If Im rating the customer service and home delivery I would rate it a 5 star experience! We love the convenience of it and to open our door to fresh milk and even groceries...awesome. And we have a lot more time with our kids since were not out shopping.There is an Oberweis store about a mile away and Ive used the drive thru and been inside. The ice cream is great and Id give it 5 stars if the service didnt stink no one wants to be bothered and it looks like they are hurting themselves to move. But as long as their consistently good well keep going back. A smile wouldnt kill though.
