The service here was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I came in and were helped right away and found some great clothes and discounts for both of us! Strongly recommend.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this store. The girls working there never fail to be rude. They look at me like i’m some animal that happened to escape from the zoo. I don’t know if it’s because i’m not skinny or because i’m not white but it’s always a hostile environment.

We went into the Algonquin store and had a return. We have had problems with returns in the past but Charles helped us today and he was so sweet and helpful making it an enjoyable experience

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I don’t really leave reviews but this store didn’t sit right with me. The 3 employees working on Saturday January 16 around 6 pm were so rude. As this one girl wearing a new york baby blue sweater was ringing me she didn’t even talk. I commented how I like her sweater because it was really cute and she just looked at me annoyed and said thanks with attitude. I felt very uncomfortable in the store as the other guy isn’t he store was not engaging with the customer and on his phone. I tried being friendly saying hi and there was no response.

What a joke of a store, every single employee was on their phone doing their personal business, no one even bothered to help.Why is the store still in business?

Worst service ever.I repeat, WORST service ever!!!I went in today with my parents and they did not bother to greet us or offer assistance. The store was alone just 2 girls working.Another group of people came in and they got greeted and offered assistance asap.This is the second time we experience this! We were willing to spend money on a clothes since we’re going on vacation. What’s the issue?The fact that my skin is darker than the girls that came in after me?RIDICULOUS.

The girl working gets a five star, the assistant manager in the back gets a one. He was doing nothing in the back. He said we cant shop there because he doesnt like us. Bad business if you ask me. Last time I checked he didnt own the store..

I tried on a few pants at the store, but they did not fit so I put them back. I continued to look around the store and when I turned around, the girl at the counter was flicking me off. Did not appreciate that.

Quiet, nobody asked if we needed help.
