Thankful for having the kind of window glass I needed and being able to cut it while I waited, and on a Saturday morning. While they said on the phone they might not have been able to get it done that morning depending upon workload, it is great to know about this shop. By the way their sign inside says as of 1 October they are only providing glass there and not installing it into windows brought there.

Absolutely fantastic service - the scheduling is professional, their men came at the prescribed time - so pleasant, hardworking and skilled. Weve worked with them several times over the last 20 years and they have always exceeded our expectations. Yesterday we wanted them to recaulk a shower enclosure that they did 13 years ago - they took everything down, cleaned the edges and reinstalled with new caulking and rubber tubing. WOW! The professional glass cutting that this establishment provides is not available at the major retailers. The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and well informed in bathroom design and they gladly guide you through the process. Their finished product is state of the art work, which exceeds what you find in standard new homes. Their work is comparable to what you would find in custom designed homes. After using my restroom, nearly all of my guests ask, “Who did this for you? It is beautiful!” All of the work was done at a very fair price.

Can’t speak highly enough. I was restoring our worn down 1950s kitchen door on a Saturday morning, and when removing the original glass panes, they shattered. Ack! A quick Google search, pleasant phone call, and drive to pick up replacement panes later and Mirror and Glass Center has saved the day. They just so happened to be in on the holiday weekend and just so happened to have the glass I needed and ability to cut it custom on the fly. Incredible. My door looks great, the glass is better and stronger than before and the speed of service meant I could finish the job as I’d planned. Thanks!!!

I had three mirrors that had to be fit together very precisely. The Mirror and Glass Center did an outstanding, perfect job. I could not be happier with their work. Plus, it was done quickly and at a reasonable price. (I noticed that they also do nice frame and frameless shower surrounds.)

The our exterior glass table top broke during the last storm. Mirror and Glass Centers price was fair, the product was great and we found the service superb! The table top was due in after we were having company. I explained the problem to the girl at the front office and she was able to work magic with their supplier. When she called to say it was in before the committed schedule date, she was as almost as delighted as we were. Then, we measured the table incorrectly. Completely our fault - off about 1/16th of an inch. On a Saturday the owner and his helper stayed late to help us shave off the glass slightly so it would fit. Thank you all!

Mirror and Glass Center in Alexandria is a great place to get custom glass cut to measure or template, done with care and accuracy by Kamal Tadlaoui and his folks. The product is high quality with similar workmanship to excellent result. The only reason this is not five stars is that the work is not always ready when projected. But the wait is worth it.

This company is excellent; they provided on the spot assistance. My table top was broken they fixed it immediately. The staff was very curteous and helpful.

Had to replace a very specific coffee table glass piece, which had a beveled edge and coloration. These guys did a great job getting the replacement as close as possible to the original. You cant really tell the difference. Looking now for more work from them...

Kamal and his team are great. There prices are fair and the very few times we had an issue, they were there to make it right. As a builder, Ive used them for dozens of frameless doors, custom mirrors, and window glass repairs. I recommend them to others regularly.

Not very responsive. Store front is in industrial strip mall, no hours listed, no responses to email. Web site similarly lists no hours. Open 24 hours just means their answering machine always takes messages.

Appointments and schedules are meaningless.
