Aquarius kept me up to date on the status of my appointment. I was not in town, so I relied on then to complete the work without me being around. Brad did excellent work and resolved the issue in a timely manner.

Our tech, Cory, was very knowledgeable and personable. Called to tell me when he arriving and showed up on time. He was able to quickly diagnose or issue and make the repair. Would definitely ask for him again. Very happy with the outcome!

Brent was knowledgeable and didn’t shy away from any questions I had. He came prepared and ready. He was able to find an easier solution to our water lines and saved us a lot of hassle of dealing with sheet rock on our ceiling. Very pleased with his service.

We had such a good experience! Wayne came and looked around, examined the unit, inside by the breaker, and out in our garage. He did a good job explaining the issue, even took pictures for us to see and explain to us. Before he even did anything he gave us a quote as to what it would be and options we would have. After he was done, he gave us a nice report and wrote down his own notes for us. Would definitely recommend them!!

Mark did a great job with our water heater. This is the second time for separate issues I had to use Aquarius and I am very pleased with the service. I requested to use the orginal plumber John unfortunately he was off but Mark did just as good of a job and very personable and professional. I will say that I found it a mistake to trust another plumber and I am glad I reached out to Aquarius. The gentleman who came to our home was professional, and polite. He explained everything, offered suggestions and fixed the issue. He didnt try to upsell but did tell us suggestions going forward if we would like to improve the quality of our water. Will be using again and again for service.

Travis showed up to do the installation of our system. He was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. Aquarius was able to help us with poor water quality from our new well which was very high in Iron. Excellent Kinetico service man! We had update with new equipment Jan 2019 to a larger system & new water heater. Existing heater had a recirculation capability so water would be warm in toilet tanks & avoid sweating in summer. However, we no longer had that after new installation. On various service calls I would tell the person about this. Also how long I had to run water in kitchen (right above where heater was) We are on a septic system and are careful about how much water we use. Each time they said it was hooked up the same as the old water heater. However none was a plumber. Today Brent, who is a master plumber, was my service man. He found the reason very quickly. A valve simply needed to be opened to allow recirculation! So simple!Problem solved after 13 months!! Thank you Brent!!Now I won’t have to waste water by running it for minutes, to shower, to wash dishes, etc. My salt consumption will be less too!!All of the Kinetico service men have been great, but this problem needed a specialist! Glad you have plumbers on your staff!! This family is VERY happy to get hot water fast and we love our Kinetico system!! Thank you!

Brent installed our Kinetico whole house water system this morning. He called to let us know he was on his way, and what time he would arrive. He introduced himself, and asked to see the installation sites. He asked if we had questions, and then got right to work. He was very pleasant throughout the process, and made us feel confident that he knew what he was doing. After cleaning up the worksite, he gave us a tutorial on how everything worked asking several times if we had questions. We were very satisfied with the whole process. Thanks, Brent!

Brent kept me informed about his arrival time. He was quick and efficient in replacing the filters on my filtered water system and checking on the water softener. He explained what I needed to do after he left to flush the filtered water system.

I had my Kinetico system installed yesterday and it is early yet but I reallythink I am going to appreciate that I had it installed.Water quality seems very good.The main reason I am writing this is because of the excellant job the installer Brent Hoemberg did.Was very courteous,worked very efficently,quality workmanship and was very thorough explaining how system worked.He went over things I could expect and what needs to be done in the fall whem we take system out for winter.Brent was very knowledgeable about the system and was a great guy to talk to.

We have a Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water filter system. Their customer service are super helpful and friendly. The service people are always very prompt and professional.They take the extra time to explain how the system works and what they are servicing on it to us. Great product.

Our heat went out one January afternoon. They had a tech here in an hour and furnace back up and running shortly afterwards. Our tech, Cory, was professional. He wore a mask and covers on boots. Would recommend.

Our furnace is about 22 years old and it started to leak and not start sometimes in the winter so we called Aquarius they came out looked at our furnace gave us a quote and let us decide when we were going to best in a new furnace. We made it through last winter so we decided to wait until September we called the quote was still good. We set up an install date which was today Thursday October 22nd 2020. They sent me an email and a text to confirm that they were still coming this Thursday they sent me a text this morning let me know they were on their way the two gentlemen that came in were very nice courteous and very respectful of our carpets they line the hallway the downstairs all the way to the furnace room with drop cloths they finished the job cleaned up took all the old stuff with them had me come down and review what they did gave me an invoice paid them they thanked me and the last thing they said is dont forget you have 10 years warranty parts and labor on this new furnace anything goes wrong give us a call. He was very reasonable and was very easy thank you Aquarius Thompson heating.

I was very pleased with the service, and he answered the questions I had about the furnace and heat pump. He was in and out quicker and was very thorough! I also have installed the entire Kinetico water system, and am also very pleased! I have excellent service on both systems! 3/8/21: we had our 6-month checkup, and everything was great! He explained a few things, he installed salt, and he was on his way. We are still very pleased!
