I come in every Monday and like clockwork we have the worst service at the cleanest location. Same sorry teen working named JAIDYN. He is always in the back ..never in the front to greet guests. He doesnt speak when he finally makes an appearance and will disappear when we are ready to check out. No personality at all. Horrible customer service but unfortunately his sorry tail is probably the only help they can get at this time. if I were a secret shopper (smile) that would be unfortunate. Seriously when I first went there we waited so long for someone to appear that I got ready to call the police. Its spotless in there only because most folks probably leave thinking theyre closed. Sorry lazy worker makes this place a never go again after 3 x of going hoping another (any other) employee would be there. Signed ..angry customer and mom. Ill take my kids elsewhere!

Good and very delicious my hubby stated about pinneaple and mango dairy free. This was free for him they support veterans by offering a free treat

Dirty.... bathroom dirty, eating area, and the snack bar. Customer service is terrible. Tall guys is on his phone and in the back. I had to use the bathroom and there is a code I had to go in the back to yell for him to get the code.

Brought my daughter to this place. The cashier took a while to come out from the back and I asked if it was okay to stay inside (due to COVID) and I was told by her that it was okay as long as we clean up after ourselves because her boss is very picky about neatness. First, there is no sign at the door stating that seating i side is not available, I was being courteous when I asked. What kind of restaurant asks their customers to clean up after themselves? Maybe it’s acceptable to some people but not for me. It seemed lime we were an inconvenience to her

The cashier seemed like he didn’t want to be there, not friendly and hiding in the back room. The flavors were limited and runny. Just choose somewhere else to go.

Memorial DayI visited sweet on Memorial Day . In light of what our country is going through these days I believe more can be done to prevent the spread of Covid 19.Worker did not wear a mask or gloves.Spoon were in a basket, where everyone can touch it.

Had a kids birthday party and they were amazing! The yogurt was fresh and all varieties were available. The staff were great with the kids, we had Cookie come take pictures with them, got T-shirt’s and plush toys for birthday twins, and stuff for our guests. Better yet, you can load up the 12oz cup without being charged extra since it’s included in the party price. Everyone had a blast!!!

Expensive for what you get but my son loves the place

The store could have been cleaner and neater in the condiments area. The cashier was a little nonchalant in attitude but pleasant at the same time. She wasnt knowledgeable of some services. Additional training is needed.

Daughter has peanut allergy and needed toppings put in the bowl. The cashier was playing in her hair, I asked her to wash her hands prior to getting the toppings. She walked past the sink and into the back. Another worker came from the back and smirked at us and walked to the back. We left and will NEVER return. Health and sanitation must always be practiced around food.

I love sweet frog, but this one is not good. It was the middle of the day and literally not a customer in the store but most of their flavors were inexplicably runny and gross. Cheesecake flavor was sour in a way that made me think it had gone rancid. Other flavors just weren’t right. Go to the one in Kingstowne instead.

Im so glad that Sweet Frog re-opened! It was our familys favorite place to go for a treat and its been closed for months. Welcome back!

The cashier was really nice and the treats were good. Well stocked condiments.

Kids just love this great treat though I do have to remind them to go easy on the toppings.

Horrible horrible store, the Management socks, He needs to not be the Manager, The store is always dirty and running out of stock of toppings, costumers always complaining of not having certain toppings available to them because management does not listen. 12 out of 10 I will not recommend this store.

Horrible horrible horrible, if you like chunky, rancid froyo this is the place to go. So terribly unclean & not well kept. I worked at a sweetfrog for months before I moved down here & Iv never seen a store so vile 12/10 would not recommend.

Very disappointed. I came with my two young children in the middle of the afternoon. They were playing explicit rap music with profanity and inappropriate content. We did not stay to enjoy our icecream.

Broken machines, staff no where to be found, if you like free ice cream, youll love this place.
