Traded in a couple guns for a pretty nice ar pistol at Viking pawn. They gave me the the trade in value I asked for and got an amazing deal on the new fire arm! Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Was in the other day -- enjoyed looking through the variety of items available, from tools, guns/accessories to vacuums, household decor to gaming system and speakers. Something for everyone! Staff was great to visit with! If youre lucky, might get a quick peak at a couple beautiful pups! Looking forward to stopping back in.

Went in looking for household tools and various firearm related items. Very helpful staff, reasonable pricing on tools and firearms, and a very wide range of firearms. A plus is they often have their two amazing dogs in the shop and they are absolutely sweet animals.

Just purchased a new glock and ammo from dan at Viking pawn yesterday it was a great experience, he answered all my questions and the whole process was very smooth and easy! I had purchased another gun from him a year ago and had the same wonderful experience then! Would say go there ahead of anywhere else in town due to the selection of items and friendly staff!

Went there to go sell 6 games, only willing to give me $14. If you want to sell games you wplould be better off selling on ebay

I recently purchased a rifle here and i was helped by who i believe was the father and son Both were great the even grabbed me some ammo that wasnt available at most gun dealers, very cool oh, and when u went to pick up my rifle after beging cleared to purchase.. there was an older woman behind the counter and she was very nice to me in person and on the phone.. maybe its not her with the attitude ...??? Are these reviews real?, I went today to this pawn shop, and everything there is double or more than what you would pay buying at Walmart or Amazon, some stuff was like 5 times the normal price, these guys live in an alternative reality, how do they survive with those high prices???, I guess there is dumb people that buy used stuff paying 2X to 5X retail price. Nonsense.

Talk about price gouging. I know its a pawnshop but have some decency.

Brought my Xbox one X into pawn which Ive done a few times. I have always paid the extension and picked up my stuff on time. The older lady in the shop was rude, inconsiderate, and has no idea how to work an Xbox. When I try to explain to her how it works she made it seem like the product didnt work because she didnt know how to work it. I tried to politely explain to her that I didnt bring batteries with me for the controller and that you have to change the HDMI channel on the TV to the correct thing for something to work. Then I got a lecture over the fact that I didnt take my accounts off my Xbox but she wanted me to sign in to my account to show her a game works even though it was up and running. when I told her no because my credit card information was on there and I planned to pick up the Xbox like Ive always have she copped an attitude again about how I should be more prepared. If you dont know how an Xbox works or how to work an electronic you should not be buying electronics. There was another person in the store that could have helped me if she didnt know what she was doing but shed rather get mad at me than listen to reason. I just unplugged everything and walked out. How do you expect to buy or sell anything with an attitude like that.

Dan is the most nicest person me and my husband met. We have been pawning our things here for years. He always helps us out and gives the #1 prices. My husband is always bad at keeping tickets, he never even charges nothing. Everyone that works here too is always nice. The ppl who gave him a 1star are probably those picky ppl that are never happy with attitude. Its ridioulous that ppl complain about his prices. He checks everything and always is willing to help. Words cant even describe how awesome the ppl here are. Thank you Dan for always helping us out.

I bought a socket set from the pawn shop a week ago for $90.00 was looking online and found that fleet farm sells them brand new for $27.99! I do feel pretty stupid for not looking them up before buying them but at the same time who in their right mind would rip someone of like that? Definitely not going back!

Its a nice little pawn shop with a good selection. I went there in search of used games and music. Found a few Sega Game Gear games and some decent CDs. Nothing is clean or alphabetized, but things are organized by their own sections. Would definitely stop by again when in the area.

Ive never had a bad experience here. They were friendly and helpful. I bought a engagement ring from them and then i went and got it appraised by a jeweler and it was within $100 of what they had said it was worth. Got a great deal.

Because of the bad phone service I decided not to patronize this business. Customer service is such an important decision to my shopping experience. I did see the other reviews but when you are traveling 1/2 hr to do business it is nice to have an answer to a question before driving that distance. Very Important!!!

Bought an Xbox one s from them first controller had an issue went and got a second controller from them that controller had an issue what are the wise people that do not test their products also the Xbox that I bought had someone elses credit card information logged into it which means it is powered up to make that customer take your stuff off they also want me to bring the Xbox into show me how to work it

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! i took in a few items and even before i showed the older lady behind the counter what i had she was very rude saying what do you want then told me they dont usually buy what i had but i seen a couple of them for sale in the shop well she offered me $20 which was absolutely ridiculous because on the low end they would get about $120 for what i had i asked her if there was any room to negotiate she said no and said either buy something or leave by far the worst experience ive had in alexandria COULD NOT BELIEVE THE RUDENESS!!!!

I have always had a great experience when I have visited here.

The lady behind the counter asked us to buy something or leave after we browsed for around fifteen minutes. I feel like people generally go to pawn shops to browse and this buy something or get out attitude cant be good for business. Overall, we were unimpressed with the overpriced items and such rude treatment of potential customers. We chose to take our business elsewhere.
