I personally got a remote start and radio put in and both are amazing and very happy with both. The shop is very clean easy to see every radio laid out in the cabinets to choose from. Quick and clean installation of both devices and customer service is spot on. 10/10 would recommend. Steve and the other guys did amazing work.

The only problem I had was my own user error! I had a new radio and side tow mirrors installed on my truck. Steve and the guys did a great job handling all of my questions, were extremely patient, and have earned my first phone call for any new after market work I would like to do. Worth every penny and they were fast.

Steve was generous to please customers and technically highly professional. Ive installed a Chinese branded head unit myself to my old Civic, but wanted a professional to install a back-up camera and connect to the head unit. The head unit came with no installation manual with lots of Chinese written tag on wires, but Steve and his team figured out the wires to install the device. He also resolved the radio antenna issue I had for free in advance with promise that Ill bring the new antenna that the manufacture will be sending for replacement. Steve also gave me a ride back, since I lived 20 mins away. Everything was installed and finished in a few hours. Recommended!

I came to Steve and his team with a unique problem. I had purchased a large enclosed bicycle hitch carrier that almost completely blocked the view out the rear window, and I wanted to install some sort of back-up camera on carrier so I could see through it. Steve met with me and talked through the options, we looked at some available online, and I gave him my wish list of how I wanted it to be installed. His team knocked it out of the park. There are no wires visible, the camera is neatly hidden underneath the carrier, they neatly routed wires out of the car to the carrier so I can unplug the camera and leave it attached to the carrier when not in use.

Highly knowledgeable and thorough. Communication is also very good. They exemplify the customer first mentality.

Upgraded my radio and remote start unlock/lock setup on my 03 yukon xl. Came into AudioGuys and talked to the owner Steve. He was very patient and explained and thoroughly answered my naive questions. He and his team did a wonderful job on my fathers 2010 Honda CRV, installing a new sony xav ax150 and accomodated by keeping the rearview camera feature. Most importantly, although my original tint was perfectly applied, it wasn’t the exact darkness I hoped for. Without question, Audioguys stripped it off and applied the tint I prefer at no charge! Now my car looks as I hoped it would. If you want tint, don’t shop, use Audioguys!

I had given up on getting the stereo working again in our old BMW X5 - but I decided to have Audioguys take a look at it. Steve correctly diagnosed the problem as a water-damaged amplifier and gave me advice on getting a used replacement. He mentioned Id probably have to try several at least to find one that worked. The first couple didnt work and I was getting discouraged but he said this was typical and to keep trying. Third time was the charm - he soldered a new connector onto the cars harness, and voila - we have great sound again! Very pleased, and he made the exact right call on how to fix this.

I needed new speakers for my truck. I googled places near me and foundAUDIOGUYS. I saw when they opened and drove to see my options. When I arrived the store was closed with a sign on the front door to call Steve( Owner ) with questions. The question I had was why wasnt the store open? These guys absolutely dont know what the hell they are doing, we took our cars to get the remote start and they ended drilling a hole through the hood. They replaced the headlights and after multiple visits, they couldnt even aim them correctly. Had to take it somewhere else to get the headlight issue corrected. If these guys cant aim headlights, I wouldnt trust them to put in a stereo system. Honestly I would give these guys 0/5, they dont even deserve a rating.

I brought my sons Honda in for a new stereo they had finished it in a timely fashion,, and took me home while it was being installed,, so I wouldnt have to wait in the lobby...I didnt realize all the AUDIO GUYS offerd !! Check them out...VERY PLEASED !!!

This would be the second time with Audioguys. The first time they replaced a seized speaker and they did it quickly and efficiently. Not only that they give great deals on quality speakers and Audio configurations. Secondly, I came back because I was having a few issues that seemed to just correct themselves (weird right?) yet the owner was extremely patient and helpful despite not being able to find a problem. I would recommend them for anything! You won’t be disappointed

First interaction with Audio guys started with an email. After confirming they were an authorized dealer for the products I wanted, I went ahead and pulled the trigger to have an install done by them.Now, I would say I’m not your typical car audio customer, generally I do my installs myself. And have not paid someone to do an install in 12 years. But I’m at the point in my life where I don’t have the free time like I used to. And honestly for the amount of money that I was putting into this stereo, I wanted everything done right and Steve and his installer Ian did just that. They solder connections instead of wire caps or butt connectors, they used copper ring terminals as opposed to brass ones, they used split wire loom to make it look factory as opposed to leaving the wire exposed. They use true AWG copper wire, not cheap knock off CCA wire.They do everything your suppose to do when building a quality system. This is all important to me because it all matters when you’re putting together a SQ system!There pricing for the products I bought through them were great. Now, could I have bought everything online and just brought it in for them to install, yes, but I wouldn’t be getting a warranty with my products. And if something went wrong with the product, that’s on me. But before you buy anything I would check to see what Steve can do for you, you’ll be surprised at how competitive his prices are.

I called about an issue I was having with getting the speakers and amp dialed in with my Jeep Wrangler. Steve answered the call and was very friendly. He told me when to come in and they would take a look at it.When I arrived I met Ian and Steve. He jumped in the Jeep with me and told me to turn it up. He then explained some flaws of the Jeep Wrangler to me. He said the speakers and amp I had were plenty. He then told me to give them some time to play with the system and get the settings where they need to be. I went to wait up front with my 3 year old daughter. A short time later he came up to let me know they had the Jeep sounding as good as he could with the set up I had. I checked it out and it had a cleaner non distorted sound which I was happy with. It still lacked bass. (Not their fault, my Wrangler didn’t have a sub) He then explained what I can do to get even better sound out of it. He ended up selling me a Kicker 10” sub and an Alpine amp for it. He explained I could go with a less expensive option but from the info he gathered from me he just knew I wouldn’t be happy. I took him up on his suggestion and they did the install immediately.Ian did the install for me. Top notch guy! The install is clean. Nothing hacked up. Wiring is tight and neat. He was super friendly and answered all my questions while he was working. He never once gave me the feeling that I was bothering him. He’s a valuable employee.They called me to the back when it was done and told me to turn it on. I turned it up and the sound was incredible! Ian walked through all the settings with me until he knew I was clear on what he was saying. It’s a night and day difference from what it was when I brought it in. I’m very satisfied!!If you’re looking for an audio shop that works with any budget and does quality work go see these guys. They offer a lot more than just audio too. They’re honest, and let you know exactly what you need. It’s a no pressure experience. They have toys in the waiting room to keep kids occupied too. These guys are too expensive! I went in for some 1” Alpine tweeters that cost $54.94 on Amazon Brand new! This guy tried to sell the same ones for $100. I asked if they priced matched and they told me no. ? Only on the Alpine website which were also $100. Save your money and get them through Amazon.

These guys have done a few things for me:replaced my ODM headlights, fogs, and licences plate lights on my Veloster with much brighter white lights which I highly recommend doing with any car.They put red caliper covers on, which looks great.And they installed a carbon fiber spoiler, which they managed to do flawlessly without instructions.This is also the place my family goes to get remote start on their vehicles which is very nice in the winter.The owner Steve really seems to know what hes doing and does great work with his crew.
