Lorraine was the cashier I had when I went to visit target and she is so sweet! We had a nice conversation while she rang up my items and just went above and beyond. Thanks Lorraine.

Fun shopping experience/ we find lots of interesting items to buy. Love the entertainment, toys and small appliance area ( and food.) The customer service at checkout was friendly, fast and efficient!

Prices are all a rip off. I purchased over $200 of toys for my daughter just to find them on targets own website for much much less. Dress up costume was $20 and 8.49 on their own website available for pick up FROM THE-SAME LOCATION!! Disney princess legos were $12 leas on their website. Almost all toys are cheaper which makes it seems that they are completely screwing walk in people over. What a joke

I was really taken aback at the poor quality and style of the clothing for women and for men. Some of the clothing for women looks like something my grandmother would wear. Im 74. So homely.. if you need to find something theres no one to ask. The food section is extremely organized. Not inexpensive but very organized and clean. I was kind of taking it back by the prices of the kitchen items like utensil holders and dishes and silverware it was pretty costly for a big box store. I was just surprised how few people there were working. They also were not very happy people

I have always had a great service and a good shopping experience in Target specially my local in Algonquin.

I received outstanding service from Jack at the Entertainment Electronics counter. He very patient and helpful in changing over two lines on to our Consumer Cellular Service. I am thankful because I know for sure I wouldnt have been able to accomplish that by myself.

I used to like using drive-up from this store. Tonight, I received extremely moldy and slimy carrots, and called the store because I had a similar experience recently as well. I spoke to a manager, Julia, who said she would give me a $25 gift card, only if I came into the store. I explained to Julia that I cannot come in due to the pandemic, to which she said then she cannot give a gift card. Hence, I called corporate, who is able to give gift cards by email; they said they would not give a gift card because they wanted to place the burden on the store. I spent 40 minutes on the phone with corporate, and all I got was a refund. I explained that there are safety concerns of entering a busy store amid the pandemic, and that making people go in effectively marginalizes certain groups; that did not change their stance. You are losing a customer who spends about $300 every month.

Your average grocery store. We shop here all the time, and it is our main grocery store. It is a clean and kept up place. Would recommend.

Great target, exceptionally clean and organized

They definitely didn’t recruit the sharpest customer service reps or holiday help. Expect trouble if you shop this location. Simple instructions for purchase receipts are going to turn into a 45 minute wait at customer service to try to fix and they won’t be able to help......

Now that Ive moved Im looking to settle with another Target store. My most recent visit to 750 Randall road was okay but the staff was mediocre. The only reason why I went there was because its close to my route (work for USPS). when I walk into a place I wanted to feel like Im at home not feel like Im being targeted. Im going to keep looking and maybe Ill come across one where the atmosphere is just right....

Friendly service, fast turnaround (from order completion to pickup), product choices

Normally, my experiences at Target are great; however, today was an exception. I ordered something online for in-store pick-up, and it did not go so well. First, I was given the incorrect type of item. Then, I was sent by employees to find the correct item myself and bring it back to the customer service desk for exchange. As it turns out, Target does not carry the item I ordered from them online (they were NOT sold out, they just dont carry this type of item anymore and the website has not been updated to reflect this). In the end, I was forced to either accept the incorrect item they sold me or leave empty-handed. Target, you need to keep your inventory update online and in stores. You also should not be asking customers to track down the correct item after your employees make a mistake. My shopping experience with you today was unpleasant.

Its a lot less crowded than Walmart and seems like more people have good manners here.

I was trying to get a PS5 the day after launch and even though it was 4am, Denise, was kind enough to ask what I was waiting for and helped to confirm what I was looking for was available and where it was so I could track it down first thing when they opened!Thank you for being so helpful Denise!

I had to return an item and it was easy and hassle free. I purchased more items and found everything I needed at a reasonable price. Target in Algonquin is consistently clean, well-staffed and a nice place to shop.

Convenience. I placed an order for several diapers on my recliner, I received the confirmation almost immediately, I drove to target in the pouring rain, parked in the order pick up spot, opened my back tailgate, the target associate came out very quickly and put the diapers in the back, scanned my phone, and I was on my way! Why haven’t I done this sooner? I highly recommend this, especially for mothers that don’t have time, patience for going into the store.

My cashier was amazing! I have had a target debit card for years and installed the app on my phone and my target card in my wallet! Whenever I used to check out the target cashier could not make it work so I lost out on coupons and my 5% target rebate! I actually quit going to target. THEN...we moved to Huntley Illinois and I needed a few things so I decided to give Target one more try!!!! I don’t remember my cashiers name but, he was awesome and took the time to fix my app and my wallet so I don’t ever need to carry my card!!! I absolutely love him and what he did for me. He needs to be recognized and rewarded. I will be back to Target regularly only because of one amazing, kind-hearted young man!

