which might lead to being sick. They need to do a better job of checking the expiration date in their market department and removing them from the shelves.

My wife did curbside pickup for the first time last week and was scolded and told that she was making all the mistakes by the Target Associate. Alejandro was the most useless associate. When my wife told him that this was her first time using the app to do curbside he told her that that was her problem and she needed to figure it out. Highly disappointed with the service at this Target.

This target is the only one so far with great customer service, Denise from softlines went out of her way to look for a product that I was looking for and she did not hesitate to help, instead of a No we dont have it sorry attitude, she went and looked for the item I was looking for, so thanks Denise! And also, Irene the cashier helped me out with the cartwheel app and I was able to save $10 on my entire purchase which is awesome! Such great customer service from these ladies!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Been to 3 Targets in the last two days looking for an item. As soon as I walked in they greeted me. Was asked if they can help me in any way.
