Consistently horrible service. Hours listed on the door and on the website do not matter to these people. Consistently opening later than said and closing early. Extremely poor business strategy considering the location, much better options even if they provided good service. It’s just so disappointing, I guess I’ll take my business to cold stone!

This Baskin Robbins is by far, the best Baskin Robbins location I have visited. The employees here are very friendly, and are helpful with any questions I have. I visit every once in a while, and there is never a time where I leave disappointed! I was served by an employee named, Pratik, and I was impressed by how nice he is, and with how good he is at preparing everything quickly! This location created a good impression, and although it is a little far from where I live, it is worth the drive. I will definitely be visiting more often. I recommend this location to anyone who wants ice cream.

I’ve never been to a baskin with such great service! All the employees were so friendly with a huge smile, the cakes were so well done, your standards are their standards! Pratik stood out to me the most. Over all best service I’ve ever gotten. 10 stars nothing less

This place was extremely clean with great customer service. They exactly knew what cake my daughter would love and they did make an awesome cake.. my daughter really loved it.. they made my daughter’s special day very special.. I would highly recommend this place for everyone who expect the best service..

Always have a great experience when I come into this Baskin Robbins. Patrick whom always greets us as we enter, gives us great service always!He is very quick and efficient with everything we order! awesome customer service, place is always very clean & everything so neat! The two employees working in the morning were extremely helpful when I was placing a cake order. The store was very clean from the glasses to the floors and they had a plethora of cakes already made for me to choose out of. I would highly recommend this location for ice cream and cakes!

Haven’t been to Baskin Robbins lately. Glad I stopped because it was better than most of the local ice cream spots I’ve had recently. Pumpkin cheesecake ice cream is very good .

Awesome customer service, I ordered two Vegan cakes & Dimple gave great suggestions for the cake decorations, size & to get round or square cakes. I will definitely order from them again & will recommend to others. 🎂❤️

There is always the same guy always working there when I go and I go there a lot. So Im not sure if he is the owner but he is always there and he is not friendly at all. No welcome or smile. He is very rude. I asked for a lid and he rolled his eyes at me and gave me a very mean and scary look. I love this place but not a fan of this guy at all. I hope they replace him one day with someone more friendly .

Every year I order my husbands bday cake from this location and they always do a great job. Nice and friendly staff with excellent service!

Clean store, good product, but whats up with the quiet dude behind the counter. Its an icecream shop, a place of joy for children and adults, but the silent guy behind the counter has the charisma of a serial killer...... but to be fair, he is very good at his job.

Really? As COVID cases rise the employees on this store don’t wear gloves as they serve the ice cream while touching with their bare hands the cone that you are going to eat? Even without COVID that is a sanitary issue!!!

Awful manager..signed up my kid for the birthday reward which includes a free scoop of ice cream coupon sent to email. Waited and waited no coupon came. Went in on her birthday showed them the sign up and explained no coupon arrived. Asked politely to honor the free scoop. The manager asked for my phone to look at sign up. He searched the sign up detail thoroughly, handed the phone back and demanded her id to honor the 1 free scoop. Shes a kid with no id yet. Refused her a birthday scoop and we left. After the hassle I wasnt spending anything there. Do not shop at this location HORRIBLE management.

Friendly staff high quality products! I saw so many bad reviews decided to go try for 1st time tonight as Im new to the neighborhood. It was clean, bright, both workers super friendly & BR in general more pricey than a DQ or other soft serve spot but we could taste the quality! Try the Pumpkin Cheesecake YUM!!

I have been on an ice cream kick for the past few months, so Ive been coming here frequently :) . The staff is nice, there is a ton of flavors to choose from (obviously) and you can try anything you want. They also started selling these ice cream pizzas that are pretty delics! Download their app too and they push plenty of coupons.

This was the least amount of ice cream I have ever gotten at any 31 flavors! Yes the ice cream was good but very skimpy. I would recommend the 31 flavors in Crystal Lake as I have always gotten a great amount there!

I order a waffle cone with 1 scoop of butterpecan and 1 almond pistachio. the almond pistachio tasted like freezer burn. yuck, not a happy pregnant woman ..

Standard Baskin Robins. Never completely clean and generally we are the only ones in. Employees on their phone when you enter, dont wash hands before serving. Dont offer recommendations when asked.Should have been cleaning instead of on phone - should have WASHED HANDS. Very frustrating. Also very expensive! $9 for one waffle cone.

Picked up an ice cream cake. They had many different flavors and decorations to choose from.

I usually get a very impressive milkshake, but today I was extremely let down. I am unsure if the worker was unsure of how to properly make it, but I was sadly charged for an expensive cup of milk with a hint of ice cream.

Very rude and bad customer service, when ordering ice cream the employee Rolan makes you feel as if youre a burden on him and he just wants to be done with you.