It was a pleasurable shopping experience. The aisles were wider than most stores and displays were very organized and visually appealing. When I checked out the employee went out of her way to be friendly and welcoming. I want to know how I can point her out to management on how she went out of her way to make my experience be rememorable. I will always recommend target for her extension of kindness to me at a time when I truly needed it.

Love the variety of items, I went for hem tape and they had it! Wow I was happy. Saves me from going elsewhere too!

It’s 12:30 in the afternoon on holy Thursday ,only two lines open at the target in Randall rd. I see lots of people in the aisle stocking and I also see some managers standing around talking but nothings going on to help the customers

Stopped by to make a return, pretty quick turn around time. Was greeted by every Target employee that walked by, super friendly employees. Good selection of grocery items. Very clean store. Womans clearance area was amazingly organized. Large selection of womans clothing and pajamas (better selections than other Targets stores). Ample parking. Starbucks located in this store. Pretty good variety of Fall foods and decor.

Target is just a convenient place to shop!I love being able to get everything I need in one store. I also appreciate the fact that the stores are always clean, and they don’t have employees out there blocking the middle of the aisles during peak times, like some other stores do.

Had a terrible experience. Will never shop here again. After sitting on customer service call for 5 hours on customer service only to be told. I’m not allowed to have my receipt reprinted. I was never given a receipt in the first place for a refund on a $50 item. I would normally let it go if it was $10. But 50. I am not. Target, step up your service quality.

The staff that I encountered during my time in the store today were extremely friendly. Even though many where working on reorganizing the store with new merchandise, they took the time to pick up their heads and welcome me...that was amazing to see!

This is a super Target with a Starbucks so I can ship for hours lol. It has groceries in addition to Targets other stock of home, sports and clothes etc. There is a wide selection of items. Add to your savings if youd like by getting the Target Cartwheel app. It has offers and coupons that can be applied at checkout.Clean store, loads of lanes, a food court and photo center. One stop shop.

The store has almost everything and is very welcoming. Unlike its employees who make you feel invisible.

I had come in a few weeks back to find something to cover up a black eye that I had gotten at the eye doctors office, and Amanda was very helpful-even showed me how to apply the 3 products that I had purchased. I learned what a primer was too-how exciting!

Awful service!! I cant believe how bad this Target is! The check out was slow. My cartwheel discount didnt work. The service desk had to manually calculate the discount. And had to wait forever for a manager. Ridiculous

So for those of you reading this...Ive already submitted a review in which Target deleted it. So lets see if this one makes the cut.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!My fiance and I signed up for a baby registry...in which upon completion, we were to be greeted by a store team member with a gift bag, registry scanner, and information packets.Absolutely none of that took place. I had to wait approximately 5 minutes at the customer service desk after creating the registry for 3 employees to finish what sounded like a personal out of work style conversation. Involving curse words that the public could clearly hear. When I was finally able to get the young ladys attention, I told her I just created a registry and I believe I need a scanner, in which she didnt say anything, grabbed one, and slid it across the counter to me, and promptly went back to talking to her two co-workers.Needless to say...we were never greeted by anyone, nor did we receive any information or gift bag.Terrible customer service.

Overall the staff were all very friendly but I was very disappointed in the produce selection. Most of the tables I went to had very old and wilted produce. At one point I found a bag of lettuce that was so old it was more liquid than lettuce anymore. Other than that I found the remaining store up to regular Target standards. It was clean, full of polite customers and employees. I was able to find everything I needed.

It was super easy and fast to pickup my online order.

Good selection, horrible service (base on 10+ visits). SLOW checkout. Do yourself a favor and skip the checkout and head to self service. Or just go to Walmart down the street.

It has more selection its bigger most other targets.

If I have to drive 15 miles to get the brand of pasta sauce I like, I could do a lot worse than the Super Target on Randall. Its clean and bright, which is exactly what i want from a big box store.

Always clean lots of employees. The only real downfall is the lack of open registers usually, I will give them that when they have them they will bring over other employees to help but that isnt always the case.

I shopped Target for over 25 yrs and I believe they have good prices and service.

We came for the optometrist. My daughter is 4 and starting Kindergarten in August. We came here for and eye exam since it was the only location that had a last minute appointment. In hindsight Im glad we procrastinated. Their optometrist was amazing with my daughter and made the experience very comfortable and r we will make the drive back annually as long as she remains there. After the exam we did some light shopping and the store was the usual layout for a super target. It was very clean and I didnt see a lot of the clothing on the floor clearence area clutter that some targets seem to suffer from. I wish the South Barrington Target were even 2/3 as nice as this one.
