My fiancee went in to get her eng. ring sized and the owner proceeded to tell her that the cast of the ring was made sloppy and pointed out imperfections. I entirely agree with the imperfections that he found but to point out to my fiancee a bunch of problems made us both feel bad. When I confronted him about his conversation with her he got defensive and told me that I was wrong and he was right, no apology was ever given. I ended up taking the rings back before he could do the work. The rings were in her name and he didnt check with her that I could take them, he didnt make me sign anything, he didnt even ask my name before letting me walk out with the rings!To summarize, if you want anybody to be able to take your ring, a rude and cocky jewler, and a overall bad experience go to Paffrath
